@RogersHelps i have concern regarding my account. Acc no 9015611936. My cell phone was lost last month and i went to device protection likewize. They denied my service request for replacement as they say a person can only make 1 service request in 12 month of period

@RogersHelps my Ignite WiFi is down in Waterloo again, and the Ignite app on my phone won’t even connect over cellular data. Help please!?! I’ve done all the standard things to check into the problem on my end.

@RogersHelps Rogers should be prorating the internet bill for such long outages. At the very least don’t charge for cellular data today as that’s the only way I am able to connect to the internet today. At this point we’re literally paying for no service and also losing money in the process.
