Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

@Rogers like for real again with this can you not maintain your network. Outage after outage what do wr pay for? Can't even stop a simple attack on your networks time and time again maybe get real IT people and pay them right and this would stop happening

@RogersHelps I’ve spoken to Rogers Tech twice…we will be down until 430pm..I will be refusing to pay my bill and I better not be disconnected. From the time this original outage had gone down our services have been constantly going in and out…everybody needs to be compensated huge

@RogersHelps Internet connection cycling every 20 minutes here in Guelph. Randomly dropping over the last week. Ping spiking to over 600ms at times. Tired paying for poor service. Looking at Bell. Anything going to get better?
