@RogersHelps Blackburn Hamlet in Ottawa. No internet connection since 11 pm Saturday night. Stopped hours after storm had passed but worked through and up until 11pm last night. ??? Any updates for my service as I am now having to pay much more for mobile data.

@RogersHelps I have to say I’m extremely disappointed in your service and company. What @Rogers needs to understand is not everyone is rich. At least @TELUS gives back to Canadians and are flexible on prices.

@RogersHelps Hello - thanks for the reply. We didn't have a Hydro issue in this immediate area, but understand that it could have happened to Rogers equipment elsewhere. Also - our internet (and therefore, TV services) came back up at 4pm. Sat 5/21 @ 1 pm - Sun 5/22 @ ~4pm.

@RogersHelps Why can't my mother access her Rogers mail online? She keeps getting error message that either username or password is incorrect; tries to rectify the problem, & gets same msg over and over and over again! Thanks.

@RogersHelps Some customers? Try A LOT. And ours went down hours after the storm. I should be able to look this up with my postal code, like I can with hydro. Meanwhile, my friends with Bell all have service. Hmmmmmm.
