    Once again, @RogersHelps proves it has the worst customer service on 🌎. CO2 sensor faulty. Hr on hold (with 4 diff people - each 1 asks who I am & what the problem is) 2 be told "we don't have any, you can try buying 1 yourself". So why the hell am I paying u 2 monitor it?! 😡

    Wow since @ShawDirect was bought by @rogers it seems the service is complete garbage. I had Shaw tv and internet installed for 3 days before having to unhook it myself & mail it back. Got the best internet service they had and it cut out constantly, tvs wouldn’t even work. Brutal

    @Rogers why is your "Win Back" team making deals that the company will not honor? Twice now the contract sent after the call doesn't line up and missing all the promos. Bait & Switch is not cool! Another lost customer.
