@RogersHelps Thanks. But it’s done now. I’m more concerned about what you’re going to do to prevent this in future. It’s a pattern. My mother’s open-heart surgery took less time than we have spent on the phone with Rogers this year, just trying to fix little things. There’s a process issue.

@Rogers keeps pedaling their ****** service to my husband and me. Phone calls, door to door sales people, mail etc. What part of no doesn't mean no? When we were with them, they pushed for us to switch our cell phones. Constant calls to get the service. I constantly refused

@RogersHelps Rogers replied that the service disruption in #Thorncliffe Park was due to a fiber line which was damaged last night. Rogers maintenance team provided a tentative ETA of 5 PM for full service restoration in Thorncliffe.

@Rogers worst customer service. After being over an hour on hold, this guy answers the phone, asks a few questions and tells me he is going to put me on hold because he is going to check on something and minutes later, someone else gets the call; I guess he is t feel like working

@wildace @RogersHelps For all we know, the MAJOR water main work being done on King W. around the clock might have led to this widespread protracted outage. They won't say.
