@Rogers putting this out there now. You say you will add a credit to people's account for the disruption in service, so what? I'm going to get $3.38 off my bill when I couldnt buy groceries, couldnt call 911 when I needed to, couldnt operate my business? 1/

@RogersHelps My service's where back up that night and working great. Sorry to here that guys.

@SamHersh01 @RogersHelps @VassyKapelos Not unlike the way that gun manufacturers insist that when families are grieving a mass shooting is the wrong time to talk about gun laws. Monopolization is a primary reason this outage was so disruptive & also why Canadians pay the highest telecom rates on the planet.

Still having network issues in Vancouver, multiple times today. When is it back to normal? Day 3 #rogersoutage @Rogers @RogersHelps

@birgitomo @Charlie85915085 @Rogers I do. It never should have happened.

@MillennialStar2 @RogersHelps A company’s value and reputation starts at the top and trickles down. Their communication with their customers and how the entire issue has been handled has been abysmal. I’ve always been a very loyal customer to Rogers but this has been extremely disappointing.

  • ACS_mypgeo Joe Sasso (@ACS_mypgeo) reported

@Dan_GT2 Luckily most people on @Rogers won’t get this message, because their network is down! #RogersOutage2022 #RogersLetsNotTalkDay

  • BenjaminBorup Benjamin Borup (@BenjaminBorup) reported

@CBCAlerts We need action and not words. Canada needs to increase competition amongst our wireless network companies, end the oligopoly, utilize the CRTC to better protect consumers, lower rates and penalize companies like @Rogers accordingly.

  • JaysgoBlue99 Ace Manoah♠️ (@JaysgoBlue99) reported

@KathieC094 @RogersHelps I’m a reasonable guy. All I’m asking is for them acknowledge those direct issues and give some sort of timeframe on when everything will be fully fixed with no issues. Oh but wait, they haven’t given any timeframes/estimates during this whole thing and have had NO transparency.

@Elsablaine @RogersHelps Back up. Cell was fine but home services went down.
