    @rogershelps No internet again. Your DM leads to basic bot whose information takes one round in circles, waiting for “Live Agent” ever since. It would be respectful for @Rogers to admit there’s a service outage rather than this tedious dance-yet again, while the problem is fixed.

    Hey, @rogers, I just looked at my 87-year-old dad's Rogers bill. You sold him a 32 gb iPhone 7 for $485 in March of this year. This is pretty much elder abuse, in my view. Phone is worth $200 tops. And he can't even see the tiny 4.7 inch display. Will u fix it? #elderabuse

    Hey @Rogers , I sent a message using live chat to inquire about how long would I need to wait for an Apple Watch and Mary Ann, the assistant online was rude and kicked me out of the live chat for no reason without trying to explain why! Is this your type of customer service?

    @Rogers hi. I am current customer with rogers from last 20 months. I am looking to get a new phone with same plan. I tried in rogers store but those plans are expensive in comparison to other networks. Please let me know if you have special plans for current customers.

    So I log in to chat with @rogers support about a change in my bill. I'm on hold for 35 minutes. The rep says hi and then the chat is disconnected. I log in again and I get "sorry you've reached us out of our business hours". Great service @rogers BYE
