    @RogersHelps @marmalak03 There‘s NO DATA & NO UPDATE at this link, just a generic page with NO MEANINGFUL INFORMATION FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS. Please reconsider what CUSTOMER SERVICE means—not only actual SERVICE, but the COURTESY & RESPECT of being HONEST & TRANSPARENT with the customers WHO PAY YOU.

    Sad that my @Rogers phone is my 2FA for everything related to work so I can’t get nearly anything done today. Bad timing with the lockdown where time = money, loss of time = loss of money. @RogersHelps is there an ETA for everything to be working again?
