Day 4 of @RogersHelps @Fidomobile home internet being completely out. Website says no known issues. No communication on FB or Twitter about the outage. No estimate for resumption of service. I'm pretty patient and honestly thankful we didn't lose power, but this is ridiculous.

@RogersHelps They don't have internet to log onto a forum, let alone understand how. They just want help/answers. We will be switching providers and I'll be recommending they do the same. Outages happen, it's understandable, but transparency & compassion go a long way. We had neither.

@RogersHelps instead of sending me a bot text, how about registering a service request? I don't even have an account with you folks, but it is your hardware.

@Rogers @EdmontonOilers On day 3 of the Roger’s Ignite Internet outage. Power restored 2 days ago but Roger’s still can’t get its Internet service working. No tweets in this regard, only silence. My neighbours Bell Fibre next door works just fine.

@RogersHelps I get there are outages due to the storm, but why can’t you post outage areas? Status? Anything? Don’t make people log onto your site to get updates when there are OUTAGES.
