@RogersHelps I have Rogers mobile connection which I converted from Fido to roger in August. I was assured that I will get the installation charge which was 50 cad. But I have not received it yet. Everytime I get the excuse it will be done in the next month. Can you help me.

@Rogers So we recently lost access to certain channels when you cut services. Right on schedule, we just received a notice for an increase to service costs. "Rogers...We Give You Less, For More". Bell is looking better and better. Be better!

@RogersHelps Nope! I've had to deal with your shoddy service for almost two years now and you guys have done nothing to resolve the endless service dropouts and my phone calls have only wasted my monthly minutes. Find Woodstock on a map and investigate why the whole coverage area sucks.

@RogersHelps hello. Over the last few weeks most of my outgoing SMS has sent duplicates/triplicates. It’s getting to be annoying for people. I’ve reset my phone and the network settings, and it hasn’t helped. What else can I do? I’m on an iPhone 12. I am the common denominator.

@MastiffMansion @RogersHelps Same message trying to get onto the Ignite Wifi Hub app so it is is a known issue at Rogers they are trying fix. I am glad I am not the only one.
