Honestly, I always felt @RogersHelps atleast was quick in replying to customers but this just takes the cake. I’ve done IT Help Desk and when someone tells u to wait 15mins for a team to “get online” and then they tell you that your account is locked for 24hrs. BS

@rogers @sportsnet Sportsnet NOW is ******* pathetic! Login, select game, click Watch Live, get three commercials. Finally goes to game play, see Go to Live in lower left corner, click it - 3 more ads, including SN ad, return to game play exactly where it was 🤬 $40 for this? 🖕

@Rogers …you guys are ridiculous. Few weeks ago we get an email congratulating yourselves on improving the signal in our neighbourhood. BUT since then we lose internet, TV, Wi-fi, phone, etc…; on a regular basis. Stop lying about improvements.
