@RogersHelps @Rogers you need to do better. Customer service hung up on me first, then transferred to wrong people who have to re-transfer me. Such a waste of time for a simple task. Wrong transfers are the norm.

Ever since the Canada wide outage Rogers cellular sucks! @RogersHelps 😡 Data doesn’t work properly for me or my wife. We use to get 3 or 4 bars now 1 or 2 bars. I’ve called Technical support 4 times. No help. Use to have the best service now it’s ****!

@RogersHelps This is from Area in Danforth Toronto. This disruptions is becoming too much, since yesterday it is NO services and Bad services for account 923221188. This is not common with Bell Network.
