Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

Their TV service is actually better, their internet is I find to be about the same, and the price is right. But I apparently owe the $425 for service at a house that I’ve never been to. LOL

The only thing worse than being a Roger's customer is not being a Roger's customer, who must rely on their service as our service provider relies on your equipment. Last ETA was Sept. 11 at 2 am. It is now 6:44am and still no service
