@RogersBiz what on earth did that migration to MyRogers app email mean? It says “Your Rogers Business Self-Serve app is moving to MyRogers app” ... so, biz login Is using the same app as personal log in on the go forward?

@RogersHelps I have tried to call your CS 3 times over 3 days. I have given up after 1 & 1/2 hrs on hold each time! Your self serve is not operational. You no-longer have the call back option. I chose Rogers for its CS . Why is your CS so poor now?

@Rogers internet issues again modem keeps restarting at random times. Now no internet. Spoke to support few times before but all they keep saying is no issues on their end. Already swapped the modem. They keep increasing the price. But service degrading.

@RogersHelps Yes. Tried 3x via the mobile app and Kept getting an error saying payment could not be processed. I tried via desktop and website and the Payment worked so seems to be an issue with the app.

Now moving onto another issue- porting a number over. The only way you can port a number from a group plan is by opening a personal account first. I call to open a personal account so that I can port my phone number and voila, same issue. @Rogers

So Twitter followers I need some advice. Who provides your cell service for your devices? I'm only interested in hearing from satisfied customers. I've just had a terrible experience with @Rogers. I've been a customer for over 15 yr. I wanted service for my watch, can't do it 1/2
