    @RogersHelps @NewfieDecker Don't forget poor stream quality. Detroit/New Jersey stream is horrible. Boston/Dallas is fine. Columbus/Arizona could be better. There were NO issues with stream quality on NHL Live.

    Update: I was told by, lol, Rogershelps, that after 5 days no refunds are possible, regardless of all the issues and buggy connections. I showed an email i sent to snnow 4 days after requesting full refund and cancel. No replies with 2 follow ups until cpl days ago, Refunded!

    @RogersHelps your customer service today is below standard. I have been on the phone for over an hour. Waited 35 min just to speak with someone. And no one seems to know what they are doing. Currently on hold for almost 40 min. Did your operator go home?

    @RogersHelps I want my money back for my SN Now subscription. The stream quality of certain hockey games is poor. Last year with NHL Live there were no issues.

    @RogersHelps @AJtheWonderdog The Detroit/Arizona stream today is horrible. So when they say they removed broadcasts to improve performance, it's just a canned answer.
