🇨🇦 Shonna 💜TAEMate💎6v6🐥 (@shonna_74) reported@RogersHelps Well I had no internet ALL day yesterday. Had to tether to my cellphone all day for work. Pretty obvious there was an outage. Still haven't had a call. Please resend the purolator labels and issue a refund for charging the 2 phones to my account

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps the batteries in my remote were down to 56% so I put new batteries in but it still says 56%. I used brand new batteries. I’ve had this happen before with remotes. I even restarted my TV box. Why doesn’t it show the batteries at 100%?

_.damien5 (@damienvermande5) reported@RogersHelps can someone please address these issues? I need wifi asap and I’ve had an outage since this morning with no help at all?

_.damien5 (@damienvermande5) reported@RogersHelps the ETA for the fix on the outage keeps getting pushed back, how can I know someone is actively resolving the issue?!?!?

Rina Alexis ♏♋♏ (@Rinah75) reported@ImpatienTourist @Rogers Didn't get me anywhere and i spend hours and hours on hold with them. @Rogers has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CANADA. I'll be switching carriers in December when my contract ends!

@HolyDegenerate (@RandySaretzky) reported@RogersHelps Left you a message in the inbox. Silence. Typical. Two nights calling in the middle of the night because you forgot to take my ex-wife off the bill. Two hours on hold. Guy finally picks up with kids screaming and dogs barking in the background, then hangs up. Now I’m locked out of my own account. You can post about spam algorithms at 1am. You can’t answer a paying customer. Cut all ties. Chase the bill yourselves. Good luck.

Allan 3 (@Agent365) reported@RogersHelps Thanks. If I could solve the problem through the AI agent, I would have already done that through the Rogers app or online. When I pick up the phone to dial Rogers, at that point it should be a human ready to help for issues that can’t be solved through the app or online.
