    @Rogers worst service! Tech issues unsolved, sent to sales pushed upgrades, sent to retention no help, tried cancelling bundle to only keep internet & told I’ll be charged more at 120/month . Theyre website offers internet for 60. But they want to charge me 120. 3 hours on hold!

    @RogersHelps cable internet seems to be down in mississauga... and apparently elsewhere in the GTA. Will it be fixed anytime soon?

    I got a broken phone from the time I got it and now I'm stuck with the crap not working cause your stupid workers don't know their own products. @Rogers

    I've had over 15 workers from stores and over the phone who have told me you don't do loaners or courtesy phones. So you leave clients without anything after taking their phone from them? Ppl use their phones for everyday things. @Rogers fix this NOW! Do YOUR JOBS!

    Is it just me or is anybody else’s #Rogers #Ignite constantly disconnecting? It’s so annoying. I should journal when and how long and get my money back for the time it’s out. Cause it’s literally EVERYDAY. Fix it @RogersHelps.
