@RogersHelps Its a sad day when you just sign up and get a modem dropped off at your door. A tech stating plug it in and place cable in the back. Then when you do you find out the service is down on day one of the service. LOL WOW. Not looking good.

  • rogerfpetersen Roger Petersen (@rogerfpetersen) reported

@craigh56 @RogersHelps I’ll give them this. They responded to tweet quickly and hopefully resolved the problem.

  • therealcpr83 Christopher Rogers (@therealcpr83) reported

@RogersHelps Thats wonderful, but I understand that Rogers changed the policy on March 9th so that no customer can get a pod included in their plan. All customers must pay $5/month for the privilege of having the "Corner to Corner" wifi that is advertised in your "promise"

  • chisholm2908 Kevin Chisholm (@chisholm2908) reported

@Rogers is the internet down in Brampton again? Challenging to work from home with no connectivity

  • misridhruv Dhruv Misri (@misridhruv) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps I don't have internet for almost 2 days now even after a technician came over today. The person I spoke to in customer service was very rude and unhelpful and refused to pass me to a supervisor saying he is the boss and his boss is rogers and has no one above

  • Michael57329689 MCPTI (@Michael57329689) reported

@RogersBiz Ever notice how Rogers designed their "home service" invoices to show that you own more at the end of the month. There's something fishy with this. Rogers needs to revamp their whole web page image and make it simpler to understand and user friendly not confusing

  • Mcatlady54 SL McIntosh 🇨🇦 🇺🇦 #StandWithUkraine (@Mcatlady54) reported

It seems it’s time for @rogers Ignite cable tv outage in Northeast London ON. This is becoming weekly event. And I’m paying more! Any @Bell TV users comment on their reliability? Getting sick of spending hr/wk dealing w same problems @RogersHelps

  • TestingRhymes achettup (@TestingRhymes) reported

@RogersHelps The message says "scheduled maintenance work." Your customer care agent says "it's impossible for us to find every customer impacted. If you look at the fine print..." Like seriously? I've been a customer for 12 years. No real time notification either. Seriously considering Bell.

  • the905arts 🇨🇦Matthew Dunn🇨🇦 (@the905arts) reported

@Rogers with it being announced that there is a stand alone 5G network. Is there anything that needs to be done on 5G phones? Will there be a new logo on our phones like 5GSA or will we not notice a difference as consumers

  • JenFrYrEyesOnly JMA (@JenFrYrEyesOnly) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Someone there PLEASE let me know....Is Philippe here this evening I really would like his help with a problem that has happened again - and not a bunch of other Rogers helpers taking over restarting help here.
