@diana_murphy613 I fired @Rogers over 6 years ago. They used to have everything. Cable, internet, home, and several cell phones. Now they have nothing. A customer for over 30 years, and honestly, a **** company for more than 20 of those.

Hey @Rogers ,my Dad just went to get things straightened out about his landline connection yesterday. Phone worked last night but, now it's off again. What's the deal? Your reps at a location in town were horrendous to him, too, about it. Beyond rude.

@RogersHelps @RogersBiz @tonystaffieri We cancelled Rogers in December and are STILL WAITING FOR OUR CREDIT! You expect payments from your customers why can't you issue credits at an appropriate time. 2.5 to 3 hour wait times to get to an associate is terrible service.
