    @RogersHelps And, there is no ‘forward’ option, as Rogers instructions say, in iMessaging that I have ever found. The best we can do is send a screen shot which never gets through

    @RogersHelps So at least 5 months paying Rogers bill at same rate. The outage happens. We get credit. Now my new bill is $1.12 more than before outage. What gives? Thought your CEO was committed to helping. Guess not.
