@Rogers well today is the third day in a row that my Rogers internet goes out between 12pm and 1pm. If today is like the last two, service will be intermittent till about 1pm. What gives?

@TekSavvyCSR @Rogers Thanks, but this is a persistent issue that either A) Goes away shortly before calling/messaging you. B) Persists, you submit a ticket to Rogers, who admit no fault, and it goes away in a day. It's just frustrating for someone that streams and runs servers that need uptime.

I'm soooooo glad that @Rogers "replaced the lines" w/o actually REPLACING THEIR FAULTY EQUIPMENT in the hopes that this would solve connection issues for HUNDREDS of customers 🤬🤦 Narrator: NOTHING has been "solved".

@RogersHelps this is absolutely ridiculous. Rogers employee was nice enough to help me out, only to have them realise my internet is actually out. This is the 3rd outage since May 10th. Unacceptable from the "Best in Canada" in a major city.

@RogersHelps Zero indication of a timeline, zero offers of refunds or credit, zero actual help! Rather than upgrade what YOUR reps have admitted are faulty hubs / nodes / "boxes", you opted to "change lines" with ZERO NOTICE to customers & no improvement in service. 2/x
