@RogersHelps I have been on the phone with your support with a window of ETA being sometime tonight - so glad I have people over to watch the CFL on TV - so much fun looking at a blank screen !!! But heh I hear that there are other more reliable services - Monday I call to switch !

@RogersHelps I need to use my data over the next 8 hours. It’s been down since midnight so that’s 14 hours for maintenance? Will I be charged? How did you send me a text about my data if system is down?

@RogersHelps Internet issues in Brooklin since the big storm. Internet has been going out 2-3 times per day ever since. A modem reboot fixes the issue. Technician came out and said it’s “a neighbourhood problem”. Today it stopped working completely. Modem reboot doesn’t help now

Hey @Rogers Service over the last few weeks has been unacceptable and inconsistent. Service interruptions 4-5 times per day. For the price you charge this is not acceptable. #IgniteInternet

@RogersHelps The worst customer service ever. 2 questions asked in a support chat wasted over 2 hours of my time. Not because there was constant messaging but because each reply took over 20 minutes... And they still failed to help.
