    How do companies like @Rogers get away with charging so much for service that cuts out all the time? What exactly am I paying for if the internet does what it wants? And why bother telling me you'll communicate known outages when you actually don't?

    @RogersHelps so as the drama continues after I was told that this 24 hour outage would be resolved at 6 am I'm now told that they need to send in a tec to my place & that won't happen until Friday. So that'll be 3 days without internet or cable. Wow.

    @RogersHelps This is disgusting Rogers continually goes down every week!!! I think Bell should start call Rogers customers with a promo for all of these customers. BTW Rogers does nothing to show any good will. NOTHING! Terrible customer Service!

    @RogersHelps Watching Save My Reno on Global and it no longer has automatic, unchangeable closed captioning like it did yesterday. Note that I didn't change anything from my end and didn't have to waste time calling or DMing you for it to be corrected. It was a Rogers problem not mine.
