    @RogersHelps Itโ€™s almost impossible to get through to wireless tech support. Twitter is much more responsive. I guess I will have to switch to Starlink - too bad. Rogers was great for a while

    @RogersHelps This does not help. I am the account holder who visited the store myself with all the identification still, the store executive was telling me that the so called system is saying verification declined without even verifying anything.

    Iโ€™ve been calling since Monday regarding a refund that was supposed to be in my account by now. I already canceled my service due to poor customer service, but being on hold for over 40 min without an answer is a total lack of respect for consumers. Resolve this @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps Could be but sounds like you are saying that is considered acceptable service for the #1 network in Canada for which we pay very high monthly fees for.
