Paul MacIntyre (@MacintyreP20931) reportedIt's not reasonable to be in line for over 60min to buy a coffee, clothes, vehicle etc. So why is it acceptable to be on hold for 60min plus waiting for someone from @Rogers to come on the line? If you sell a product, you should employ enough ppl to handle customer service.
