    @RogersHelps I mean, the problem didn't get solved and I am very unhappy with my bill going up $50 from March 2020 to February 2021, but hey, kudos to Matthew on the social team for responding quickly and giving clear answers. Have a good one NT !

    Tried to switch my phone to @rogers from Telus and they have ****** it up so badly. What is wrong with you people! Warning... stay away from @Rogers!!! Not worth it. Now I'm out of a phone and so is my partner for 5 days. We have to live the consequences of your **** up!

    Have to tell you, @RogersHelps customer service is 1000% better via Facebook Messenger than the call center. No holds, no misinformation and help in a timely manner. Thanks for the tip @NordoftheNorth - saved hours of time wasted getting passed around/ignored #CustomerService
