@Rogers @RogersBiz @RogersHelps (3/n) I asked if there was any other option, they refused. They said cancellation is the only option unless I’d like to keep my services active at a location I am not living in (which was a little rude, I understand it’s Rogers, they don’t care)

@Rogers @RogersHelps - the inefficiency of getting a replacement remote is astounding. 43 minutes to convince agent that a puppy attacking a remote has damaged it. And apparently I need to return a broken remote and pay $25 even though this is the first time to ask for a new one

@Stigma_Hurts @Rogers Oooh you may have to fight it a little then since they can claim you had a tech visit, regardless if you signed or not. We had an issue of a Bell technician coming out but did no install as the box was dead/gutted. Still tried to charge me for an install fee. Took months to fix

@mysticcshadow @Rogers I got a reply on their Twitter support to call them today when they open at 9am… so I did - I even asked if they know if the office would be open on holiday Monday - said it should be But skeleton crew, Nope - closed
