@niks_1985 @Rogers During last Roger's outage, went to BLS office at Gillingham Drive , stood in line for about 20 mins early in the morning and they said, due to Rogers outage, we can't do anything today. Glad that I switched from Rogers to Bell last December.

@linwood_barclay @RogersHelps Maybe my case is unusual, but I’ve never had any trouble with Rogers. $270/month for two cell phones, one landline and internet. Any kind of issue has been sorted out quickly. I switched from Bell years ago because their customer service was unbearable.

  • Tiffany082803 Tiffany (@Tiffany082803) reported

@netflix @Rogers Hey maybe when you offer other people's services and charge a customer 2x a mth for a service you should get your crap together when I request one to be removed off my bill. One just keeps blaming the other and I am out hundreds of dollars. Cancel all of you!

  • niks_1985 Niks (@niks_1985) reported

So @Rogers decided that Monday morning 9am is the prefect time to replace the cable in a residential area. Outage time 9am to 6pm. Notifications to impacted customer - none. I mean how insensitive can an internet service provider be?
