    @RogersHelps WTF is going on in L4W?? I'm getting alerts - at work - that my devices are going on cellular backup mode CONSTANTLY. This was happening earlier in the week too. And I'm not at home to re-start my modem, but know that I had to do it five times on Monday night.

    @Rogers … awesome customer service. Wait 1hr + on the phone earlier today. Then 30 + minutes on live chat and no answers or replies other then “sorry, you’re important…..”. Can’t alter anything online as I get redirected to call or live chat. #brutal

    I have been unable to work since Friday. @rogers has a known problem with services in my area. No ETA, not able to talk to a human (my position in the queue is 81, and given my experience in the last days, the chat — or call — will drop before I get to someone). What a week.
