@Rogers and when I mention how y'all gave me tons of stress and anxiety over this, all you can do is apologize? What ever happened to the days when y'all did this for the customer? I didn't realize blaming the customer and charging them money they don't owe was how things went...

  • send_on Herbs🇯🇲 (@send_on) reported

Three days without service @Rogers ..

  • timmermackay Tim MacKay (@timmermackay) reported

Expected 3+ hour wait to reach support on @rogers. Yikes!

  • NeetuVirk Neetu Virk (@NeetuVirk) reported

@Rogers Or informed me that if I opt for Ignite instead of moving my old internet, you’ll charge me cancellation. That would’ve been honest customer service, instead of tricking me into signing up for new while springing cancellation charges for old.

  • scook3 Stephen Cook (@scook3) reported

@Rogers @Rogerstv20 WTF??? 9 hours no signal on the best football day of the year #urgh

  • CuteBabyBella26 Alicia (@CuteBabyBella26) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@RogersHelps your wait times are insane, you changed my billing info without my knowledge and now my bills aren't being paid for 2 months now Horrible service.

  • NeetuVirk Neetu Virk (@NeetuVirk) reported

Fool me once @Rogers. Cancelling new residential now. I hope the cancellation charges are worth losing a customer for life (and potentially every home internet person I know). Also cancelling @Rogers internet at my office next week. Absolutely disgusted by the trick billing.

  • NikkiiMetal Nᴵᴷᴷᴵ Mᴱᵀᴬᴸ (@NikkiiMetal) reported

@Rogers do you mind explaining how your shipping doc employees loosing my returned upfront edge device is my issue? I am being charged an exorbitant amount for your screw up! This isn't right....

  • NikkiiMetal Nᴵᴷᴷᴵ Mᴱᵀᴬᴸ (@NikkiiMetal) reported

@Rogers Earlier this year Rogers tried to charge me my entire upfront edge amount even though I had just gotten a new phone and new 2yr contract...how is it okay to treat your customers this way? This is disgusting and I won't stand for it! There is a lot of mental stress due to this!!

  • NeetuVirk Neetu Virk (@NeetuVirk) reported

During WFH in 2020, they changed my residential plan to business. Now at my new home, they slyly offered me Ignite w/o clarifying that I will have to pay cancellation charges for the remainder of contract. Pay cancellation even though I’m still @Rogers internet customer.
