  @RogersHelps Too late now. Always was a strong supporter of Roger’s and their amazing customer service but since last year with the cuts to staff, reduced support channels and hours and contracting out customer service to 3rd world countries who have zero knowledge on the company I’m done.

  @RogersHelps See this is why people hate @Rogers in 18 months you have dug my yard up twice. You put it back together horribly and then I spend 1 - 2 hours each time trying to get you to fix it

  @RogersHelps I will go today again, but if they don’t solve, what should I do next you cannot leave the customer like that. What more a customer can do than visiting themselves with identification. Whatever it is, it is ridiculous and I hope @CRTCeng will take some action on it. Report filed
