Second time since moving in to my apartment 11 days ago that @Rogers internet is down for me. Waiting on a tech to arrive tomorrow. It's almost 2023. Cable internet has been available for over 25 years. How is service still this bad?

@RogersHelps by far the worst Internet service provider. So much down time. Contact you guys regarding internet being slow or down like 10 times this year. Just wait till bell fibe comes to my area.

@RogersHelps we have ignite and thr holiday count down was working fine up to a couple days ago. Now it says it can't launch the app and gives a generic error code. We have unpluged everything and plugged it back in. Is there an issue with it?

@RogersHelps tried calling in like I usually do monthly to pay my bill with the automated service. Instead I was greeted with a "let me put you through to a live agent" with a hold time of 1.5 - 2.5 hours. Lol you want me to wait to give you money?
