    @c_boak @Rogers @RogerHelps I’m at M2J 2C5 in a town house so looks it it’s probably the whole area. When I posted last night someone mentioned There was a fire last night at the Don Mills Hydro Vault around the time it went down and also that Shoos on Don Mills had no power.

    I’ve been with @Rogers for 15 yrs, now they tell I don’t have long distance calling and have never had a plan for it. That’s BS. Someone recommend a new provider.

    @Rogers says their network is now fully operational, but my Ignite tv is worse than ever. No tv reception at all today.

    @Rogers #rogersoutage My moms experience Rogers down again since last night Apparently a fibre cut in the North York and surrounding area however their customer service seemed unaware and no one can give a proper eta. Will definitely be looking for an alternative service soon

    @RogersHelps So a Rogers technician added the wrong modem to our account on THURSDAY and a multi-billion dollar media empire is unable to remove it and add my existing modem back on our account. Still no internet or tv service. Unbelievable. Think twice before switching to Rogers.

    @RogersHelps TV service still pausing, losing sound, freezing to black screen off & on since the outage - and wifi is dropping intermittently. Are u still on temp fixes or is service supposed to be 100% back to normal? At $260+/month for tv & internet I expect better.
