Hey @startca I'm at work, but my roomie says the internet keeps cutting out, I saw a few others reporting Start and @Rogers being down right now (in Ottawa), do you know what's going on/if that might be the cause?

@RogersHelps I already contacted your customer service who said to get a lawyer. This is not how you do business considering someone said they would pay the balance owing. That’s on Rogers not the customer for next steps.

@RogersHelps I’m shocked this is how you treat paying customers for years. Cutting my brand new driveway for my neighbours cable even after u said no. The worst part is you said on the phone you would send out another company to see if they could dig around my driveway
