@RogersHelps Day 3 without internet or cable. An hour wait to speak to someone- we were told to go pick up a new modem (did nothing). The next day called back and told it’s still being “looked into”. Completely unacceptable to be without service for DAYS, especially during WFH.

@Bell_Support Thank you for getting back to me quickly, I guess current customer satisfaction isn't in @Rogers vocabulary. I will remember this in a couple of months when my cellphone contract is done.
