@Rogers giving people under 4 bucks for losing their cell & internet services for an entire day making people lose access to emergency services, communication with jobs & clients and overall stress. $4 couldn't buy you a decent hamburger.

@RogersHelps I am being offered $12.97 for the downtime. Meanwhile Ignite service is down again here in Markham, just as everyone is home and wants to watch some TV. Is this being added to my credit?

@RogersHelps has resorted to not even replying. That’s fine. Been a customer over 20years. Selling my house and buying a new one. Rogers won’t be our provider after that. It’s either treat customers like we deserve or money goes elsewhere. Seems simple enough to me.

Come on @RogersHelps @Rogers , I think 3 days is enough time to fix the issues from Friday, but our ignite TV is still unwatchable with all the freezing and audio issues. Why do I pay $200+ per month to you for again?
