It's like their customer support is a completely different company and if you're lucky they will actually talk to Rogers for 5 seconds to help you, but only after hours of hoop jumping.

I want to make 2 complaints. 1) Your website says your online services hours of operation are Mon-Sat but I've called twice and have received an automated message that it's closed. 2 we cancelled our internet services in Dec but your workers didn't actually cancel it
