@RogersHelps Please credit customers exactly what you charge them PER DAY. The amortized proactive credit given out last year that amounted to ~$5 isn't going to cut it for this year's outage.

@narchematics @Rogers 2 - Also, I pay handsomely for this service and expect it to be available at my convenience. I can understand a short outage (< 2hrs) but not the entire day. Why would I pay for a service that was not delivered?

We really need to have more mobile companies in 🇨🇦 like in the 🇺🇸. This market dominance is clearly a safety problem. 911 access issues yesterday & we couldn’t get patients over to my hospital for cardiac angioplasty as some hospitals didn’t have working phone lines. @RogersHelps
