    And what choice do I have, there is no competition. Our dumb government needs to create competition so companies like @Rogers have to do a way better job. Right now, they could care less whether I dislike the poor service because they know I have no other options! Argh.

    It's just absolutely infuriating to pay for a service to watch live events and have that "service" hardly ever work. If I was this bad at my job I'd be fired. Looking at you @RogersHelps & @Sportsnet
