    @Ginger6514 @Rogers It was not bad this time. I have to say Rogers improved their customer service quite a lot. The chatbot Anna is making good progress. Regarding “music on hold,” I wonder if it is possible to make a “joke on hold”? Would NPS be better? Or is it too complicated to build?

    @RogersHelps I pay $120 for 1GB, got half the speed or less most of the time. L6Y 0W7 is the postal code. Now from past 2 weeks I feel I’m using dial up Internet. Can you help?
