First: we know internet users in Canada are being overcharged as the CRTC found that wholesale rates to indie ISP competitors were too high. (That, in turn, means everyone has been over-paying)

@Rogers just want to let you know, whoever designed your smart home monitoring system lives in ancient times. What a GARBAGE system. My car was broken into 3 times and all 3 times camera dint catch anything. USELESS.

@SuzeMorrison @TekSavvyCSR @RogersHelps The biggest challenge is the fact that, due to hugely inflated rates, it doesn't make sense for indie ISPs like TekSavvy, Start and Distributel to sell services over the fibre network. This means everyone crams on to the affordable cable connections, straining the infrastructure.

@Rogers Home Internet - 1h:15mins holding to cancel internet. Penalized as I got Home Monitoring system. Apparently, I need blessings from home monitoring gods to cancel my Internet and they are hard to please (patience.. patience). I am paying for service I do not use.. SOS
