    @Rogers the problem is definitely NOT fixed. My ignite wifi app won't load, my speed is trash and I can't get my pods online. Try harder

    @vote4robgill @Rogers I certainly believe we need more competition in regards to internet etc. however can we ensure rural customers have adequate service as well. I live in a rural area it was usual that internet went down at least once a day (that was a real good day) at times it was down for days.

    After 34+ hours we finally have our service back! @RogersHelps looking forward to at least a two day credit, maybe something more as a goodwill gesture

    @RogersHelps Nothing in ignite works, can't record shows, watch previously recorded episodes or use demand, is this still part of the outage? Plus I can't call to complain because the lines just drop? When will support be up and running?
