    @RogersHelps June 7th I logged in myrogers, was offered a deal, 10gb for $45, from my current 5gb for $45. So I selected, checked out, thought I finally had a reasonable cell phone plan.. today I checked myrogers again, you guys canceled it and stuck me back on a 5gb plan.. Wtf

    @RogersHelps how about a general update to your PAYING customers when their service will be restored. Enough of asking for DM’s already sounds/looks like there is probably thousands of customers in the same boat at this point. #UPDATE

    @TekSavvyNetwork This is bogus. #Guelph has been out since 1pm today and your network map shows nothing. I get that it's a @RogersHelps issue but it doesn't matter. Update your outage map properly. And provide regular stays updates. Or something. Anything is better than this deafening silence.

    @RogersHelps I prefer to speak with someone in real time and who can assist, isn't that what a customer service rep is for? I don't want to be airing my issues in public and having conversations on Twitter. I thought you knew about customer service, obviously not.

    @Rogers No. It’s a pointless waste of my time. I’ve already checked everything on my end. I’m a freaking expert because of your so-called reliable service. Upgrade YOUR end, so customers aren’t constantly interrupted and inconvenienced.

    Absolutely sick of our @rogers wireless service. It's constantly out in my area leaving me unable to work from home. Get your 💩 together Rogers! It's been down about 10-15 times in the last few weeks, for days at a time!!
