@Rogers I called your line to get help. The supervisor I spoke with was SO rude and condescending. She was so disrespectful. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. She didn’t take the time to read the notes on my file but was quick to talk over and say no.

@Rogers the ******* ***** didn’t let me talk. She talked so much and kept cutting me off I was so calm and polite. What ******** is this? Rogers said I was to get a $300 gift card and I NEVER GOT IT. She just went off on me instead of LISTENING with her EARS.

@Rogers Tell me, is it normal for one of your employees to hang up on a customer? I had a simple question today I was trying to find out and I couldn't get it accross to him. Very frustrated I called him an idiot and he hung up on me. Anyways I think you just list a customer.

@Rogers the least you guys can do is fkn listen with your EARS instead of talking over the client and not letting them speak at all. I’m so exhausted and drained from this stupid phone call and **** Rogers I would never recommend this dumb brand to anyone.

@Rogers she was such a fkn *****. Like if you go listen to the call you will hear how ******* rude she was. Your service isn’t even that great for you to be rude to paying customers and on top of that to charge so much. You couldn’t anything for me being a long time client.
