@Rogers so I am not going to waste my time calling and chatting with some poor kid about the fact I had no communication for close to 15 hours my ? Is what if I needed an ambulance hubby had a HA last year what would I have done

@Rogers what would I have done if this happened and my hubby had his HA and I could not call for help he would have died and I would be suing you so your going to credit my account very nicely after 30 years with u I should not need to call fix this NOW

@scottdagostino @RogersHelps I work in Telecom and yes, it feels like a bad upgrade. My Telecom friends were thinking to fix this they might of had to do it in person, no remote access, which extended the outage

@RogersHelps Day 3 - some unusual internet behaviour on landline based internet e.g., some websites don’t load on Rogers Ignite Internet but do so over my cellular (other provider). Additional, Rogers Ignite TV sound Drops. @Rogers This is essentially a 3+ Day outage issue (spotty service)!

@petermorin123 @Rogers Unfortunately, there is a high probability that this is the truth.I had a peer experience this at a major retailer recently… sadly they went down because their maintenance/ upgrade exposed a bug.

@Maple_Leaf_Fan @CP24 @Rogers Settle down juice head. I’ve multiple accounts personal and business set up it’s not as simple as calling and switching in the blink of an eye. Millions of people are upset and got impacted by this. Lots of money lost.
