    @RogersHelps no I had enough. I wasted 3 hours of my day because I have no internet. Only to find out that 2 houses up from me the construction people cut the cable. When I call your service center I get hung up on.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps my internet since morning, I contacted them and was told that technician need to physically come on Wednesday and examine the issue and that will take them 3 days. Really? Never get Rogers internet!

    @Rogers another outage it seems, this is like a daily chore, get into a call with tech support, wait for 1 hour in the queue, then they say they cant help, pathetic. intermittent internet issues for past 3 months with no resolution

    Hey @RogersHelps! Your retention department just hung up on me and this is the 4th time I'm calling about the same issue. I have now been on hold to speak with a supervisor for 30 minutes. HOW IS THIS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS??? HOW???

    @RogersHelps idid more than once they say they will fix it and it never happen the whole building 30 units are talking of getting rid of Rogers . since we ask them to fix the wiring for the last few years . actually since they fell during a storm and it was suppose to be a temporary fix

    @RogersHelps …. More like Rogershorrible. Is it normal practice that you hang up on the people who pay your salary ??? Been a customer for over 25 years. Your rep who probably isn’t even that old just hangs up because that’s easier ?
