    @RogersHelps Hi, Can't figure what's happening with Rogers store at 17 Worthington Avenue, Brampton. Waiting for >30 min outside the store, in -20 C with a token number of 2, while a staff says they continue to attend token 0. Terrible wait times, just to swap one router!

    Seriously I am now more than mad 😡 Rogers help tells me to dm them after waiting on the phone for over 49 minutes than tell all after I hung and send dm we can’t help u call @RogersHelps @Rogers seriously

    Dear @Rogers, I’m not a big sports guy (or even a big TV guy), all I want is to watch @AEW on @TSN 2 but I can’t add it to my Flex Channels, instead I need to buy a $20 Sportsnet + TSN pack of 18 channels I’ll never watch outside of Wednesday. Surely we can work something out?

    @RogersHelps I just want to pass on some feedback regarding the Rogers ‘service call’ I just received. ‘Don’t move your modem’ is worse than saying ‘have you tried turning it on and off again’. What a way to earn a paycheque.
