@pollyhfx46 @RogersHelps No Paulette. People couldn’t call 911. People missed their medical appointments. People couldn’t access their money. This was more than “computers going down” it was a complete failure of infrastructure.

@_danielnieto @ruffoloj @Rogers Ditto. I was 'up' yesterday. It was effing expensive because my data isn't cheap on the backup, but I was up. But CRA was saying 2-factor not working and no interact meant my redundant system didn't keep me fully 'up.' The gov't has some 'splainin' to do.

@RogersHelps My dad is 81,he is at home isolating with COVID. He is very sick and lives alone. Still no landline, ( can’t call 911 ) no internet, no cable . I have no landline, no internet, no cable. Health & safety is at risk for my dad. HELP. Tweet back please. 9am Saturday

@SherriG79273613 Well as we saw the vast majority use @Rogers so even if you change to a discount provider you still get them as the middle man. The issue is companies need to have a backup service but they cheap out.

@lukeincanada @milty1 @Rogers Takes them so damn long to resolve billing issues, too. I get free Rogers in my building and their incompetence has actually cost me money I wouldn't have otherwise spent.
