@RogersHelps So this is what your service looks like: Purchased phone, couldn’t port number. put a return request, asked to return phone to store Store says cannot return online orders Called service, put on hold on 1hour: no answer Called again, asked to talk to buyers remorse

  • JLJohnston Judi (she/her) (@JLJohnston) reported

@linwood_barclay @Rogers Yikes! If you have Novus available to you out east, I recommend you give them a try, or at least check out their prices. Way less costly here in Vancouver than Rogers, Telus, or Shaw and great service to boot.

  • vickidenunzio Vicki Denunzio (@vickidenunzio) reported

@rogers and @RogersHelps had to refuse delivery because package was soaked and tampered with… been on hold with your Buyers Remorse line for over 2 hours… how can I get quicker service?

  • Rockyeng1neer Adrian Atkins (@Rockyeng1neer) reported

@RogersHelps is a misnomer. Been stuck in a queue for 1.5 hrs, trying to change my wireless plan for over 3 hrs. No one is helping. After 14 years as a loyal Rogers customer, maybe Bell, Virgin or other providers can help with my 4-line account…….plus HW upgrades…

  • PrivacyCDN John Wunderlich (@PrivacyCDN) reported

Once again having to deal with @Rogers because it’s not having to overpay (applies to all Canadian providers). You also have to put up with bad service.

  • chrisframp1 Chris Framp (@chrisframp1) reported

@TSN_Sports As long as @Rogers is calling the shots it will never change.

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

So I have a serious question for you @Rogers.... WHY in the bloody hell do you insist on using Dependable Home Tech technicians? They're by far the WORST technicians you have, and have only managed to enrage me even more than I already am with you guys.

  • JP36719646 JP (@JP36719646) reported

@RogersHelps Why do I have a $125 charge for a home internet service that I never activated, initiated, or used and cancelled within 21 hours of first creating the account? 2 of your agents assured me I would have no charges once I called to cancel.

  • morganmargaret Jenn G (@morganmargaret) reported

@RogersHelps why is that one change to a cable account takes minimum 2 calls from me to customer service and now simply returning equipment to the store and they have to call customer service. #notalotofpatience for this

  • cwrb cwrb1 (@cwrb) reported

@sanjval1982 @Rogers I dislike Rogers and Bell equally. I use Rogers Ignite (lowest level). As long as there are no problems, Rogers is very good service. My 5G (smartphone) is approx 400mbps download. My 2.4G is approx 50mbps (laptops and tablets) which is ok.
