@Rogers I understand your are investing 10 billion to your network. Can I look forward to my bill going up because your team dropped the ball? I am sure that money wont be coming out of your bonuses right?!? @Bell cant come to my neightbourhood fast enough with Fibe.#rogersdown

At #INDU @Rogers CEO says they didn’t know it was a National outage for several hours. I find this boggling - it took most people 10 minutes looking on social media at 5AM to know this was National impact.

@AboutRogers @Rogers This was so unacceptable, and on top of it with your 10 billion dollar network upgrade over the next 3 years, it should be coming out of rovers pocket. Not a price plan increase through consumer and small business.

I’m wondering why I’ve now complained about @RogersHelps offering lip service apologies twice now and both tweets have been reported and deleted. I didn’t get my five days off on my bill that were promised and I’m paying $162 a month. Explain it?

Rogers blamed the outages on coding errors. Any IT professional knows that before you deploy anything. You test it first! and you don't deploy it all at once. @Rogers

@AboutRogers @Rogers I still don’t see rogers taking FULL responsibility for this outage. They were messing with peoples lives and some of this is serious! Not only 911 services were out but People need their money and medications and access to their money daily. Rogers needs to take accountability!

@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps Confused. I’m supposed to spend more time to fix this when there are already open tickets? Because it will suddenly get fixed? I’ve had them ask me for my phone number when logged into their systems. And the sweetest joke is that Rogers ia down again.

@RogersHelps We actually just swapped our 2 tv boxes and that seemed to have helped with the tv issue for now. 🤔

@RogersHelps Without a doubt Rogers is the most inept company to deal with in Canada. They claim to have the fastest best internet in Canada and after installing ignite it goes down 7 times per day. Oh yes just unplug so it reboots. Really ??? I pay over $200 a month for me to unplug wait
