BrianM (@briangm11) reported@RogersHelps Thanks, but the @Rogers tech support dept has been so decimated by profit-enhancing layoffs that the task seems insurmountable. We "upgraded" to Xfinity last Aug., but the modem quit twice this week. Each phone call takes 60+ min, and last night we had to quit.

I have tried Anna but it’s useless. This should have been a simple solution not requiring me to spend hours waiting for an agent.

Bob Baggs (@Bob_Baggs) reported@RogersHelps a couple years ago I added my name and address to the Do Not Knock List for your sales people and they are now back again, twice yesterday which I did not answer because of their aggressive tactics. I called customer service and the options are useless.
