@RogersHelps @Rogers you upsold me on the Infinite WiFi package and modem. After a painful hour long installation call on Friday night with your agent, it worked. BUT it’s been down since this morning and I’ve been on hold. The wait to speak to an agent is excruciatingly painful.

(1/2) Most pathetic service and customer service provider in Canada @RogersHelps. They will promise you credit and will give any random reason for not approving the credit. Really mentally harassed by @RogersHelps for not providing internet and not providing proper services.

@RogersHelps My phone & internet goes out several times daily. Service is in & out multiple times in a row for about 5 or 10 minutes. Usually in mid-afternoon & evening. This has been happening for weeks. Happening right now as a matter of fact.
