    Anyone in Canada who still has @RogersHelps service leave!. Undeniable the worst customer service, technicians, escalation and products on this planet. Left my disabled mother in Ottawa without connected 3rd party smarthome services because of ignite and I’m 2800 miles away now.

    @RogersHelps Frustrated Angry. My wife has wasted over 20 hours trying to fix a plain and simple matter with Rogers. This continues today with a ‘no show’ from a scheduled technician visit. Rogers organizational incompetence is simply unbelievable.

    i love how @rogers is quick to remind i have a balance but not acknowledge it’s their actions (or inactions) that created this scenario. don’t you have a customer to call back and advise on the situation i requested escalation for? no but, emails and text messages a plenty.

    @RogersHelps This is NOT my problem that this is system generated! This very much sounds like a rogers process problem! Tell you what….whatever the cost is for Disney plus is for 6 months, please have that including the taxes added to my account as a credit then
