.@RogersHelps just wondering if it’s new company policy to cause intermittent service issues for customers, then when they call in for assistance, are told the only resolution is to update their equipment and pay over 50% more per month for the exact same internet service? #yikes

@RogersHelps why is HSPA totally useless now? My phone frequently drops to HSPA and data service is basically unuseable. Happens on all my devices.

@RogersHelps I did and still no response from your department! What a shame, ongoing issues in the neighborhood for the past month and Rogers has no idea how to resolve. It time to move to Bell. @CP24 @CBC hoping for at least a better customer service

@rogers is there an outage in central Toronto? All@other services working on tv (Netflix etc) so it’s not the tv. But picture is a black screen on Rogers. What’s going on?

@Rogers what’s happening with your wireless network? Data terrible slow, shows full service but glitchy etc. This is rural SE Alberta. You’ve had great service in the past.
