@Rogers Can you guys go at least a calendar year without having constant service outage problems? Half of Ontario is currently experiencing outage issues and it is also impacting providers who piggyback off your lines like mine.

@Rogers been trying to call for weeks- No customer service! Returned items as required with tracking. I get constant emails & letters saying that I haven’t. Cannot talk to a live person or email tracking info to end this nightmare. Currently on hold again for 2+ hours

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers My mother is with Rogers and she complains about their service too. I’ve never had any issues with Telus, and the store reps I’ve conversed with have been very helpful.

My theory is that there's nobody working at @Rogers customer service. They put you on hold hoping you'll eventually try.

And after an hour of waiting for “Lloyd” to come back I was on the phone with a woman who just hung up on me from @Rogers Customer Care… I will be cancelling all three lines and my home services. An absolute waste of 10 hours over 3 months! Rogers needs to be cancelled! Period!

Oh yeah .. @RogersHelps the last guy “Lloyd” that put me in hold 15 minutes ago at 1:10pm when I told him I had a hard deadline of 1:15pm when I needed to be on a work call should be FIRED! He did it in hopes that I would hang up. It is 1:28 & I’m still waiting for him & late!
