    @RogersHelps @AboutRogers So how much are you refunding me for 3 phones and a day of loss of income because not able to use the phone on the road and waste of time for not being able to use google map and various apps I have to use?!? Don’t tell me $1 or $5 because I cancel everything!

    @JaysgoBlue99 @Rogers They lie too. They have no tower near my town, so I switched, among other issues. They cold called me a few months later saying they fixed their issues in town. I heard from others that Rogers to this day is spotty here. She was full of ****.

    @RogersHelps Apparently, I am not part of the "vast majority" of those who have had service restored. Any ETA on when the Midtown Toronto area (or my building?!) will have service again? I still do not have internet service, and only spotty IgniteTV.

    The Rogers outage fiasco from a tech enthusiast point of view. @Rogers I think it's high time you and @Telus and @Bell got together to arrange a back up in case one carriers systems goes down. Would be simple? Probably not.
