Yeah, I see that. Why waste a good rant? Haven't had one forEVER! SILLY ME, I believe what I read. Well, never too old to learn new tricks. (of other idiots) @Rogers on the other hand, are lately making a WHOLE lot of goofups. Can't trust their on screen guide. Tech support 👍.

  • 33Vpuri vikas puri (@33Vpuri) reported

@Rogers absolutely horrendous customer service. On the phone with a loyalty dept rep and waiting to be connected to a manager for the past 15 mins. Every year Rogers increase the price for the services for no reason. Unethical business practice

  • tvsmithee Ryan Smithee Goldhar (@tvsmithee) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Why the hell are there forced ads on my recorded shows? Looking at you @rogers. Not on demand, recorded. Hope this means my bill is going down.

@RogersHelps - we’ve had multiple technicians visit, all with different stories, and promises of street work which we don’t believe has been completed. Why do I have to pay for the worst service?#igniteTVSucks #RogersFail

  • ffsmango Freeeeeeeeederic (@ffsmango) reported

I hope everyone at @RogersHelps doesn't have a good rest of the year. How can a company just be this abysmal at providing service man. what?! XDDDD

  • AndrewOfYFC Springtime Andrew (@AndrewOfYFC) reported

@gillesallainGD @RogersHelps I had to figure it out on my own for my Bell issue. Tech support had zero clue

  • mlnangalama Martha Leah Nangalama (@mlnangalama) reported

I have been with @Rogers for over 25yrs. WHY? Because of their exceptional customer service. Canada also has Bell / Aliant, Telus and some other small players. All of Rogers' competition offer lower rates but their customer service stinks. All my friends & family are with Rogers.
