    @RogersHelps How is there still not on an ETA on when it'll be fixed? It's been over 12 hrs. Do you simply not know what is causing it. Literally millions of people without access to a phone in case of emergency. Not to mention businesses, schools etc who are not functioning. Get it together!

    No matter what spin #Rogers will give the public and its clients, that the entire @Rogers service is down across Canada, indicates a massive failure that couldn't have happened by itself. Who or what is responsible for this #rogersoutage?

    @aridler @RogersHelps @Rogers I can't imagine the horror of not having cellular service, but it happens Adam. (sarcastica font) Have a backup plan so this doesn't affect you in the future. That's what the rest of us do. smfh
