    @RogersHelps every.single.time I try to contact customer service, I wait on hold for 30+ minutes, and then I am hung up on. It just happened again. This is irritating. With such high wait times, why I am given no callback options? Live Chat is not great either.

    @RogersHelps Hello, I sent a DM into @RogersHelps 25 minutes ago regarding the broadcast of a @umichbball on super sports package channel 435. At halftime the game was dropped for a Barry Bonds documentary. Can someone please fix the channel before this game ends? Thank you.

    @Rogers @Sportsnet SNNOW customer service is terrible. Signed up to watch Raptors vs. Clippers and game froze multiple times. Started Contact Us Live Chat at 7:48 pm. It is now 8:27pm and still no response. #worstcustomerservice

    @Rogers + @RogersHelps: We've been trying to upgrade my wife's iPhone for 3 hrs. Website has timed out 6 times after we've hit "purchase" + we've been on hold for a operator for 45min...and the quoted wait-time goes up, not down. Your upgrade deal is good, but it ain't that good.
