Not sure about you but our internet with @Rogers is still down. Been on hold for 3.5 hours even though when I called the estimate was 45 minutes to an hour. #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps Well giving people suggestions like unplugging the box which is what I had to would help. Telling us constantly that Rogers is still facing challenges is not helpful. Eventually I had to figure out myself but not everyone can do that.

Hey @Rogers I'm not a customer but most of the customers in my shop couldn't use their cards for purchases. Are you reimbursing the small businesses that lost sales because of your "maintenance"? #rogersoutrage

Kudos to the technicians from @Rogers and the associated impacted network service providers for their efforts troubleshooting and restoring service since Friday. Not an enviable position to be in, and certainly full of pressure to get things back to normal as fast as possible.
