@RogersHelps just wanted to thank you for such a LOW quality service during this long weekend. The services are down since noon, that’s 12 hours, and have chatted twice with the tech. No resolution yet. Not sure why you bump the price annually to invest in the infrastructure.

@RogersHelps OK I did that where can I expect a response. Email text message Twitter DM? I have disconnected the coaxial cable and the plug from the modem currently. Waiting to hear from someone on your end for the next step ?.. do you want to zap the signal on your end or something ?..

@RogersHelps Cables out in south Whitby. It was crap yesterday. It was crap last weekend. What are people paying thru the nose for? The service provided is terrible. Fix it and fix it right.

@rogers has the worst internet and customer service. I pay over $100 per month for internet that never works. The most unreliable company. All the techs do the same thing and never provide a real solution. So pissed
