Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reportedIs it just me or @Rogers has become really horrible with customer service. Was on chat for over 2 hours twice in one day and both times the chat ended when my turn was due. Tried calling them but was on hold for over 2 hours. Maybe it is time to let go of them & look elsewhere.

Andrew d. Chris (@crogGTA) reported@Rogers I'm a new customer within the last 3 months. I'm happy with my service. STOP CALLING ME AND ASKING TO ADD MORE. I. AM. NOT. INTERESTED. I've asked several times to be taken OFF your list and to STOP contacting me about it. Tonight's the third call in 3 days. HARASSMENT.

s_hughes815 (@s_hughes815) reported@Rogers ChatGPT has pointed out another available ISP that is cheaper than your ridiculous $145.50/month (150gb). to "keep me satisfied" & keep me as a customer, match $45/month (equipment included) for unlimited 120gb wifi & lock-in the rate for 5 years, or else i bolt 🏇

Captain Chaos (@CarfreeHighway) reported@Zilzal_Engage Unfortunately you are not allowed to ever cancel your Cable service - @Rogers

Greg Rieben (@gregrieben) reported@RogersHelps yes I do. I'm still on hold. I set up a second mobile service on my account. I transferred the number to the new phone but the old provider (Fido - you/Rogers) does not have any confirmation that the number has been transferred to a new service provider.
