Tracey Brooks (@Traceybaby) reported@RogersHelps 2+ hours on hold and the call is dropped. Called today several times and they don't even connect you due to high volume of calls. Arrangements were made but not honored. Absolute Garbage Service!

I WFH so I need reliable internet (which is why I chose Rogers). Today my internet failed entirely, and I'm having to hotspot. Closest tech visit is Monday. unacceptable.
