    @Rogers Thank you and it's Vancouver specific problem? Isn't Roger supposed to be better in Canada. As I stated once I enter seattle I get 100% coverage but never in Vancouver

    @RogersHelps i don’t know i called the customer service number showed them everything, i didn’t even know there’s a win back team and customer care. They are supposed to tell me the difference not otherwise

    @RogersHelps this has happened MULTIPLE TIMES. sporting events & network shows. last night I tried to watch Vancouver Canucks vs Vegas Golden Knights on SportsNet Pacific (SNP) while out. also Edm v Utah on SN1 not possible do I now have to pay more to watch shows away from home?

    @ToddHeintz @Rogers @BlueJays I had an issue right at the beginning of the game, in the first inning, my screen went black and my TV box restarted on its own. This has happened to me before and it’s on the 4K channel. Is this what happened to you?
