@Rogers disappointed in your customer service. Upgraded plan and ordered new phone last week. Told new phone would arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Call this morning to find out is backorder. No communication of the back ordered. Perhaps it is time to look at alternatives

@RogersHelps from one customer service provider to another, you dropped the ball on this one. 27 days of subpar customer service. All you had to do was actually care enough about the people that pay their bills. The 50 calls, 5 techs & service truck could have been avoided.

@nhllive @rogers what kind of garbage offering is this. I pay TWICE due to problems getting the app to work on my tv, then one day later I have "no paid subscription"? For $200 one would expect your service to be better than a steaming pile of raccoon poop. Garbage.

@Rogers is a joke. I tried to go to a store in Ajax and they wouldn’t let me in, or let me purchase a charger from the door without ID. I didn’t have ID on me and they refused me service. You need ID to buy a charger now a days? @TELUS .. any solutions for me?

@RogersHelps since apparently thats the twitter account for support. I waited 30mins for chat support and was "disconnected". Absolutely horrible service.
