    @RogersHelps Can you explain why we are suddenly having huge issues w/ our cell service at our cottage? For years we used our phones without issue. Coinciding with the launch of Roger’s Satellite, now we regularly and sporadically see “SOS” where our bars should be. What gives?

    Dealing with @ROGERS is definitely an exercise in frustration! For a company that relies on it's customers in order to survive, @ROGERS seems ok living on life support!

    @RogersHelps You can’t get an answer from Roger’s no matter what time of day but they happily take your money for services that are down way to often

    @RogersHelps hii rogers. What is the problem with your chat & call support? I shifted my address and called customer care to shift my internet service. No one is picking the call and chat support keeps transferring me. I have already waited 7 hours in line. Should i throw it away

    Was on hold with @Rogers for 2 hours yesterday before getting hung up on an hour and 20 minutes today waiting to speak to a costumer representative. I don't want an AI conversation. I don't want to email anyone. I want to speak to an actual human to help me with my issue.

    @JayGenXer @Rogers Your call has been directed to Punjabi big rig driver on the 401 who has six cell phones and is doing tech support for Rogers , Bell etc as a side gig to his illegal CDL licence .

    @Rogers @Rogers I purchased the Africa Travel Pass and it doesn’t work. I was promised an update within 24 hours and received nothing. I then waited 2 more hours for a specialist, only for the chat to be ended without resolution. Can someone help before I escalate this to the CCTS/CRTC?
