@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I called the customers service for my local paper and it was answered in the Philippines. Every company that has actual humans answering calls, gets directed to a foreign country. Otherwise you get a computer.

@RogersHelps seriously 10 minutes to get away from virtual then you say we are busy try and call back later Terrible service as usual

@RogersHelps Good to know about the store but also means more waiting on your customer service line: 👿the account needs to be transferred out of his name

@Rogers please tell me what the issue is! My Roger’s wireless home phone doesn’t allow me to call out but I can receive calls! This happens all the time and I go without service for days! I’m thinking about going back to bell!

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers The problem is not only the lengthy 90 minute “support” calls - but that your issue will not be properly resolved and you will need to repeat the process three or four times. You are lucky that you got an ‘agent’ that could speak english - I got one that could not spell.

@RogersHelps Your new AI virtual assistant is absolutely terrible. It took me three phone calls and at least four if not, five times as long to simply pay a bill today than it used to take me when I used to just go through the phone prompts using my keypad. What are we doing here

@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @BlueJays Wow! That is a terrible ROI. You would have been fired already Norm.

Worst customer service from @Rogers @RogersHelps . On hold for 90 mins. First person had mo clue and the second person makes up a outage to explain my issue. When asked where the outage is posted he disconnected the call. Absolutely shameful how Rogers treats their customers
