Chris Roy (@C_Roy33) reported@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Maybe they should try reinvesting even 10% of those profits, into better customer service. I get there isn't a lot of selection in this country but i PROMISE you, the 1st company that has english speaking HUMANS i can talk to when i have an issue WILL get my business.

John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps I should have never switched from Bell Fibe. Sometimes it’s not worth saving a few bucks to get an inferior product. The salesperson that came to my door assured me that Rogers had upgraded their product. Obviously that’s bull$hit
-
Cam McMillan (@cammy_mac) reported@RogersHelps @HandlerLoveryes Hey @RogersHelps can I just plant my tweet for next year that you start working on this now, so we don’t have the same issue for 3 years in a row?
-
Ian Prittie 🇨🇦 🇺🇸 🇷🇺 (@thereds8) reported@REWoman @Rogers They are horrid
-
susan🌴🇨🇦🇬🇧 (@feb0219) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers I have been trying for two days to get through to you. After 2 1/2 hours on hold to be told to hang up, and this morning each time saying to call back, not even put on hold. How do you do business if no one can access your company? This is unacceptable
-
Zara Smiles (@ZaraL) reported@Rogers so actually got to speak to someone at Rogers. There is an issue with phones being able to connect to the extended networks. A team has been working on this for a while and it could take up to a month to fix. Absolutely unacceptable #DoBetter

Jeffrey Brinson, Ed.D. 🎗 (@JeffreyBrinson) reported@MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers I’ll be reaching out to Bell following my call to see what they have to offer. Also to the CCTS to ask about options of getting out of a contract due to poor service. If Bell will offer me a significant enough discount, I might eat the cancellation fee.
-
Miranda Loberto (@peaches71_00) reported@Rogers I waited two hours on hold for technical support only to be told by a recording that my call cannot be answered at this time and hung up. Beyond frustrated.
-
Sharon McKinnon (@SharonMcKinno16) reported@Rogers Congratulations, you're losing a customer of over 20 years due to your AI bullshit. I call to get help and can't talk to a person. I get a message saying you're too busy and get disconnected. I'm done.

Jo-Jo 🇨🇦 (@JoJo1135) reported@RogersHelps The Rogers Xfinity boxes are JUNK! Even the service tech said they aren't reliable. There was a service disruption yesterday. No shows recorded. While trying to watch a program, a network error appeared. Sound kept cutting out. Rebooted but this is terrible service.
