@AmandaNigh @RogersHelps I have been with @Rogers for 20+ years and I don’t ever remember it being this bad. It’s like they are trying to make the process so annoying that you’ll never want to call in and cancel anything. Heaven forbid any of us actually get to save real $$ with them.

@Rogers , i have been on hold for an hour trying to solve a billing issue... namely being charged for a 'free' product AFTER i cancelled my account with Rogers due to poor service, dropped calls... etc? who do I bill for my time?
