@QuantumTrader78 @RogersHelps @bfraser757 Go with Virgin(Bell) or Koodo(Telus) they have better service out west.

  • DMSLassie Dorothy Swift (@DMSLassie) reported

@RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 Does Roger’s think this will satisfy the customer base? Keep your crumbs and give us the service that we pay a great deal if money to get.

  • fishcotheque VG (@fishcotheque) reported

@Sara_Slade_ @TekSavvyCSR @Rogers Expect a canned response telling you to DM them after your service is restored. Seems they have no plans to proactively address compensation. I was willing to just wait out the outage quietly until I saw that nonsense. #CustomerService #nointernet

If my net is still down tomorrow and I miss the PSA tournament because of @RogersHelps. I think I am going to be livid ngl.

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers My dad is 81 yrs old lives alone and quite sick with COVID , up until 12:30 pm today he had no landline phone, no internet, no cable. What if he needed 911?@RogersHelps . I still do not have landline, etc. Using old cell phone I kept for emergency. This proves health/safety risk

Wow, Rogers really showed everyone how inept they are, congrats guys! I really hope this one hurts. Your greed and incompetence is limitless, I can't imagine how many lives were tragically affected yesterday because of your horrific, garbage company 🤡 @rogers @rogersmediapr

  • expertjass Expert Jass (@expertjass) reported

  • PearMad TheMadPear (@PearMad) reported

@12Kitkat16 @Rogers Thankfully, mine has been fine since around 11:30pm last night. My brother a couple blocks away still had issues this morning and they sent a tech out this afternoon to him.

  • InRodWeTrustMTL Rod Francis (@InRodWeTrustMTL) reported

@Henry_MTL_HABS @birgitomo @Rogers You're right. But unless it involves MLSE, good luck getting BCE and RCI to cooperate and share infrastructure and tech to support redundant protocols at critical sites. Depending on what qualifies police/911/hospitals? You're talking millions of buildings and an incompetent CRTC

  • 1Blakelake Blake L (@1Blakelake) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers lol - $3.80!! What about the self-employed that lost a day of work and also had to run around helping a sick parent who had no access! Let alone people who lost a day of their business due to interac or could not access emergency services!! No - Rogers.
