Brad (@Showtime_13_) reported@Rogers I've talked to friends in the area and everyone is experiencing this. Reliable service is not what you provide, I think it's time to look at other options if this continues. This issue should have been addressed in 24 hours, but has been on going for a week.

They tell me it's my Nextbox but several other neighbours experiencing exact same issues at exact same time. I am looking at Bell. Enough!
