yo @RogersHelps i have almost $100 of installation fees on my bill this month when i installed EVERYTHING myself with no agent help. i was also not told anything about the potentiality of this happening. i want these fees removed as i will not be paying

@RogersHelps I am unable to 10.0.0.1 on my home internet for some reason, I have tried three different browsers on two different devices, it always times out . How can I fix this?
