    @RogersHelps Too late for that… I stayed on hold for over an hour and finally had someone help me! Your company responses are too slow and wait times are too long. There needs to be some drastic changes

    I just noticed they increased all my phone lines by $5 so they could invest in providing better service. @Rogers charging ppl more when your service continues to get worse is just ridiculous.

    @JayGenXer @Rogers I’ve been trying to call, but the AI just keeps telling me to try again later. Now I have to go to a physical store just to remove one of the add-ons. @Rogers sucks.

    Dealing with @ROGERS is definitely an exercise in frustration! For a company that relies on it's customers in order to survive, @ROGERS seems ok living on life support!
