@RogersHelps so I went to check the provided link in relation to our current internet outage and it seems like the current service disruption is not listed. Only walking distance from the Brampton Rogers building.

Have had the worst @RogersHelps service today. Needed a cable line repaired. We got a text that the repair person was on his way. Rep said they called to say they arrived, and left when there was no answer. They never called, didn’t come to the door to knock… nothing.

(2) issue due to privacy reasons. I trusted that they would resolve the issue. Today the SAME @Rogers employee parked his work can outside, came into my workplace, once again with his name tag on, and yelled at another employee. We told him he was banned @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Shame on Rogers there was a black out Feb 8th which cause damage to Roger boxes in a LTC facility and Rogers still hasn't activated the boxes leaving residents without their only source of entertainment.
