@RogersHelps My Home Service is not restored. As a CS major with 30+ years exp. with startups to big conglomerates, I know small things may fall through the cracks sometimes despite adhering to best practices, but 2 successive major fowl-ups shows a cultural failure that will repeat.

We are paying for the most unreliable service in Canada and yet the CEO of Rogers is stating that they are back online and recovered all services? #Rogers

@RogersHelps Second time in 2 years. That is why I do not have Roger's and their customer service sucks. Never, ever will I get Roger's
