@RogersHelps All of your updates are "it's still not working and we're still trying to make it work". That's not really an update my dudes. We know the former and can assume the latter without you telling us. Give us an explanation/timeline.

  • TragicTravesty Travis Squire (@TragicTravesty) reported

@RogersHelps Unacceptable that this has been going on for so long. Fix it and make sure a credit shows up on all account. Communication is integral in modern society and you’re massively failing your customers right now.

  • Jeffers47524987 Jefferson Scott (@Jeffers47524987) reported

@RogersHelps #DougFord heard the ‘ronas were spread by 5G, he immediately held a press conference “My friends, we’re losing the battle between the variants and vaccines, now we hear they’re spread by 5G - @Rogers has the biggest 5G network in Canada, we have no options but to shut ‘em down!”

  • WheelSteelers Steelers Wheel (@WheelSteelers) reported

@RogersHelps Time to kick in the business continuity plan Rogers. This has to be a priority one incident, so get your frigging act together and get this resolved. Also, where the heck are your redundant hardware to be brought in during these kinds of situations?

  • JaredJConway Jared Conway (@JaredJConway) reported

@adolwyn @RogersHelps This! They have the word Communication in the company name but yet they are the worst at it.

  • MsKittey29 Pepper Pot (@MsKittey29) reported

@RogersHelps are we getting our bills credited for today's service interruptions?

@Rogers @RogersHelps @Rogers My internet was down the whole morning and I was traveling. It's still down. Even the network is off. I couldn't connect with my family overseas because of the mobile internet being down. I connect with them through whatsapp and it was an emergency.

.@RogersHelps it’s been six hours since your last posted an update on your community page, & you provide no information about either the cause of the problem or any indication of when it might be fixed. Also, “your phone should just start working, but it might not” isn’t helpful.

@RogersHelps does that mean, if a customer has late payment, they won’t have to pay fines, as you are not able to provide proper updates on the outtage? #OfcourseNOT
