Zesty Italian (@twoopmasta) reported@Rogers @Sportsnet your mobile app is a total joke, no sound on games for months now it’s atrocious how little you care about the experience of your insanely overpriced packages. Get your **** together.
-
iVu (@WhoCntrl) reported@Rogers I accidentally deleted my eSIM while switching phones. Now, I’m trying to set up a new eSIM on a new phone, but I can’t because I don’t have access to the old phone number. When I visit the store, they says there’s an issue with my identification. Can u help

Wally Statler (@wally_statler) reported@fordnation Looks a lot better than that @Rogers Stadium disaster. Can't wait for it to be opened and that temp stadium to be torn down.
-
Chiranjeevi Nagiredd (@chirutweet) reportedVery disappointed with @Rogers experience. On May 1, I got 2 prepaid SIM lines from the Rogers Longueuil store and was charged $80 activation fee per line. Later, Rogers customer care confirmed I should receive a full refund and asked me to visit the store.

toymachinesh 🇺🇸 (@toymachinesh) reported@RogersHelps Automatic puts me on t-mobile which is awful and connecting to the good one “AT&T” takes so long. It’s annoying when it used to be a smooth transition after landing in the US
-
Noah sans Ark (@lunchbox_23) reported@RogersHelps It’s intermittent. I spent over an hour waiting for tech support for them to say “welp, looks good on our end!”
-
Dave Turnbull (@TurnbullDave) reported@RogersHelps That’s the problem, outage was never listed on your website even though my app said there was an outage in my area. You guys need to do a better job of communicating - can’t direct people to a website that doesn’t offer any insight.

Alison (🇨🇦) 🍉 🌻 (@ggreeneyes1975) reported@RogersHelps So 45+ minute wait times are normal at all times of the day? So either you have a very big problem, or a very big lack of employees. I have been a customer since 2001. This has never happened, unless I'm calling at like 7pm when people were adding Crave so they could watch GoT.

Jacob Legein, CPA (@PeachFinancial) reported@RogersHelps I’m not even a Roger’s customer when I call I need a phone number for my account - the link you gave me does not have any option for what I need

Kevin Rashidi (@KevinRashidi) reported@RogersHelps how have I been on hold with you guys for 1.5 hours to get help for my cell phone?? Hire more people this is ridiculous.
