@TriciaBarker49 @RogersHelps Just buy a roam card in the USA. Your phone should be unlocked and can be used on any network. Roam card is 20$ and good for a month. Rogers roaming is like 15$ per day plus usage

  • twotterjockey Ryan (@twotterjockey) reported

@RogersHelps Apple TV. iPad. iPhone. The same on all devices. Tried to cast from devices to Apple TV…same. Deleted app and reinstalled….no fix.

  • ThisAintEZ drinking my coffee (@ThisAintEZ) reported

@RogersHelps is something going on with the Ignite Wifi App? I read it was being updated soon and now it doesn't work. It tells me my 'Gateway' is not activated when clearly it is and is working.

  • LinzAyearst Lindsay_Ayearst_PhD (@LinzAyearst) reported

@RogersHelps @Bell how many days have you had interrupted service in the past 10 days? I’m at 4 days of service outages so far in the past 10 days.

  • virusraid virusraid (@virusraid) reported

@Rogers service is down in London, Ontario, what is happening?

  • andrewomerknapp andrew knapp (@andrewomerknapp) reported

@RogersHelps This keeps happening. I haven't turned on my Data Roaming while in the US or Mexico. Not once have I switched this ON. It has been OFF. and yet I'm being charged the $15/day to roam like home. When I call, they say there's nothing they can do about it. WTF.

  • Hitchorado Hitcho (@Hitchorado) reported

@rogers get the members centre password tool fixed now please - people can't connect their email to Outlook or other clients, a massive inconvenience. You just had a national outage - how many more customers do you want to lose? One week or I will be next. NOW please.

  • AureliaCotta Aurelia Cotta (@AureliaCotta) reported

@sol_chrom @Rogers @FP_Champagne No code for wifi but yes to a code for the BAI/TTC signal except things have changed now. Just hoping they don’t cut Freedom access off while they cope with Rogers taking 2 years to supposedly “upgrade” No idea how they did a great job in NYC but are inadequate in Toronto

  • mmeenaakshii meenakshl (@mmeenaakshii) reported

@TriciaBarker49 @RogersHelps this is what shocks you!? not the park board displacing homeless people over and over during your tenure as a commissioner?? pls get a life and keep your calls to customer service to yourself.

  • Hitchorado Hitcho (@Hitchorado) reported

@RogersHelps Not good enough. I can't file or backup emails while it's down and it's been more than a month. No real option but to switch to a more reliable email provider, which means my internet service will likely move as well. Total lack of confidence in @Rogers after this.
