@DominiqueOzelie @Rogers @RogersHelps We've been with #BellAliant for nearly 22 years. They did quite a difficult install of high-speed internet for us about four years ago (our building is nearly 200 years old). Monthly bill for landline and Internet runs just over $100 including HST. Customer service is good too.

This is exhausting...

@RogersHelps I was not allowed to cancel a service due to a "promotion" despite it never working. I was told it would be cancelled when the promo period ended. It was not, now your call center is claiming there are no notes on the account and that I owe you $$$ for a service I never received.

@RogersHelps I’m unclear on why your customers need to pay for your network when the company made over 12 billion in profit last year, but I have sent a DM.

So @rogers, apparently unsatisfied with the $12.53 BILLION dollars in profit they made last year and the fact that Canadian cell service is among the most expensive in the world, is jacking their prices. My bill just went up with no warning. I guess they hoped I wouldn’t notice?

@Rogers @RogersHelps you have had months and months to fix this situation. This is simply unacceptable. You’re sending threatening emails over your error. I sincerely advise nobody ever open an account with them. Correcting their mistake has been a literal nightmare.
