    @RogersHelps Once again Rogers Xfinity Streaming App (RXSA) doesn't play live TV nor plays back saved programs from the cloud PVR on Android 16 devices (cell & tablet). I have no problems with RXSA on my old S8 cell phone running Android 9. The issue was fixed now it's a problem?

    @RogersHelps I experienced such issue for the first time where obly one mobile phone doesn't have network (with no phone related problem) and Service providers can't explain the issue adequately nor an assurance on if it will happen again.

    @RogersHelps The ONLY balance I have is the exact same amount of the credit. ROGERS has now started sending me reminders about the overdue amount. Called today and told to wait one more day. To wait on hole and talk to someone with terrible CS skills

    @RogersHelps @Rogers can you please send a tech to fix the damn lines you rent to @AltimaTel they have requested 3 repairs from your guys and it's been rejected each time. My latency is 400-700, it takes 5 mins for Google to load. Please work with them when they call for a tech!!

    @RogersHelps what do you think “grandfathered” means? my TV package - as expensive as it already is - would cost even more if I had to get all the same channels with a combination of your current packages THIS IS HOW YOU REWARD A 27 YEAR SHAW CUSTOMER? BY ENDLESSLY GOUGING THEM???? 😡😡😡

    @RogersHelps No, internet is still out. It's showing an outage on the map. I want to know how long it will be. It's my company's fiscal year end and literally the busiest day of the year for us.

    @RogersHelps i waited online for a rep just to be disconnected after 2.5 hours as soon as i got to the front of the line. just send me the link to simply cancel it ONLINE without having to talk to anyone. i know this is possible because i’ve done it before. or did you remove that option??
