@RogersHelps Yes, I’ve done that and they’ve confirmed an issue. No idea what caused it and no estimate for a return of service. It’s been almost three hours now. But what I’m commenting on is your lack of a usable outage map that would save your chat agents so much time.

@RogersHelps Is there any actual update? I know Comms n tech r sep departments but you gotta know in today’s day n age down internet4+ hr is absolutely unacceptable. Everything is smart we all WFH & your move to get us off traditional cable onto ignite means we don’t even have reliable TV

@RogersHelps Yeah sent a DM so far been on the phone for 60min with CS and most of that times been on hold. This is going on 3 weeks with this being a fairly consistent issue

@95sxw1 @RogersHelps @Rogers You too? It's brutal at least once a week we are out for 24-48 hours all together with intermittent service the rest of the time. They never have any interruptions with their billing though do they?

@Rogers @ATT first time Ive had to put 2 cellular providers on blasts. But I was camping in Port Huron and had the absolute worst service! Rogers wants $12/day for roam like home. Im NOT Paying that price for the service that was provided. I couldnt even tweet until I returned!
