After 27 years as @Rogers customers, and now 8 wks as @Bell customers, I can say without any reservation that Bell is infinitely worse to deal with. Not that Rogers is a shining beacon of customer service either. The bar was INCREDIBLY low for Bell, and they still blew it. Unreal

@RogersHelps I’ve tried that & your page won’t load on my phone. why are customers in these service areas having to reach out for information? We pay for a service the least you can do is give timely notifications when there are long outages & an estimate to be back up & running.

My internet has been down for over 16 hours now. This is the 10th extended outage (hours not minutes) I've had since December. Rogers needs to be more proactive about informing their customers about issues and maintenance work. Super disappointed @RogersHelps 👎
