@Rogers seems to be really hard to cancel something at rogers no matter how many time you say "CANCEL" it they try to convince you other wise glad I recorded my phone calls quite funny the excuses they come up with NOT to cancel something you don't want - and the old stay on hold

@Rogers care to give a reason why you're charging $50 more for NFL Sunday Ticket this year? It has gone up $120 since 2017, for the same service. There is no good reason or explanation that can justify this. We're not buying anymore & just about done being a Rogers customer.

@Rogers Removing call display pop up on TV for new Ignite switchovers without advising customers is a bad idea. Your CSR rep then telling customers it is outdated but admits customers are mad is laughable. Bad move. You are slipping badly lately. All for profit not for the cust.

Hey @Rogers been a ustomer for over 30 years but this constant internet outage is a joke. Get your s*** together. U outage 3 months ago cost my business a day to f missed transactions and looks like that's the case today again. Don't forget to say sorry then give me back 3 bucks
