@RogersHelps why is my mobile data so slow. Been like this for a few weeks. Videos take forever and buffer constantly? Sites and apps barely load. On a Samsung S21 5G. Wifi works great.

@wpgpolice @Rogers What am I misreading about this post other than pure stupidity? No landline. Many are the same out on the street or on bus. What do you mean "use another network provider?" If there are people around. Alone at home? How is this an acceptable response to an unacceptable outage?
