@RogersHelps @Rogers Its understandable with severe weather there can be problems, but your lack of communication with customers is completely unacceptable. I get better info and support from Toronto Hydro and that bill is a fraction of my Rogers monthly.

@Rogers #ignite was working for us through the storm and fine until 930 pm last night and then boom - nothing. We had no power issues and no other issues until then. #completelydown #getmorestaffonphonesplease

@DarkVoid1990 @sammie_toscani @Rogers What is pathetic is that you haven’t grasped just how much damage was done by that storm with trees down and power out all over Southern Ontario. Do you think they can fix all outages all at once? Do you think they aren’t addressing the situation? Pathetic.

@RogersHelps Hey Rogers, when ya gonna fix my cable box issue? They've both been out since late last night. I managed to speak with a rep on the phone after being hold for over an hour. Was told the issue would be resolved, yet here we are over 9 hours later & I still have no TV.

@RogersHelps Hello. Complete outage in the Baseline and Merivale area. A very serious situation for me because I work remotely. No Service = No Work = No Income!!!!!
