  • DarkRaine_ DarkRaine (@DarkRaine_) reported

@Rogers Can we atleast get an estimated time when services should be back. I understand a hurricane will take down power for towers but still just want an eta

  • WeAreTheFoxes_ Courtney Danielle 🇺🇦 (@WeAreTheFoxes_) reported

Hey @RogersHelps our data and service isn’t working in pictou county, Nova Scotia. Any ETA on when it will be resolved?

  • darrenblois1 Darren Blois (@darrenblois1) reported

@RogersHelps With due respect, it’s not due to weather. Neighbours two streets away have service, and our street has underground cables (not affected by wind). Your service seems more fragile than it should be.

  • srbradley33 Steven Bradley (@srbradley33) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers What about the spotty Internet on the 5G network?

  • rosscraig Ross Craig (@rosscraig) reported

@RogersHelps Ok one more question is that up to 50GB per person on the plan or do we both get 50GB each? I never received the text just her

  • Toooooony233 Toooooony (@Toooooony233) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Why don’t you give us unlimited data, there’s no service anyway

  • withajofcourse SAM (@withajofcourse) reported

@Rogers @Halifax_Kat That’s great and all, Rogers, however not sure how I’m supposed to use that extra 50gb of data when there’s no Rogers service

  • EmpeyMike Mike Empey (@EmpeyMike) reported

@RogersHelps Worst offer ever, I already pay for unlimited data, so I actually get nothing back

  • jenniB17995737 jenniB (@jenniB17995737) reported

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps when upgrading the new line fee is stupid since I am not adding a new line but upgrading my phone with the same SIM card and phone number. Only rencentlu have added two lines which are my apples watches to which I have no issue paying for the connection.
