@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers you can vote with your $. I'm no longer with Roger's. I'm with a local company for my internet. I can drive a mile and walk into the office, and sitdown with staff to discuss my account. There's never been a line up. Phone service is pretty quick too.

So @RogersHelps From June of 2025 to August of 2026 my cell bill has had two increases each one $5.00. A so called plan rate adjustment to better improve your service. Not acceptable . Four years of no increases and wham 2 quick ones. Time to move.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers When I have called in the past, support would say, “This is <name> from Rogers in <Canadian city>.” In some cases, it was true. Anyway, for Robbers to employ CS staff in Canada, they’d have to pay well which they (and others) don’t like to. Hence the outsourcing. Cheap labour.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers You can call Bell customer service and order food from Calcutta in the same phone call.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Due to the poor performance of Canada it's very difficult to be 100% Canadian and be competitive. The over regulation and Government tax system the only way to survive never mind being profitable you need outside help. Our own PM doesn't invest in Canada. How can any one else?

@OILanatude @Rogers Cancel them. There are WAY better and cheaper mobile options out there. Rogers has the WORST customer service in Canada.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers There are several factors. Cost is a big one. The wages are far less elsewhere. As are the expectations of wages and benefits. And it's the work. How many people here would even be able to handle being yelled at by a customer? Or taking back to back calls for 8 hours solid?

I’ve spent weeks trying to resolve billing issues caused after moving from Toronto to Montreal, where you couldn’t provide service. I’m being charged fees I was told would be removed, and my payment arrangement was changed without my consent. How is this acceptable? @Rogers
