Being on hold literally for hours is the worst customer service ever. Customers donβt need new packages, deals offers, advertising. Investment in customer support.

Your staff sit in a room full of other support staff with no mic dampening so that you can barely hear them over the chorus of other terrible employees. And they barely speak English. -10/100 experience.
