    The last 4 days have been....something. My internet went out at ~8PM on Thursday. Told it was a downstream issue by @startca but that @Rogers could fix it quick or have someone out no later than the 3rd. Recorded our hour long show that night and thought nothing of it.

    Big fire in my my moms condo March ‘20 She called @RogersHelps to put her acc on hold (they said no problem) but every month billed her forcing her to make a call to correct it 15 months in a row. She moved back Aug 6 ‘21. She is still without cable! 20 hrs on phone #SAD

    @startca @Rogers It was Sept 4 by then. I have another ~day without internet and then another 26 days in this billing period. And I use $50 of extra data, they'll cut me off. Meanwhile, I know if I was a @Rogers costomer I would have been up and running sooner. Which is the big-picture issue.

    @startca @Rogers Companies like Rogers and Bell own the lines, the small companies are left to the mercy of Rogers and Bell to provide service for their customers. So try as Start could, there's little they could do without Rogers. So when my tech didn't show up by 2 (as promised) I was pissed.
