@RogersHelps @Rogers seriously WTF?. I sincerely hope you make this up to your clients #disaster

  • moolaysian elmo (@moolaysian) reported

@RogersHelps you said service would be restored by 5 pm EDT - it's now 5:38 EDT - when can we expect service? #wantacredit #rogersoutage

  • LindaSmithShpk LindaSmithShpk (@LindaSmithShpk) reported

@RogersHelps how much longer does this have to go on before we can cancel our contract, without penalty, with Roger's because they cannot provide the service we are paying for?? You are not upholding your end of the contract, so is this not a breech of contract?

  • 19ray49 Ray Jago (@19ray49) reported

@RogersHelps Has the lower mainland been fixed yet. A greater concern is how is it possible that the whole country was affected. You have a major problem with your network and you have demonstrated how vulnerable your network is. If properly designed this should never happen.

  • AlexG911 Alex Gambrel (@AlexG911) reported

@VancouverExpat @Paulliepaullie2 @RogersHelps It's nation-wide. I work with people in Ontario that are having the same issues.

  • anthonybakker3 Passionately ambivalent (@anthonybakker3) reported

@RogersHelps My phone has been down all day, as has my daughter's. I missed an important medical consultation as a result. I will be expecting a sizeable credit towards my next bill, in keeping with the exhorbitant rates demanded by Rogers for the privilege of an expensive paperweight.

  • Arkadi_73 Arkadi Romijn (@Arkadi_73) reported

@RogersHelps Hope you’re working out how much to credit us. Today has been a disaster. Working from home does require reliable service, in case you’ve heard of covid and it’s consequences? Sorry sarcastic, but my day is shot

  • micheIIepayne michelle (@micheIIepayne) reported

Alright but what’s going on @Rogers @RogersHelps? It’s been more than 12 hours with no word on when service will be back up and running.

  • BigDaddyWolfie1 Big Daddy Wolf (@BigDaddyWolfie1) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers Maybe fix your phone service before you start running ads about something I need service to use

  • rinni_ Rinni Hart (@rinni_) reported

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Transparency on this issue could be the "straw" at this point, if you know what I mean. Difficult to keep people calm and locked up at home when (for some) your only access to any connectedness is gone with no determinate return ...is it enough to instigate unrest, finally?
