    @RogersHelps Its not only fault of ur service technician its ur company fault and telling lies , i just came to know that my service scheduled for 30th June. Thats pathetic service , first they trespassed my house now they are lying on my face.

    The rogers guy tresspassed our property and put someone else commectiom and cut ours. Cslled many many times, no one sent any one to resolve. They send third party men who takes bribes n do all sort of bad like trespassing etc. @RogersHelps @cityoftoronto @cityofhamilton

    I called @RogersHelps tonight b/c my VM isn’t working. Apparently it’s a known issue w/visual VM since Jan w/ no timeline for resolution. So I changed my greeting to I won’t get your VM b/c @rogers is having an issue. Ridiculous but I don’t want people thinking I’m ignoring them

    @RogersHelps The form wouldn't load so I couldn't go to checkout and pay. Now customer support is setting everything up but the whole conversation has taken hours. We started talking at 2:18pm and it's 9:33pm. It feels like a joke.

    @RogersHelps I've already given a full report today to a tech support person based in Montreal. We successfully determined it's a Rogers problem. Same issue we've been experiencing very summer for 3 or 4 years now.

    @Rogers You guys should train your customer support better. Waited on hold just for someone to pick up. Shuffle about a bit and then hang up. Without saying a word

    @RogersHelps You don’t understand my complaint. I am forced to consent to a RECORDING for training purposes in order to get customer service on the phone from you. I never consented for you to capture my unique voice print for other purposes like accessing my account
