Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • etsstokes Ted Stokes (@etsstokes) reported

@TdotTrucker My biggest issues is that not many of the news stations are making much of a deal about people not having access to 911 all across Canada. @JustinTrudeau sir this needs to be addressed. @Rogers

  • Nick_Leye Nick (@Nick_Leye) reported

@RogersHelps you network is still trash. Can’t even watch tv, so please stop telling me your service are up and running.

  • adarlin Andrea (@adarlin) reported

@RogersHelps When will you restore service to ISPs that pay to use your infrastructure?! I've had no service for 3 days because of your screw up

  • classytwit Rumpof Steeleskin (@classytwit) reported

@Rogers "As CEO, I take full responsibility for ensuring we at Rogers earn back your full trust" The first action to earn back our trust is immediately cease advertising Rogers as "Canada's most reliable network." #rogersoutage #rogersoutage2022

  • socatease Jacqueline S (@socatease) reported

@RogersHelps I mist be a part of those still having issues, as my internet and TV is still going in and out. Are we going to be compensated for all days without proper service and not just Friday? I don't want a 1 day pkg credit. I lost more than that!

  • jthigh ‘ᎫᎢ’ ᎻⅠᏀΗ (@jthigh) reported

@doughill58 @Rogers Consider getting a backup provider for phone & Internet, if a one day outage is very harmful to your business.

  • ChuckCanuck3 Chuck Canuck (@ChuckCanuck3) reported

@RogersHelps Im still not able to use any device that requires wifi in my house. Another 24 hours I was told after the first rep told me to contact support for each device! Can't factory reset the gateway. Its unfortunate the agents are left with zero info or means to help.

  • dave1agar Dave Agar (@dave1agar) reported

Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers In the face of what will obviously be an attempted class-action lawsuit what are you doing to recompense your customers, not only for loss of service but financial losses for many businesses and the pain-in-the-*** inconvenience? #rogersoutage

  • gwander G. Wander (@gwander) reported

Still can't get more then an hour or two of Ignite TV to work before stupid stuttering and jittering. Surely you've had enough time to fix this by now @RogersHelps ...

  • FletcherSpencer Spencer Fletcher (@FletcherSpencer) reported
