@Rogers So turns out there was a major outage on my whole block. No one at Tech support could put 2 and 2 together until all the Rogers technicians showed up all at the same time to multiple calls lol A communications company that doesn't communicate lol

@Rogers is truly THE WORST. I have been trying to cancel my cable for two months and still it's not cancelled - 10 hours or calls to do this and they change me to a more expensive package

@DanAlbas Actually it hasn't gone down but I'm getting more for about the same amount. I have 4 lines on my plan and have a pretty good deal with @Rogers who I have been with for some time.

@Rogers you charge me 500$. I call.. you place me on hold for 40 minutes while I stand at a store waiting for your understaffed team to help. While the guy on the phone tells me HES TOO BUSY to help me. I'm not paying you a dime.

@RogersHelps why is the internet in my area CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY disconnecting? How many more times are you going to say “someone is in your area working on it”? Like seriously…I am about ready to switch to providers as your internet service has been nothing but issues

@Rogers Has literally some of the worst customer service ive ever experienced!! I've not had access to my phone or been allowed to put in a service request because of their system errors and are still billing me for it.. 10/10 would never recommend...to anyone...everr...
