@Rogers my husband was charged with 2 Spanish channels,he called to cancel &explained we never made a request 4 this,he was told that he wont get a credit back bc a “Maritza Blasquez” was leaving w/him & they assumed that bc of my Spanish last name I’ll be watching those channels

@RogersHelps It’s been looked into. As above, talked to a dozen people. There’s an issue in the brampton leaving multiple neighbourhoods w/consistent intermittent/non-usable services. I just want Rogers to announce what the large scale issue is. What are you fixing? When will it be fixed?

@RogersHelps I literally have a service tech here today on the street, for multiple neighbours. All houses and cables and boxes on the street are fine. Was advised there’s a backend issue that your maintenance teams are working on. Someone at the company has to know what’s being worked on?
