    @SamsungCanada @Rogers s21 ultra is trash had, it for 2 months, continually crashes, freezes up needing reboot 2 or 3 times a day, headphone adapters only work occasionally, and the service it gets is awful, I hope its defective, cause it's embarrassing if this was your "flagship

    @Rogers @RogersHelps so let me get this right - you over charge me for services I either don’t receive, have cancelled or do not function and customer service tells me they cannot help me. Onto my third call and hours of my Saturday. Your online help bots don’t work either.

    @RogersHelps Help!!! I called Rogers Bank about a credit card falsely taken out in my name. Rogers acknowledged that the credit card wasn't mine yet after 6 months still report it against my credit rating. This has ruined my credit. Who can I call to get this fixed?
