    @rcmayer13 @Rogers @RogersHelps So u can offer more clients half price rates compared to long time 15 yr customer ..but now I miss out on much needed money during pandemic...also to top off I had Holter monitor appointment changed today amd dident know ..so lost hour at another jib as went to hospital for nada

    @RogersHelps 14 hours without service. No real explanation as to the problem. This is very poor customer service. I expect you will be providing all of your customers with a rebate on their next bill.

    @RogersHelps @JacksonJDuke2 Better be talking compensation with more than 1 customer. Oh and sounds like you're suggesting pro-rated compensation....pretty sure it deserves more than that. Supposed to be working from home, but of course...no phone, so forced to take the risk and work in the office.
