    I’m curious @RogersHelps about the outage. If you are an iOS user. The default setting is to use Celluar in place of bad WiFi. But it’s default is also to pick the best Cellular Provider. I got pushed to Verizon for the last 45 minutes. Who’s going to pay for those charges.

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps Lack of transparency, lack of information, bs press releases (FYI no service ALL day is NOT intermittent) and high fees. Rogers and Fido customers deserve better, including a refund #rogersrefund

    @RogersHelps It's been the whole day and every Roger and fido customer is unable to use phones. Can u give a timeline? It's quite hard not to call someone the whole day.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers so are rogers and fido customers receiving some sort of compensation? The extent of this outage has made me want to switch carriers this coming weekend. I have to rely on my phone and i had to go a full work day without using it. I don’t need it when i get home.

    There was a Covid exposure announced at my daughter's school today. But I have no phone service thanks to @Rogers, so I hope that contact tracing wasn't trying to reach me today. #rogersoutage #rogersdown
