@RandiDruzin @Rogers @RogersMediaPR I switched to bell 2 yrs ago and never a moment of outage. Rogers has been on my street for 2 wks trying to figure out why internet is down. Feel sorry for Rogers customers.

@RogersHelps was on hold for 1.5 hours then tried the chat. Another 45min. I have tried talking to someone for days and nothing. Another reason I'm changing cell service! Enough is enough!

@Rogers after 1.5hrs in an online chat w/an agent, I’m no better off than when I started. Paying way too much for services. And for what? Sub par customer service and unexplained outages. Time to reconsider my 15+ year relationship with your company.

@Bnudd @jpperrin @RogersHelps Interesting. I’ve heard it was good from several ppl, but never used it myself. Will likely unsubscribe to SportsNet Now… I may reconsider subscribing again if the Canucks get better next year and users share that the SportsNet Now app has improved!
