🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@JMCInformation @Rogers That’s for the info @JMCInformation , I will also contact them with my issue. Even though I canceled all Roger’s services after almost 50years because of their horrible customer service after they layed off staff and contracted customer service to 3rd world countries.

Jacob Legein, CPA (@PeachFinancial) reported@RogersHelps See this is why people hate @Rogers in 18 months you have dug my yard up twice. You put it back together horribly and then I spend 1 - 2 hours each time trying to get you to fix it
-
Matthew McCutcheon (@mccutcheon79) reported@Rogers if I miss a Canadian win the @PGAChampionship I will be pissed because you cable and internet went down in Port Perry
-
Paul Mori (@paulpmori) reportedRecently purchased the $90 Rogers Mobile Travel Pass for a trip to Italy. It picked up a network maybe 50% of the time. Most times I tethered to my friend's eSIMS Card. Save money - get an eSIMS card and avoid the frustrations. That was a waste of $90. Thanks @Rogers.

a (@shynewsguy) reported@RogersHelps Thanks for the reply, I appreciate you! Issue is resolved now. Please provide feedback to Roger's that if a client's services are down, the client needs to be informed. Rogers outage map was not working and no info from phone/chat support or AI Anna. Customers left in the dark

Just Steve (@StephenColley18) reportedWTF @CTV and @Rogers for cutting the end of the second OT of the NBC feed of the NBA game between the Spurs and OKC so I can see Corner Gas.
-
*** {agentic simple sarcasm} (@ass_sarcasm) reportedIsn’t Hotspot part of the service that @rogers provides?
-
Adam ⚾️ (@GradyTripp00) reportedWhat an absolute shitshow the @LiveNationON @Rogers @Rogers_Stadium venue is. I’ll NEVER go to a show there.
-
Noah sans Ark (@lunchbox_23) reported@RogersHelps It’s intermittent. I spent over an hour waiting for tech support for them to say “welp, looks good on our end!”
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@aangelic491 @Rogers Nope. The only solution is to call them and go through the whole ordeal. They don't have a simple call back solution to prevent their customers from staying on hold (you cannot attend any other calls for hours if you are on hold) and then get 'disconnected' automatically.
