@Rogers internet is out…again. We’ve tried all the usual solutions like restarting devices and unplugging and plugging it back in but no luck. Been down since 6am this morning…what gives?

@RogersHelps This is an appalling way to treat your customers. I pay you, you provide no service, and no explanation for the outage. @telus @bellcanada take a look. How would you handle this situation? I’m seriously in need of a company that actually provides connectivity.

@RogersHelps after connecting with CS rep online and told there was an outage in my area and to wait for my ticket resolution. I received the most vague “resolution” I have ever read over a text and my internet and cable issues continue and somehow the ticket is “resolved”.

@mrspb6 @Rogers Hmmm sounds like customer service is working the same as always. 😭 Maybe crappy customer service isn't what Rogers strives to provide, but they certainly excel at it. I'm dreading contacting them when my contract expires (permanently) soon.
