    @RogersHelps @Rogers Back to school halted. Phone lines down. Internet is hit and miss. My cell is dead. I guess we are going to have another day off!! This is a massive disruption to day 1 of virtual learning.

    @RogersHelps This is horrific! In this time of a pandemic and people are isolated and cannot contact anyone or call emergency services! And not for a few minutes it’s been at least 8 hours! Unacceptable!
