    @RogersHelps You say you are going to post updates. Where are they? How about some brief description of what the issue is & a best guess/estimate on how long it will take. Not hearing anything is equally frustrating.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Intermittent and some. Biggest understatement of the year unless by intermittent you mean it going on and off service once every 5 seconds. And by some you mean everyone but your support. Maybe you should tell the techs to stop flipping the light switches in the towers

    @RogersHelps @phil_jacobson Chronic outage. 911 services are also likely affected. Intermittent outages are not outages lasting for numerous hours. This is a chronic Rogers Communications service failure.
