tim is still rubbish at this

@RogersHelps Your apology and 1-day credit is a ******* joke, especially after you egregiously lie & downplay the “intermittent” issue that made our phones 100% useless for 24h. You think our biz lost no business/customers? A ONE DAY refund insults me #rogersoutage #rogersdown

@Rogers this is nuts. You said you fixed it but this morning it was errors and lost connections again. Thank God I'm moving and switching to Bell

@Rogers @RogersHelps @tylerse79707296 One day credit?!?! Are you serious? It is the minimum since we actually received NO SERVICE on Monday. What about some consideration for the inconvenience that your customers experienced? How about backing up the words where Rogers is the "Big 3" yet not big on reliability

@TorontoStar I’m at the back of the goddam line for my vaccine thanks to @Rogers. I demand free service for a year as compensation.

Emails w/ a @Rogers Business Sales consultant, agree to the service. Then she says she can't sign up a sole proprietorship 4 wireless service & I have to call Business Wireless Care. Get transferred to 3 different people, then call disconnects. What is wrong with this @Rogers?

Did I read correctly that @Rogers is providing all their customers a one day credit for their massive service disruption on Monday? Nice that we don't have to call in. I just hope that they get their stuff together and this doesn't happen again!

@RogersHelps I lost over $1000. Have been with you since my first cell phone in 1990. 31 years!! I don’t ever remember this kind of country-wide loss of service. I felt absolutely helpless and completely frustrated not to be able to work! DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN!!
