    @monlev4 @MrNeu_ @RogersHelps Same here. Instead of Play, I've been going to Episodes, then Watch Options, then any of the On Demand options to view some of the taped shows. Those that don't have Watch Options, we'll have to wait until they fully restore the service.

    No one available to answer phone/chat from @Rogers . Where does one go to find out if there is new problem with connection coming into our street. Friends just 2 streets over have internet and we have no way to find out the situation. #rogersoutage #cdnmedia #rogersdown
