It's really quite incredible. They actually have an automated message that says "We are too busy to take your call, goodbye" when you call customer service. Goodbye is right!!!

Jeff Jones (@thewiredserf) reported@Rogers how to we actually get a technician to help with a surge damaged drop? It’s been 7 days now and 2 technicians with no resolution. Have to wait on the phone for 1.5 hours to have support tell us they can’t send someone for another day.

Jeff Jones (@thewiredserf) reported@RogersHelps internet down for over a week now. 2 technicians - still no fix. Downstream levels on all channels are severely attenuated. The physical drop line or house ground block likely hit by the surge we need an outdoor field technician to re-test and replace the drop ASAP.
