@RogersHelps Hello Rogers, it is not an intermittent issue. I have been out of service since 7 am like most people here. Unable to receive business calls.

@rogers, it seems like you could use some help: intermittent: occurring at irregular intervals; not continuous or steady.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps @Rogers Why is it acceptable to charge customers for a service that you're unable to deliver? What's going on? Almost a day without service, the $4.50 I pay a day pale in comparison to the lost business. How will you make this right?

@AboutRogers @Rogers The is not intermittent! I have had no service since 8am! I had to take vacation time because I couldn’t work this is unacceptable. Not only are you not saying what the problem is but now several hours to restore and on top of that. Be honest with your customers and compensation

Thanks @Fidomobile and parent company @RogersHelps for preventing my doctor and I from speaking in a long scheduled consultation. Not life threatening but not what I wanted at a time like this. Your absence of service has been costly indeed to our society.

@kevrevrun @AboutRogers @Rogers But in canada there is a monopoly. Rogers and Bell take advantage by this. They charge the highest in the world and give us the worst service and connectivity in the world. This will never change unless more competition comes in. And the gov will never allow that
