    @Rogers Hire more people takes at 9-10am weekends ave of 27-58 mins to speak with someone, and when I have to get transferred cause they can't help after 40 mins, they stick me back in hold and after about 20 mins the LINE DROPS. How can a "Communications" company, be so bad at that?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Had internet gone for 24 hours on Wednesday. Was told yesterday issue was resolved. Yet here we are- with no internet again. For the 2nd time today. Speeds barely running at 55 mbs. This is high speed internet? Constantly dropping. No tv. No internet. Unreal
