If i was a @Rogers @RogersHelps customer service agent id be leaving my job. The executives have thrown you all to the wolves and they could easily fix it with 1 statement to customers with some factual update. But Wishing the team they own in Edmonton good luck is the priority

@Rogers I understand we had a huge storm, but no power since Saturday, no internet or TV since Saturday also. We got power back Monday night, still No Internet. All our neighbours have internet, except Rogers. It’s only Rogers down. Updates !! Anything.
