    @RogersHelps the internet service in my area keeps having outage almost every single day in the past few weeks. Today it becomes every few hour. It’s a disaster for WFH. Every time customer services says there’s a maintenance. This is simply not acceptable. Gonna switch to Bell!

    @Rogers What an amazing customer service you have. Been on calls for 2 hours to just sort out a new phone upgrade only to realize all the promises and confirmation made by your agent were false and I am supposed to pay for all of that! Kudos! Switching over to better providers!

    Horrendous service @RogersHelps, 2+ weeks of intermittent outages, followed by technicians "resolving the issue" yesterday, followed by a complete outage over the last 12 hours. Frustrating and frankly embarrassing when trying to work from home.
