I don't understand electronics, but I am super frustrated at still having no TV for almost 48 hrs, even though it is internet based & controlled by the same modem as my internet & phone to which service was restored 12 hrs ago. Not happy @Rogers

@RogersHelps I can’t get through on your phone lines. You don’t respond to live chat. You don’t respond to DMs. My 95 yr old blind mothers @Rogers phone still not working as of 8:30pm tonight. Please advise how Rogers will fix this concerning issue. Her phone is her lifeline.

@vote4robgill @Rogers A mere $3.80 doesn't start to compensate their customers for the inconvenience. Never mind the rest of us, who haven't be able to conduct bank transactions for two days. A company like should give up a less a months fee for chaos.

@RogersHelps Please tell us the truth about what is going on. If this really is related to a “network update error” then your IT department needs to be fired and replaced with ones that know how to make and implement a backup. 40+ hours later and still tv and internet not working.

@RogersHelps will you be charging customers for data overages due to phone tethering? My internet is still out and I'm told there's no issue in my area (clearly there is). I need to work this weekend. No agents available to speak to.
