@RogersHelps Over the past few days, my email program keeps shooting me back an error that I never had before. The support team for the program says it's a Rogers issue. The error says [IMAP] Cannot open folder "/Trash". (NO [AUTHENTICATIONFAILED] SELECT Invalid credentials)

Periodic reminder that @RogersHelps Ignite is absolute garbage. LITERALLY can't go an hour without getting "no connection/internet" error messages. Now I'm getting service interruptions you can measure in HOURS, not seconds. No phone or TV service either, so I know it's Ignite.

@RogersHelps This is an ongoing problem and it's no something Support can resolve for me. Rogers' software dev needs a complete overhaul, which won't happen because of a Tweet and if your Product Owner doesn't even realize this, then it won't happen at all. I bet PO doesn't even use Rogers.

@Rogers thank you for treating your long time customer as if they dont matter to you. Even after 50 minutes of call still on hold to talk to customer service. No empathy no apology .. just an expression less robotic voice telling you will be notified once resolved. #disappointed

@RogersHelps "Ongoing"? This has been the situation EVERY SINGLE DAY for the 6 months I've had Ignite. It's NEVER EVER worked like you claim it should.
