Was suggested I PAY for a tech to come out Sunday AM (in 3 days) even tho I told them 100s have no service it isn't just me. Supervisor refused to listen to logic.

I am moving! After 50mins says she can’t cancel my plan and I have to call back on the exact day I want it canceled🧵

My original ticket was closed as resolved w no notice but new streetwide ticket created. Still ongoing check outages page every hour and see projected completion extend 1 more hour. Solidarity
