@MyEveningOut Thank you for the RT. @Rogers has been deceptive for years...just ask @JohnTory It's now 12:27pm and still no technician. How ignorant is it for them to think I should put my life on hold for a service they are charging me for.

@RogersHelps every.single.time I try to contact customer service, I wait on hold for 30+ minutes, and then I am hung up on. It just happened again. This is irritating. With such high wait times, why I am given no callback options? Live Chat is not great either.

@Rogers + @RogersHelps: We've been trying to upgrade my wife's iPhone for 3 hrs. Website has timed out 6 times after we've hit "purchase" + we've been on hold for a operator for 45min...and the quoted wait-time goes up, not down. Your upgrade deal is good, but it ain't that good.
