@Rogers LMAO i just got lied to by a tech saying there are no issues on rogers side. check downdetector and istheservicedowncanada and you’ll see a different story. rogers is currently pretending like there’s no outage right now.

@RogersHelps We don't ask for much but a certain level of actual service. Down in the middle of the day twice in 3 days. This isn't acceptable. $5.00 credits don't fix this. Burning my cellphone data to be able to work is going to be how you lose me a customer.

@nicklozon @Rogers Ya, that is the same thing. Still not acceptable. I have opened multiple lines of communication with them and I will continue to pester them until this is resolved. I can't work when they can't maintain a network.
