    @Rogers @AmberChorzepa Why bother sending a dm, you all were giving us the expectation that Hagersville outage would be restored last night by 10pm, 12hrs later and we're still in silence. Atleast be honest with your customers.

    @RogersHelps Still no internet at my house and now there’s none at my work! Including the security system! This has been LONGER than 24hrs in my case and have probably used OVER 10g in data in the last 24hrs alone!! Get your **** tg

    @Rogers & @Fidomobile internet has been down for a week. Both technicians seen at the building and nothing is fixed, no credit has been given to anyone affected in the building and our work disrupted for days for those who work from home. What kind of service am I paying for ?
