Yogi (@TheYogiPatel) reported@RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

squirtldmishrts (@squirtldmishrts) reported@RogersHelps @Sportsnet fix your game feed. Your background ads are messing with the quality. Can't see the ball, bat, batter or all three.
-
Stuart (@BlueAndWhiteGuy) reported@RogersHelps The issue is getting through and landing with the right person. The only time you guys are interested in putting an outbound call to a customer is when they leave. I got three of them last week after I left, one of them promised that I would not be getting a bill for anything.

-
Steve Bannon (@SteveBa62341032) reportedHow is it possible to represent yourself as a communication company @rogers when you make it as difficult as possible to communicate with you. I'm now an hour and fifteen minutes and no tech yet. Please fire your head of customer service and hire any street vendor or squiggy kid.

Jeff Molnar (@jeffmolnar) reportedGoing on 3 hours without internet or cable and @Rogers still says the outage is being assessed. Might be time to finally make the switch to Bell.
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps @TheKarltopia Rogers used to have a callback option -it was very convenient but it was discontinued a little while ago. Too bad.
