@RogersHelps Honestly, @Rogers needs more transparency with what they are doing for work. Just telling us is not enough, You are unable to provide how many techs are working in my area or what their contract terms are. Withholding this information even though you have it is indecent service.

@RogersHelps @Rogers internet not working here in New Brunswick. Again more outages from the company this is unacceptable. The last time the area had no internet access for 2 days. 10$ off my 160$ monthly bill is not going to cut it.
