    @RogersHelps my internet is down. I called and it said my wait time is 3 hours? I used Anna and she said it is busy right now and that she couldn't help. What's going on?

    @RogersHelps our internet has been down for several hours though modem gateway shows connected. Have unplugged several times - still no joy. Down detector shows many, many having the same issue with Gateway showing online but no wifi network. Can't get through to Rogers at all.

    @RogersHelps I had to restore my iPad and now I have two listed in the wifi hub. I had this happen once before and I reset the network settings but now I have 3 listed. Must have done something wrong!

    @ChrisMi74417341 @RogersHelps @brutal83 Yep. Every other app on my PS5 works perfectly with zero issues. Netflix, Prime, Crave, Disney, etc. Just tonight alone, Sportsnet Now has frozen or shut down with an "error code" 10 times now, while trying to watch two different hockey games and WWE Raw.

    @samboone_85 @Rogers @RogersHelps I usually have decent service with Rogers but here lately it’s ridiculous. Internet always drops. Can’t get their website to actually load, from anywhere or any device. Wait times are 2.5 hours. Who has that kind of time to spend all day?
