@RogersHelps Having some minor issues sine outage. With Ignite TV app, it lags from time to time. Also Says I’m offline or not at home and should record programs to watch them when I am home & on Wifi. Also cannot access certain websites or Apple software updates.

As the Rogers network outage continues, I’m still continuing to get emails from @Rogers addressed to my dead dad, even after being asked to send over his death certificate to confirm the account name change. This is the final nail in the coffin. Time to move on to Telus. 👋

My Ignite TV barely works after 3 days but @Rogers managed to deliver its bill on time. We need mass exodus. We don’t have many choices but Rogers is the worst!
