@RogersHelps Total blackout for internet & cable for a day now. Is someone working on restoring it. Why is there no communication from Rogers letting customers know what is going on, so unprofessional. Using all data on my cell through Chatr to see what is going on. No news about it. 😠😠

@Rogers God help you if Roger’s takes over Shaw. Ignite Internet has been out for almost a day and cannot get any info from Rogers. No live people to talk to and their AVR system is overwhelmed

@RogersHelps Morning! I’m in the south Whitby area, no internet or ignite tv. Is there any way to get an estimate on when service will be restored without sitting on hold for over 3 hours or using the Anna service which has proven not to be helpful. Any help appreciated!
