    @MsJLopez @RogersHelps Lol what? This is the first time this has happened for me and I've been with rogers for almost 2 years now. If you are outraged then go demand the government to explain why the 911 service runs through rogers and not someone else or government run?

    My 83yo father went to Bell (fully masked) & switched his cell over so he could call to say *we're ok*. @RogersHelps @Rogers do better. Their phone/internet/cable is down - in urban Ottawa. My 83yo immune compromised father shouldn't be running around town trying to get service.
