    @RogersHelps Your outage issues are still not fixed. My Ignite TV has been lagging since the outage. But in the last few hours it is freezing constantly. So now I have no ignite tv again. Do I have to report this to get it fixed? Please at least try to help by advising us.

    So what kind of compensation are we taking about @RogersHelps? R Ignite tv is not working again. I’ve turned everything off and on. Nothing. 4 last few days it’s been freezing non stop. No, I don’t feel like waiting 2 hrs on the phone for technical help. #rogersoutage #badservice
