@RogersHelps Clearly u don’t appreciate loyalty I’ve had DAILY cable issues since November 2021 & being transferred 2 57 & counting incompetent employees whose only resolution is 2 pay $80 more 4 less channels ? Make sense 2U? I pay $500 a month with your services that I’m not receiving

You don’t have to be good in math . Currently pay $117.40 for 992 channels. Rogers now wants me to pay $231.64 for 204 channels. No more VIP cable and no more PVR boxes in Canada so now being forced to pay $114.24 More for less. @Rogers @RogersHelps great customer service

@Rogers @RogersBiz your speed sucks as I am paying for 1gbps and getting 100mbps. Agent did everything but cannot help and offered no credits and was very rude. Can you plz see if fiber optics can be placed

@RogersHelps Well the technician is physically here and can’t fix it . There is no more PVR NextBox anymore so what are you going to do differently? I want the identical same channels nothing more for the same price . They are offering me $80 MORE for hundreds of less channels !!!

Wow. @rogers really is just the worst. We never get even close to our advertised speeds and it’s always completely down or so slow and inconsistent it might as well be. I hate Canadian telecoms in general but Rogers is a higher level of suck.
