    @RogersHelps it's not an intermittent issue. Clearly 1000s of people have had no voice or data service for 6+ hours. Are your higher ups going to give you an update anytime soon or do the big bossed just expect to not have to be transparent with customers.

    @UxdGroup @ajjohnson582 @RogersHelps Bell for Internet. Lesser of the 2 evils, and the connection is about a million times better and wayyyy better deal. Telus for mobile. It was like ripping off a bandaid and wasn’t nearly as painful as I thought it would be. Rogers is the WORST

    @ThornPython4 @ThumbelinaKim @RogersHelps How about lost revenue due to their inability to resolve this issue? Us and many other like us pay serious amounts of money per month to stay connected because without that connection we are essentially out of business.

    @Rogers I've checked the forum and it is not really giving any current updates. I'm asking that once service is restored that you send out a text so we customers are not tied to wifi and Hotspot areas. Is that too much to ask?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Everyone call and complain. If you ask for a deduction on your bill, you will get it. I got almost 200$ in discounts after calling them cose they always offer better deals to new clients, they don't give a damn about their existing customer base.

    @RogersHelps I love the same automatic reply from rogers... they clearly don't care that people are without service. If they did actually care it would of been up and running by now. Worst company ever!
