@RogersHelps it had been another hour on hold for the same problem. Three day or of an hour to 2 hours + and still havent spoken to anyone.

@RogersHelps @_slime_man Your outages are everywhere and your online chat sucks. Agents refuse to file an outage case. My internet has been out for 3 hours and it shows no outage. Outrageous service!

  • Repenix

@RogersHelps i don't have internet, according to your outage map it should be working and there's no way for me to report the outage as there's a high volume of people already calling in.

  • BKOttawa
    Brian Kusiewicz (@BKOttawa) reported

@RogersHelps It was tied to canceling internet and TV services. Charging $745.80 after 20+ years as a customer feels excessive, especially when competitors cap these fees far lower. I’m asking Rogers to review this situation and provide a fair resolution for a long-time customer.

@RogersHelps I'll be sure to give that a go when I have cell service again

  • gmacofglebe

Outage page not loading according to Reddit (also me too) @RogersHelps

  • YouPulseX

@RogersHelps Private tickets are a slow incident detector. If this maps to one update, post the intake, carrier settings/iOS fields to capture, and who owns rollback.

@Rogers I promise you I'll never get your services. You have some of the rudest salespeople I have ever experienced. All so damn pushy and rude. How is mocking me supposed to be a sales tactic? It could actually be the best price locally (though I severely doubt it) and I won't

@RogersHelps Home services, looks like it’s outage

@RogersHelps TV's are all fine. It happens on all the TV's I have. It is definitely a Rogers issue. To rectify the problem I have to unplug the ignite box and reconnect it and then it reloads and works. Sometimes I have to it multiple times.
