@RogersHelps Oh and pay raises / kudos to all of the support team who have been thrown under the bus having to answer for all of the above of course!

@RogersHelps Can’t rewind, can’t watch alternative NHL broadcasts, streams won’t play when the app refreshes the next day, closing the app forces a re-login, audio goes out of sync, video quality is terrible… I know you’re aware of these issues because lots of people complain about the same.

@Rogers Hey. I haven't had cell service since Tuesday. What's up?

@RogersHelps See, the thing about that is, I DM you with similar error messages from multiple different allegedly supported devices every few days, and despite your team’s expert advice to ‘just delete and reinstall the app’, the issues keep rolling in. Crazy idea, maybe just fix your app?

@RogersHelps Are there plans to fix any of this? Is this the quality we can expect all season?

@PierreVLeBrun I have tried and tried and tried to get @rogers @Sportsnet to cancel and refund my subscription due to the board ads, and they just refuse. I guess they’re happy to take the last $200 they will ever get from me. It’s a shame. The games are unwatchable.

@rogers your network is a joke with the recent outage that affect many in Canada. I see you advertising it’s an advanced network now? WTF. Please explain. I think @elonmusk owns twitter so you can’t get away with bullshit.

I'm trying to help my brother, is @RogersHelps the only #internet provider in Ontario that offers subsidized internet for people on #ODSP? They aren't in #ThunderBay and @ShawInfo and @Tbaytel don't seem to. $100+/ month internet as a minimum is kind of brutal for low income.

The last few Saturdays have been spent trying to fix my @Rogers internet than working. Never had this issue before.
