@RogersHelps Why isn't the page updated? Never says anything about current outages, internet in Cambridge(Galt) has been out for almost 4 hours.
I don't usually do this, but I've never had a more frustrating customer service experience than I've had with @Rogers over the past week. They couldn't switch my cable + internet services - which required no new equipment - in ONE week...
@rogers has no problem filling the rogers centre but stores won't accept cash for "covid" and safety reasons #povertyshame
con'd... Official! @Rogers @RogersHelps has nickled and dimed a 24 yr client to move to @Bell. Refusing to credit me for every day we had outages! 3 months of daily connection issues is worth a credit of only $234, b/c their system does not sense all outages. Run fast, run far
@FidoSolutions Spoke to Fido on my phone. Very helpful in finding and providing me a solution. @RogersHelps wasn't helpful at all... I can't believe they as the parent Corporation couldn't or wouldn't help me. Customer retention was useless too. @CRTCeng
@RogersHelps spoke to technical department and they don't know if work is being done in our area. I saw 2 rogers trucks down the street and was told by another technical support person there was maintenance being done in the area. They no notice or door hanger as they said. 🤦
@RogersHelps our cable is out. Being on @FidoSolutions home internet via Rogers Cable that is useless too. 1970's coaxial cable vs 2019 @Bell fiber lines. Might be time to switch. Roger customer retention was not helpful either. Go to ignite they said... On coaxial makes 0 sense!

@Rogers Ignite SUCKS. Flat out SUCKS. Nothing but troubles skipping, glitching and freezing. Im sick of @Rogers as a whole, worst customer service. Thats it, thats the tweet.
