Has anyone asked @Rogers if their computer system has the correct time on it since the incident? Our home phone jumps ahead 5 hours everytime someone calls. So either the system outage caused our setup to go haywire, or the system isn't fully back to normal... @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps @cbcgopublic maybe if you crashed the country last week, you should reconsider doing the same thing again today. We went down 90 minutes ago and service appointments were cancelled without our consultation.

@telusmobility you've made a long time loyal customer very angry. First you jack up your US/INTL Roaming Charges w/out notice and then despite me calling in and your agent agreeing to remove them, they still appear on my bill. Are you trying to be like @Bell & @Rogers ?
