@RogersHelps @RogersHelps this is becoming a joke. Still having intermittent (constant) loss of sound and picture on TV and sketchy internet signal. Not to mention still having problems with cell service. When are you going to fix this.

@TheChicken24 @Rogers @supercell no blame the season on this crappy layout. I have complained before but this has to be the worst season yet. So frustrating and can’t go forward takes to much time to collect keys to try to make a move

@markblevis @RogersHelps In all likelihood your wifi is limiting your speed. Consider upgrading to a wifi6 mesh network, especially if you have a large home. Also directly connecting TV(s) to your router with TPE will also free up wifi bandwidth.

@RogersHelps I find it inexcusable that you designed your network to allow a single failure to take out both cell service and internet service. Like designing a building with the feature when the elevators are out of service the stairs become unusable.

@RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 I was told 2 days worth through chat support as well. Don't worry everyone, the other providers will be offering their back to school promos soon. You might as well save money when you leave.

@Rogers b/c of YOU, I couldn't get to a HOSPITAL for EMERGENCY Assistance. 911 was down. I couldn't get MONEY From a FINANCIAL INSTUTION for a Taxi to get there. Sat I had to drive my freaking Mobility Scooter 8 KM to get some help. YOUR FAULT it blew up into something worse!

@Rogers @CRTCeng @Rogers is to blame for my Medical Emergency on 08/07/2003. No EMS. No INTERACT. How do I claim for this? People nearly DIED & could not get 911 or get money from their Financial Institution. A slap on the wrist is not enough. Am I only worth $6?

@RogersHelps Class action lawsuit coming your way!!! You guys have done far more damage to businesses. Delivery drivers that rely on their cell phone were impacted huge as they could not get any calls for pick ups and drop offs all day! We're coming for you Rogers!
