@Rogers Then why is it I need to call @Rogers each month, wait on hold for min of 20 mins, explain again and again to issue I have? Then most the times, the line gets hung up and I have to start all over again. JUST TO GET THE $25 OFF OUR MONTHLY BILL AS PROMISED after last "upgrade?

@Rogers i have never been more angry in my life THREE MONTHS. In a row YOU guys have messed up my bill by over 40$ every time. Im livid. And everytime i call im told to wait a few more days and call back yet ive been told to just pay the bill anyway to avoid late fees. 😡😡😡😡
