@RogersHelps Internet down for four hours last week and it's been down for the last hour, and is still down. I work from home and need a stable connection; if you can't knock this on the head we'll be forced to find another provider.

@Rogers #ServiceFail I ordered a NextBox 3.0 in late March 2022. It never worked properly, despite numerous phone calls and two service visits by technicians. I was ultimately told to upgrade to Ignite.

@RogersHelps why why does it take 4 phone calls 2 hours to get rogers to fix their mistakes. Over cared by $320 and I get I'm sorry . Yes I'm happy it's fixes but eventide it needs to get upgraded to a manager. I want something for my time for dealing with this. Why do I stay?

@RogersHelps 1/2 DM's will not help delays, only take a conversation offline which I'm sure curbs bad publicity. Delays are not isolated to just me. Its the Ignite architecture. You got rid of the Nextbox tech (closest to live) for apps nobody needed and a voice remote.

Dearest @Rogers @Sportsnet .. you guys should really address your Android App for Sportsnet Now. Web version is great... pretty flawless, but the Android App is bad. Choppy framerate.. video quality not up to *****. Tried multiple devices, wireless + wired connections.

@RogersHelps Just to let anyone know who cares, Bell Fibe TV, which is technically streaming TV too, is a full 20 seconds ahead of Ignite on live TV. Tested with someone on Five TV against mine on CP24 Rogers needs to fix this and quickly or I'm gone. Playoffs coming. I don't need old news
