Yesterday we received an 'emotionless' worded email from @Rogers, that the 'outage' credit is increasing from 2 to 5 days....meh 🫤 Just received our bill...no credit there. Wonder how long it will take for it to appear on our accounts??

@Rogers is going to credit their customers after outage and probably charge them more to make "upgrades" so it doesn't happen again. @JustinTrudeau what ever happened to lower bills? You fraud.

Is there a more frustrating company to deal with than @Rogers? 45 minutes on the phone to do a simple account merge - still not done, will take 5-7 business days to complete. Merging the accounts the opposite way of what would be convenient for the customer. They just don't care

@RogersBiz whose paying from rogers for my lost revenue? Serious question. As I had rogers and their so called un fail able backup mobile network. I expect a dm eith whom will be paying me back.
