    @Rogers Yeah I worked for Rogers corporate field sales, worked the hardest in my office made personal connections with every customer, trained reps. Worked in the snow rain, sacrificed years of my life just to be let go during a pandemic after promised I wouldn't loose my job. Thx Rogers

    @RogersHelps I'm in Caledon with no internet for the whole day. The Rogers Interruption Status forun was updated 8 hrs ago with no estimates time. Can someone give us some light on when the service is going to be restored?

    @RogersHelps not so great to have no internet in #Ldnont for a few hours. Work? School? Forget it. Terrible.

    @RogersHelps is there a direct line for customer retention? Dealing with a problem since August, 5 phone calls later and the issue is still not resolved. Incompetence at its best.

    @RogersHelps Fine. Authenticate me. You will see that I had to call in for my upgrade (website wouldn't allow self-serve), then had to beg for the "totally valid activation fee" that i wouldn't have been charged if I could self-serve, and now this issue.

    @RogersHelps I'm disappointed. I just chatted with someone requesting more information, and they told me to use the help guide. IDK about you bout that is a poor experience and not any help at all.

    @NHLfromEdmonton @RogersHelps @TELUS The only problem I have had with Rogers, which isn’t really an issue is I got a great plan through retentions a few years ago and it is so good I’d lose money going to any other plan, so I can’t upgrade my phone cause I’d lose my plan

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I've been a customer for over 20 years. The simplest part of my move was supposed to be moving my services, but because I have a "grandfathered" tv package I'm being asked to be moved over to Ignite TV where I lose 200+ channels and pay more? Can someone help
