    @Rogers you actually have no concept of customer service. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a modem and have yet to receive it. In Montreal, not in the middle of nowhere…. Montreal.

    @RogersHelps The call center doesnt know anything!!! I have been bounced around to 5 agents on a 30 minute call with some being rude some being kind BUT WITH NO SOLUTION! I NEED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR AND NO ONE WILL HELP ME

    @RogersHelps You could properly staff your help desks. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to chat to someone online or on the phone. Top notch prices from Rogers and bottom tier customer services.

    @RogersHelps That DEFINITELY is kind of strange works. Please do check 2 open tickets for a year or so. One of them was just confirmed by your home internet technical support
