@RogersHelps hello. There seems to be an issue with the internet in Mississauga. Internet has been slow all evening. Is there any issues going on in the area?

  • jimprall Jim “go pardon yourself” Prall (@jimprall) reported

@scottsimmie Same here, Broadview/Danforth. Asked @rogershelps they confirm at TV service outage. Internet is okay. CP24 on ch. 192 is okay, and ROD on ch. 100 works for me (at first even that was stuck.) Other tweeps downtown also seeing this.

  • jeffster1970 Jeff W (@jeffster1970) reported

.@RogersHelps are there any explanations for the random outages? This is like the 3rd time this month. I don't like having to use my hotspot on my phone to get internet. A quick "is it down" check says it's not just me, btw.

@RogersHelps How can a company for over 10 months NOT FIND the ******* problem with their service, and NOT ONE OF THEIR tracking or reporting systems can DETECT? Why am I paying for an ultimate service to a company THAT CANT FIGURE OUT THEIR OWN HARDWARE ISSUES? Cheapskates

  • GiveMe500monies JustSumGui (@GiveMe500monies) reported

@RogersHelps why? 10 months you havent fixed this ****, new modem replacement, your tests dont detect it, your technicians cant find anything. You literally do nothing but repeat the same things with no answers. So what would a DM do if you cant answer the problem?

  • roberttbrown Mr. Robert 🇨🇦 (@roberttbrown) reported

@RogersHelps Apparently service will be back up and running around 1am. Geez 🙄 I think it’s time to find a local internet company and switch too.

  • stephenlautens Stephen Lautens (@stephenlautens) reported

@RogersHelps 70 minutes in I'm told there is a TV service outage in East Toronto. It would have been lovely to see a notification posted somewhere so I didn't waste my time...

  • JeffreyLuscombe Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported

Seeing problems with @rogers cable in Toronto. Anyone else?

  • CuriousDebi Debi Smart (@CuriousDebi) reported

@JeffreyLuscombe @Rogers I've been having intermittent progers roblems for about 8 months now. Starts with sound cutting out briefly, then screen freezes, then it gets worse so tv is unwatchable. Usually lasts about 45 mins then it's like nothing happened at all. They know there's a problem but wont fix

  • GiveMe500monies JustSumGui (@GiveMe500monies) reported

@RogersHelps I'm not angry at your customer service agents either, or your techs. Its the fact you can charge so much but cant provide any solutions to paying customers losing 70-80% download speeds of 900Mb down on a regular basis. This is thievery and horrible service providing
