Dave Kwan (@davekwan7) reported@Rogers Infuriating experience today. Firstly your payment system has issues. Your agent tried to pin this on my side and told me to contact my bank and credit card providers. No issues from that end whatsoever. Tried to contact Rogers once more but chat continuously ends.

James Hastings-Trew (@JamesHT) reportedDamn it @Rogers … sure Shaw was a smaller regional company, but at least someone would answer a phone one in a while. I’ve been trying to switch my internet package down to a different plan. Been at 2 hrs and counting…

Anne (@anelame) reported@RogersHelps Shaw legacy client. Need a technician to assess and repair broken phone line. Chat booted me out after 3h wait saying as Shaw customer they couldn’t help (even though I access through Shaw link). poor experience and paying for a broken service now. Telus may be best

Bill Wellman (@bill_dub) reported@CoryJudson @Bell @Rogers I was having issues with Bell. Lt (Retired LAPD) Frank Columbo 🏴🇨🇦 (@jsam10983741) reported@RhonaRaskin @RogersHelps @Shawhelp I feel your pain. I’ve had cell issues for some time. It’s not my phone but Roger’s. Text messages are delayed and/or I don’t receive them. And my phone defaults to Edmonton time? When I dealt with Shaw previously issues were better resolved and promptly.

🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@thenameisdlo @Rogers It’s gone downhill because Roger’s laid off most of its customer service staff last year and contacted out to jeets who don’t know what they are doing from a 3rd world country.

Mala Moragain 🇺🇸🇨🇦 (@MalaMoragain13) reported@BudgetOrganics @TorontoPolice @Rogers I suppose you didn’t read the full post then. I have records of Roger’s telling the CRTC it was by police direction. Maybe I wasn’t clear on that point? Either way, I never authorized a device protection program with Rogers. They activated at the insistence of cops with an agenda

Martin (@O_Grech_kin) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers Had connection issues for months now. I have contacted you in the past regarding this. I was told to contact your bundle team who never answers. I just did online chat and your agent gave me the run around. I just need a modem upgrade. Can someone help me?
