pat (@polski_pl) reported@RogersHelps Hi are you guys experiencing any issues with cellular network? I keep losing cellular signal but my phone shows 5G connection. However nothing works. I use airplane mode switch and it reconnects but then drops randomly later
-
Alexis Gee (@lexomatic) reported@RogersHelps It turns out it was a planned upgrade work June 1-4, but none of the 4 people I talked to until just now knew that. There was no advance notice and no info in online outage map that it was likely to continue or for how long. That is failing customer service.

Expos4ever (@Expos4ever10) reported@CrazyCurt1978 @Rogers That won’t help the fact the manager is terrible
-
EagleBoneWhistle (@eaglebnewhistle) reported@Rogers having trouble explaining to the off shore customer service reps that I only want to speak with rogers employees who are working within the borders of Canada. I know I'm just a drop in a bucket, but I'm about to take business elsewhere.

Matthew Bartholomew (@mattgolftecss) reported@Canucks @Rogers If you haven’t been testing each draft as this important you’ve been letting the fans down. If you look at Canucks draft history then I’d be accurate.

Grittygirl88 (@grittygirl88) reported@RogersHelps anything wrong with your customer care lines? I called on a Tuesday at 7 pm and I was not able to get through to any specialist. Also no answers on the social media handles.

🇨🇦Sharon Ledwell#ElbowsUp (@bluetsauvage) reported@RogersHelps @CCTS_CPRST I have already restarted my phone. I have reset the network. We have reset our network router. None of it works. I believe your provisioning group needs to make a change to allow wi-fi calling on my line. Why don't you ask them to do that

Kevin Salmon (@Kevin_Salmon12) reportedHey @RogersHelps I’ve had both games one and two of the #StanleyCup drop due to issues with the gateway device and can’t get it back in time to enjoy the game. Can I get a basic cable link up again or how about reimburse me for the issues #pissedoffhockeyfan

todd sams (@toddsams15) reported@RogersHelps its not an outage our bedroom tv works but the living room one doesn't it is a network or software issue.

Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@myrnalambert @RogersHelps @Rogers Sounds like you’re stuck in their loop where support won’t solve it without the one person you can’t reach. At this point the only path that actually forces resolution is going through the CCTS complaint route (details on my page) otherwise it just gets bounced between agents.
