@RogersHelps How can Rogers not have backup power for Moncton? Ridiculous! If I find out Bell had service in my area, I'm switching to Bell on Monday.

@RogersHelps Cancelled my ignite and smart home monitoring with Rogers … internet speed was so slow and did cover the whole house . Camera installed in the Rear yard never worked . Rogers could never fix the issues and took almost two hours wait every time to get in touch. Ended the torture

    Bob (@RochonbBob) reported

@RogersHelps We only have Rogers internet and cable, so the offer of additional Rogers wireless data does nothing for us. I’m having to use the data on my non-Rogers device to remain connected to the internet. Interesting that their service isn’t interrupted by Fiona.

@RogersHelps Worst service. We have been without three Rogers services for last three days. No progress! Not reliable 😒

@Rogers This should have been a yes or no question. Sadly the answer is no. Not a good way to treat customers who were affected by the storm.

@Rogers @Halifax_Kat That’s great and all, Rogers, however not sure how I’m supposed to use that extra 50gb of data when there’s no Rogers service

@RogersHelps My son goes to school in Halifax and has had to use so much of our GB with no internet We are almost out and won’t make it to our new month turnover . How can you help?

@RogersHelps that doesnt help because I know that information already which is why i purchased sn now premium, yet it isn't working the way they say it should be.

@DebTood @RogersHelps To any of the posters above re: the hurricane, it will also knock out cell service (and has, see main Rogers page)... so "free" data and calling is in fact a craven, transparent, attempt to garner positive marketing gain from the less observant amongst us? (yes, that means you).
