    @RogersHelps You don't require customer-level account info to do this. You can totally see the status of node connectivity in a given area just by looking at the postal code prefix (M5V). I've gone through this with techs before. There's probably just noise on the line or something.

    @RogersHelps I have had constant problems with connection (Ignite). This has been on going for months. Tonight I lost connection and could not even speak to technical services at 11:30pm. #disappointed

    @RogersHelps Fine. Why don't you disclose whether or not an outage occurred in the M5V area code? That doesn't require any account related info. I've been through this before. Many times. Once you do that, I'll contact you about a reduction on my bill.

    @Rogers @Merc_3422 There is no need to DM to keep it quiet. You have a huge outage in withby, ajax, pickering right before a huge sporting event. Fix It!

    @Rogers on God...my internet connection is so bad. Ive called so many times. no one listens to me. I hav a severe disconnection problem & they sent a guy to "fix the internet" & he bounced when he came it was working. The problem isn't it not working. It disconnects every 50 mins

    @RogersHelps So, sat down to look into a few things Nice rep pointed out I could FINALLY get rid of my Eeros fee which I would never have had if cust serv had properly probed my needs. Everything worked fine on VIP w/out Ignite. Anyhow, waited 30mins on transfer 2 tech-gave up
