Rogers has been down all day, which leaves many people without the ability to make phone calls during a new lockdown in the midst of raging pandemic. Get your s**t together, @Rogers! People's lives are on the line. The telecom market here is just so, so bad.

@RogersHelps @Ashok_Kd Regular updates? Where? I'm seeing the same vague message from 6 hours ago reporting "an intermittent service interruption" for "some wireless customers" which isn't helpful (or accurate!) at all.
