@RogersHelps its been almost two weeks with almost no internet service at my house!! The whole neighbourhood is suffering from this outage in Mississauga. @RogersHelps this is not acceptable. Some of us work from home, take online classes, and can’t even FaceTime our loved ones!

@RogersHelps You could help by having the products in your retail stores and allowing for the customer to instantly get the fix needed by picking it up and doing the exchanges in store, instead of having to wait for it to be shipped to them in 3 days and then shipping back my return

@Rogers @RogersHelps With all due respect why does your service suck? Your customer service is bad and cant provide that you promise. I have major issues with your services and. You guys have messed my bill. Looks like you are stealing our money and not responding to me via call
