    @JayGenXer @Rogers Your call has been directed to Punjabi big rig driver on the 401 who has six cell phones and is doing tech support for Rogers , Bell etc as a side gig to his illegal CDL licence .

    I have not been able to get to @rogers for tec support in 4 days. I hang on the phone for almost two hours on two occasions and then the call hangs up. Why should any paying customer wait 2 hours for a call to he answered? Obviously not enough people working there. 1/

    Tried to do an online purchase with my @Rogers Mastercard and they sent me a text security code to complete the sale. Waited and waited. It never came. Used a different form of payment. Nearly 2 hours later Rogers finally texts me the code LOL! Talk about timely - NOT!

    @JayGenXer @Rogers Just go straight to the @CCTS_CPRST. Don't even waste time with Rogers' "customer service". You won't believe how fast they accommodate you after you file a complaint.
