@RogersHelps I don't think y'all understand that it's your automated bots that create half the issue. An automated bot sent home a technician who doesn't know how to work on fiber modems..I had a manager from Rogers questioning his professionalism when I conferenced them.

@AboutRogers @Rogers How about improving service in Gibsons and the rest of the Sunshine Coast? Currently have 1 bar on iPhone 11 Pro. LTE totally disappears in places like Sunnycrest Mall.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Funny how $5 a day covers my long distance country to country no problem but make a 5 min call without the $5/day plan and it's the same price. Criminals.
