    @RogersHelps saw a package I wanted but can’t get why because I am an old customer!! Walking over to Telus as they have the same package! Guess #loyalty doesn’t matter anymore. Great service and great retention #not!

    @Rogers Hi, waiting one hour to talk to customer service isn't good service by any standard. Today is the second time I've called your customer service and waited 1 hour and five minutes. Those are two hours I won't get back.

    @Rogers Why don't your internet modems have sim cards in them? You need some kind of fail-safe for when the cable internet goes down. The internet has become too important to allow outages and you charge us too much to allow outages to be a thing. Fix your ****.

    @DisneyPlusHelp @RogersHelps I cancelled my Disney+ subscription through @Rogers and subscribed directly through Disney+. Just got an email that my direct subscription has been paused. I already canceled the Rogers one. How do I fix this?

    @lisambrandt @Rogers Roughly around the same length of time for myself down this way! Didn't have the connection back until almost 1:30am! Glad we managed to get our connection back before our data charges got too out of control

    @RogersHelps I've already put in a complaint through another channel, spending about an hour on the chat. You're welcome. Regardless of whether it was a spoofed email domain or a real agent being unprofessional and rude, I would be extremely concerned if I was a Rogers executive. Good luck.
