overall not the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE but I'm very disappointed with you guys.I've been using your home internet for almost a year,I was expecting to get better plans not 15GB per month,plus Fido offers no 5G and no apple watch plans.I'm switching to ROGERS this weekend. @rogers

The whole of April/May...I kid you not, every other day, I been on the phone with @rogers because of Internet Outage. If anyone knows any better service apart from Bell, Please let me know because I am soo done. I need to switch ASAP.

@RogersHelps @yawdis Its been almost a week and the internet is still cutting in and out. A tech was here last week and said the issue was resolved but here we are and I'm still having connection issues! I work from home...will you be compensating me for the time lost?

Everyone needs to know that @Rogers 'live' sports feeds/games are a FULL MINUTE behind Bell Canada's feed! We've seen comments about plays on Twitter b4 seeing them on TV! @Rogers system also does not have the capability to know when your system has problems. Run far, run fast!

@RogersHelps our cable is out. Being on @FidoSolutions home internet via Rogers Cable that is useless too. 1970's coaxial cable vs 2019 @Bell fiber lines. Might be time to switch. Roger customer retention was not helpful either. Go to ignite they said... On coaxial makes 0 sense!
