@4thLine4Life @RogersHelps I'm in Manitoba, and all Rogers cell phone users I've talked to are having issues with data, calling, and texting. Overpriced underserviced garbage

.@Rogers @RogersHelps third failure today on your Shaw transit out of Victoria BC. 20:20 PDT it "recovered" because upstream rerouted to Cogent. 22:04 it fell over again. You didn't fix anything. Something else routed around you, then stopped.

Hey @RogersHelps I need help from a human. My gateway modem is dying a slow death and I need a new one. Tried all the fixes your unhelpful chatbot suggested. None worked. Spent 1.75 hours on your tech support line. Call dropped. I just want to talk to a real person please!

@RogersHelps Sorry, never an iPhone here. My Samsung is supposed to detect this. It is a common shoreline issue that should be run up the chain there. I quick look at US roaming refunds issues along any great lake shoreline should indicate there is a problem there. 1/2
