Wow… @RogersHelps Once my term is up, I am taking my business elsewhere. I defended the company and remained a customer for 12 years. And this is what happens? Absolutely pathetic. Can’t get with the times. That’s your fault. Maybe Bell or Telus will be better options?

@RogersHelps hi, I’m trying to help a handicapped friend in the 416 install their new Ignite kit. The modem is flashing yellow. What does that mean. We have setup the MyRogers and linked account. Should the provided pad be enough to login or does the modem need a pwd too?

Hey @Rogers when you order a movie on Rogers on Demand don’t you have to put in a code? How was my 16 month toddler able to order A movie? Worst part is we didn’t even watch it because we didn’t know he ordered.

@wilmot786 @mack3636 @Rogers I complained about the wait time and they suggested that the schedule a call back feature or using the web chat are the quickest ways to get service.

Been with @Rogers for years. They couldn’t give me the same deal I’ve had for my internet. Being a loyal customer doesn’t mean anything anymore. That’s fine. I cancelled my services. Good riddance.
