    @RogersHelps @yankeefanbetta Total BS. IgniteTV is nowhere near normal. Your credits back to us had better be for more than just one day of outage. As far as I’m concerned you are STILL not delivering the services I contracted for.

    @vote4robgill @Rogers Just call them and tell them you're going to cancel so they pass you to retention team . Honestly an outage for this likes of time is unacceptable. Find a better provider

    @birgitomo @Rogers it was Toronto downtown they were just standing around talking to security and not answering anyone's questions second, when you go to this store they tell you to come back because of the other person on break good customer service. so why do you have this store open

    @DossierCom @tim_ottawa @Rogers Any business or individual that cannot go 1 day without internet should not rely on a single service provider. That isn't on Rogers. That is on them for not taking risk management seriously. Every network will fail eventually.
