Dear @Rogers , I don't think that your outage was due to you not having enough AI. (Yes, part of their response is that they are adding more AI)

@Mark_Goldberg @Rogers Not that I object to any of those (although I don’t quite understand #2); however, they don’t seem to get to the root cause of the outage as they seem to be describing it.

@Rogers @CRTC Promises you can't control, Mr. Staffieri. Canadians rely on Banking & Interac. I ask the CRTC to ensure that Interac is re-routed so we never face a Serious Shut down again.

@sarrahh011 @RogersHelps I’m not making excuses; I was very inconvenienced without mobile service on a travel day but I feel I’ve been sufficiently informed since the outage.

@RogersHelps Forgot to reply 2 this. What if like many others/my moms internet wasnt working/glitchy/low quality for more than 5days? Internet was closer to 8days (w Occasional problems) Cable longer/overall working/ but still glitchy. Will the credit go up to 10+days or she getting hustled?

Just got a lovely email from the @RogersHelps CEO detailing steps to make the company better. Just got my bill too. Wasn't there supposed to be a rebate for the outage?
