    In my saga with @Rogers cable tv, I complained about intermittent reception to a help line. They sent a new cable box by Purolator. Astonishingly, the new box did not work either, so I requested a technician visit my home. 1/2

    @RogersHelps If I went to a Rogers store would they be able to check if it is unlocked to any network? I think it was previously used under Bell
