    Ridiculous service!! How is this possible ..you ship me a new box for my TV yet cancel my old one.. so we are stuck with no service until the box arrives. If this is the case tell your customers ahead of time. Also if I don’t have a service then credit my account! @Rogers

    @Rogers Your customer service is easily the worst in the country!!! You don't know how to value your customers, someone could be with you for like 20 years and you wouldn't even care and treat them as a nobody!!!

    Does anyone EVER get good service from @Rogers ? Four service people out and still they can't figure out why their stupid Ignite product keeps failing on one specific device.

    @RogersHelps is there something going on in Scarborough with the cable? The channels literally keep "blinking" every few seconds between the show and the "service interruption" message. Been doing this for about 30 mins now, was fine before.

    @RogersHelps Rogers you let the tower in our area go without power for days on end. You did not invoke emergency measures by providing temp power to the tower. Im on a pay as you go plan. Wheres my data to help?
