    @RogersHelps - It been almost 48 hours of constant Internet (and Ignite) TV drops. Service has been off more than on. Rogers tells me it’s an area problem. Can’t believe we are down this much in good weather. N5P 2J8

    @Rogers your network has a serious problem in @Meaford Unable to use Data for totally random 5-15 minute blocks. Happens daily. Extremely frustrating when on a business call then randomly don’t have access to email or the ability to create a mobile hot spot.

    @Rogers has the most awful customer service. If you are looking for a service provider, go somewhere else. If you're with Rogers, go somewhere else. They offer no help even if you've been with them for 15+ years. Just garbage.
