    20 years of being a customer and @RogersHelps wants to charge me for a device I returned and then when I call to get it sorted, offers me 3 months of extra data. None of this is equal to the time I've spent (approaching 13 hours over 3 months) dealing with this.

    Hey @RogersHelps? Is there an outage in Bradford right now? My home internet is down, and I REALLY need it to be up this afternoon... Virtual “Anna” isn't helpful, and the live agent is taking too long to pick up. (Also, will you be automatically applying a bill credit?)

    @RogersHelps The quality of rogers customer service has declined. I hardly calls rogers but whenever I have to call I need to wait a lot & now even the rogers chat advisor is busy as well. I am looking into other options. Customer service not available when I need is very inconvenient

    @RogersHelps Rogers chat got back to me. Told me Rogers is doing equipment upgrades in my area and to expect intermittent service until 5pm. Ok, that's fine but it would have been helpful if Rogers would have communicated this to its customers to allow us to make alternative arrangements

    Hey @RogersHelps, is there an issue with SMS? When I send messages, they've gone green and when someone tries to send me a message it's not working at all. Calls are coming through though.

    @Rogers I stand corrected.... SEVEN times I have had to reboot. I'm having to reboot every 5 minutes or so now. If you keep this crap up, I will happily cancel my service including my cable tv.

    @Rogers seriously whats going on in london ontario? the internet has been intermittent for like 3 days now atleast 1-2 downtimes every couple hours for the whole neighborhood. Worst part is i pay for business internet connection.

    @Rogers Rogers tech support for small business has been non responsive all day Hold times are over 4 hours then they disconnect you. Customer service says they can’t help because you need tech support so they put you through…another 4 hours then you r disconnected. 1/2

    @Canucks @Rogers @BoHorvat attn: rogers customer service..my mothers wifi has stopped working since this morning march 3rd, 2022. she is 90 yrs old and NEEDS help for her medical conditions. can somebody contact her to fix it? (416) 633-9135..thank you, howard paul shore
