@RogersHelps This generation that doesn't know what life is like without the internet is hilarious. They pride themselves as being "tech savvy" because of it. Yet are completely ignorant to network infrastructure. Even redundancy can fail and fixing it can be extremely challenging.

@rogers is a tech company whose marketshare & lack of competition make it a utility. Why couldn’t you failover to a backup facility & instead remained down for 12+ hrs? Details need to be made public so we can hold them accountable. A 1 day credit to customers won’t cut it

@RogersHelps Define vast majority? There seem to be a lot folks here still without services. Myself included, in east GTA. Thankful to have a different service provider for my phone and a solid reminder to not keep all my eggs in one basket.
