    there was no problem after several calls I was told it was cause my sisters had Iphones that I need an Iphone which I couldnt afford and it was too late to return a phone @RogersMobileCa told me I need every person I tslked to @RogersHelps gave me a different reason

    @RogersHelps I know there are outrages reported in Ottawa, but how about you guys have an outage map like hydro. Went to bed with full connectivity woke up to nothing but don’t know if it’s my equipment or something new in my area.

    @RogersHelps What is actually going on? You celebrate your capitalistic greedy monopoly too much? Almost the entire customer base in Ottawa without service for 18 hours and you’re responding like it’s one offs. It’s thousands. Don’t forget Bell and Videotron still exist. We won’t.

    @RogersMobileCa @RogersHelps had issues with goup texts with my sisters regarding my Moms health she had stge 4 cancer called rogers and was told I needed a new phone but had the same issues with the new phone that @rogers sold me called again they investigated got a text saying
