@InclusiveCa @Rogers @RogersHelps ? A three year contract would guarantee better service? Sorry I don’t understand what you mean

Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps after your reps have told many different neighbours on many different calls, that the now 27 hr wifi issue in our area is @TorontoHydro related, we called Hydro. Guess what?? They said there are no issues in our area and they aren’t working on anything

@Rogers is sharing my data for marketing campaigns with third party companies, they used false statements to create an account on my behalf and now they are charging months of service of a phone I don’t know even exist.

@DebTood @Rogers @RogersHelps I'm sorry. Check out LTE - if you are desperate for a connection it might help if the system is down. Rogers offers it.

@DebTood @Rogers @RogersHelps If you had an additional wireless connected modem, perhaps you may still have some connection rather than none at all. I have a desktop and wireless modem. They locked me into a 3-year contract. LTE- it may be a solution during problematic weather. Not sure though.

@PCFinancial why do you force your customers to waste their time in a hold cue? why don't you offer a call back option like other customer service oriented companies like @Rogers and @AirCanada At least we can get on with our day and not sit here listening to your hold music.

@RogersHelps any reason why there has been low cell signal in St Clair Twp and Sarnia for the past month or so? Texts won't send, phone calls won't work. Data crawls at a snails pace. People on our community Facebook groups have also been reporting this

@RogersHelps Sorry, Anna is frustrating. Started chat with a live agent. Great guy. Empathetic. Helpful. Why not be transparent with why behind the outage & what you do, don't know, vs having your customer agents bear the brunt of customer wrath? Or perhaps that is just the Roger's way.
