Never buy into Rogers protection plan, it’s a scam! Spent 3 hours of my time on hold , only to pay from my own pocket to get a screen replaced …took 30 min…. Yet they gave me the run around until I gave up…. Nobody knew what they were doing, but they kept saying sorry @rogers

Is the internet down everywhere, or just in my area of #ldnont? First time I’ve ever seen “no WiFi networks found” when trying to connect. @Rogers

  • PRGalTDot Paula Morrison (@PRGalTDot) reported

@Rogers Unfortunately it’s a mess. And there are several DMs that your team can show you. As well as an incident number. When installation becomes a 6 hour affair & additional monies spent. I would never recommend anyone to make the move…ever. @cisco net box got it right. You didn’t

  • xkingslayerBSJ Brett E (@xkingslayerBSJ) reported

Stupid @Rogers charging me for a Netflix subscription when my email is subscribed to them elsewhere. 😡. Check your bills every month folks.

  • corruptmillion r c (@corruptmillion) reported

@RogersHelps why are rogers services so shoddy? This is the 3rd time in less than a week that the internet went down. And everytime I deal with some useless tech services that ends with oh your services came back! Great problem solved! No it’s not solved because it keeps happening

  • Jahoofka Patrycia💡 (@Jahoofka) reported

I love how @RogersHelps harassed me with emails asking for my feedback and when I gave it I’ve received no follow up to any of the issues I am experiencing. Not sure why you wanted it so bad when you’re not going to do anything with it?
