@RogersHelps Hello, is there a known issue with Ignite home internet service in Orleans, ON (K4A) area? Around 4 pm, electricity went off and back on. However, despite unplugging/replugging modem multiple times since the power outage, Ignite hasn’t come back online. Thanks.

@RogersHelps Your service drops on me on a regular basis. In the last 7 days my internet has dropped at least 50x. This has been occurring since I moved to Rogers. Today I called you retention. They basically slapped me in the face with $10 off/month. I’m not even getting srvc U advertise.

@RogersBiz you should be ashamed of yourselves, a $2.50 credit for a full day of service lost. Your customers lost money, we use your service for our business... so no business that day but only a $2.50 credit SMH do better

The fact that @Rogers charges money to companies that right now rely on internet more than ever due to the pandemic, but cannot actually get them stable service is a disgrace.

@Rogers you should be ashamed of yourselves for your so called #CustomerService. The fact that I need to take a half day off to love services and still not get it resolved is nothing short of disgusting! The thanks I get for being a customer for many years!
