    I wish @rogers wasnt the worst ISP in Canada. Can't play a single day of games without lagging & can't even stream because of awful internet service.

    @citynewscalgary We moved from Rogers to Shaw early this year for our mobile service because of mobile cost savings offered by Shaw. Now I'm potentially back with @RogersHelps and we are suppose to accept that this will enhance competition. Have to assume a rate increase shortly after approval.

    @rogers WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! I have been promised 5 times by your managers to received a call back to fix a billing issue created by your system. Nobody ever called back, and when I call the wait time is always over 2 hours! Embarrassing!

    My woes continue with NHL LIVE. I have a case open, but the Canadian stream always has terrible quality, like, 360/480 and then I check the other stream (MSG in this instance) and it's like, 720p and way better. Every damn game. @RogersHelps @NHLTVSupport
