@RogersHelps I have been on a chat for 38 minutes and got disconnected, called and had a callback that turned into a voice mail. What is going on with your support? I am a new customer, want to get my internet setup complete. I paid a setup fee, what does that get me? Hassles?

  • SuzeMorrison Suze Morrison (@SuzeMorrison) reported

Hey @TekSavvyCSR / @RogersHelps - I'm hearing from folks in #torcen (myself included) who are having massive speed issues. Is there infrastructure work going on locally? Are y'all throttling? My own speed test is down to 1 Mbps DL & has been for 2 days. It's barely functional.

  • Cbab_ Cbab (@Cbab_) reported

Really @RogersHelps ? You're going to make me call you at 9PM on a Friday and figure out why you just reset ALL of my network settings? *rolls up sleeves* Ok then...

  • felixfraldaddy nicole ✌ (@felixfraldaddy) reported

@pkmncrossing i'm bitter rogers was down all day two days ago and i couldn't log in 💔 @RogersHelps u owe me primogems

  • HelderMTavares Hélder M. Tavares (@HelderMTavares) reported

@RogersHelps Sure. I can watch a feed from another country but not the team that plays in my region when they are in the same country? That makes sense. Stop trying to justify your anti-consumer garbage. Your TV packages are more expensive for less and less.

  • shawnasativa shawna (@shawnasativa) reported

@RogersHelps but ignite has been around for AGES now, how is this not a priority?? or allowing customers to save things longer than a year? or finally adding a slow motion feature like on the old boxes? i can’t figure out what these nightly updates do considering nothing ever changes.

  • joe_luca2003 Joe (@joe_luca2003) reported

@RogersHelps @MiIIyMill After being on a call for an hour discussing my bill, you folks in cust. care transferred me to a dead line and hung up, What’s happening over there? Paying for a premium package & getting 3rd rate service, Cmon folks U NEED to do better than this @EdwardSRogers

  • charlotteher Ch.He (@charlotteher) reported

@SuzeMorrison @RogersHelps definitely! We have to restart the modem several times a day when internet is barely working / not working at all. 🤨 it always comes back on ... just so annoying

  • AJ_LV_ AJ (@AJ_LV_) reported

@RogersHelps none of my cable is working. All the channels are dark, some channels show on other TVs but not all of them. Is there an outage?

  • Bryson_M bryson (@Bryson_M) reported

@SuzeMorrison @TekSavvyCSR @RogersHelps The biggest challenge is the fact that, due to hugely inflated rates, it doesn't make sense for indie ISPs like TekSavvy, Start and Distributel to sell services over the fibre network. This means everyone crams on to the affordable cable connections, straining the infrastructure.
