So I can't stream because even having the best service and paying over $100 dollars a month for it. I still constantly DC during my streams or my Zoom calls. @RogersHelps we just got a new box yesterday and I'm still having bad issues. Can you please do something.

@RogersBiz I have a consumer account but apparently you don’t have just normal Rogers Twitter just business. Every time I open my bill it’s more and more every month!! I found what the issue was YET your agent tried to talk in circles and explain why it is ....when she didn’t even know!!

@Rogers help me understand why when I try to make changes on line to my plan I keep getting technical error messages & told to to call& then told the wait time is over an HR. Also, why am I being charged $30 set up fee for something I was left to set up all on my own!?

Finally got hold of an agent who was extremely helpful. Not only did he resolve my issue, he reduced my bill too. While the wait time was excessive, the response was more than expected. Thank you @Rogers
