    @Emelyn75002912 @Rogers seriously, shame on you Rogers. I have received terrible customer service from Rogers in the recent past so i am not surprised. Outsourced customer service agents who don't know what they are doing for the most part and say things like "we can't do anything"

    @RogersHelps @RJ_Brooks Hi Rogers Help. Would it be possible to tweet out when you believe the pod situation is fixed? We removed the pods not knowing the problem so now I have to re-set them up. It would be handy to know when is a good time to reattempt setup as setting these up is a pain. Thanks!

    @Rogers 17 years with a company and someone who just signs up gets better customer service and deals. I hate phone companies. Time for a new company. Any suggestions??
