Dear @RogersHelps, Because of your takeover of Shaw that was approved today by Trudeau and his government, you are about to lose another customer. I am ripping the Rogers SIM out of my phone today and putting in a @koodo SIM, giving me comparable and far less expensive service.

@RogersHelps there was no service march 29. There was a power outage march 29. Im owed reimbursement for march 29 tv and internet. I dont appreciate DM replies saying there was no outage when there was entire area had no power there were police and hydro working on power 1/2

@RogersHelps this is why I requested to return the equipment in-person but you stated it was no longer possible. I said to your rep I was concerned something like this might happened. Your rep assured me it would not. Please fix this. I’m not your customer anymore.

So @RogersHelps is now making a minimum of $20 million more per month (they raised rates again) but they can’t improve service in #manitoba, which is riddled with dropped calls and “No Service” zones.
