@RogersHelps When using the voice remote to search for content available on certain apps like Pluto TV, Paramount Plus or CBC Gem, the search results never mention those apps like it does for Netflix and Disney+. This appears to be a bug either with the apps, or with the search.

And here’s the WORST part: THIS HAPPENED A MONTH AGO and they still haven’t refunded me!! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. What kind of service is this, @Rogers @Fidomobile?

.@Rogers $15.7B to takeover MLSE and extend NHL deal. Great. I have been a loyal customer for >20 years but the internet/tv renewal process continues to be the dumbest, most convoluted routine staffed by hostile idiots. Well, no more. Hello @Bell!

@JackDan110 @Rogers Funny enough, this also happens in @cogeco service areas where Rogers can only offer mobile service…. Is it possible these are freelancers chasing sign ups?

Just a gentle warning. If you are a @Rogers or @Fidomobile customer, they just laid off about 800 people from a 3rd party support centre. Customer service sucks already and is about to get worse. @foundeverglobal

@rogers @telus @bell how on earth is there no signal and so many dead spots in cellular coverage in Huntington Hills and Beddington? This doesn’t even happen in third world countries.

@TELUS, @Bell, and @Rogers is what you get when you nuke competition. They all suck at everything. And the worst part is they’ve all been given free rein to rip off Canadians and all their stocks suck as well?? Make it make sense.

The customer service at @Rogers and @Fidomobile is awful. I’m a Fido customer and went in person to update my credit card for automatic payments. They mistakenly charged me $726 CAD — from another @Rogers customer! I’m not even a Rogers client. Completely unacceptable.
