@RogersHelps All services up and running & may be a general problem that still needs to be restored! To watch recordings , when “Watch”is pressed from remote, it bounces immediately back to live channel you are on & then message comes up to call Rogers with reference #001

@RogersHelps @ColinDMello It’s not only your own customers that were affected. Customers who used Rogers devices could not attend their online appointments - they lost treatments and businesses lost their billings for the day. And this is one of the minor issues. The public is owed a complete explanation.

@ChaosCharmer @RogersHelps @Rogers Yeah silly me for relying on a company who's logo is "the most fastest, reliable network ever" Maybe they should have acknowledged the issue at onset instead of waiting til late morning to announce it. Where would I have gone? An overcrowded library who cannot take more clients?
