Corey Herscu (@coreyherscu) reported@RogersHelps It hasn’t worked. Escalating complaint.
-
Tammie (@tammie__cross) reported@RogersHelps I do have a case open. I’m trying to understand why the Fraud number requires an extension to speak with someone, when an extension isn’t provided until a case manager contacts you. How is a customer supposed to reach Fraud directly?
-
Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reportedSo @Rogers breached their contract. They promised my price was locked in for 999 months. 5 months later, they're trying to raise their prices without notice. Their customer service won't accept phone calls, and their chat is no better. I think it's time I went to the #CCTS
-
Sue Farah (@suefarah_) reported.@Rogers @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to get through to a customer service rep for 3 days now to register a move. I’m told the call volume is too high and drops the call after being on hold for hours. At this point, I want to cancel my service.
-
Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@TFCin110 @Rogers @RogersHelps Not necessarily by phone. Rogers has to work with you and respond to CCTS within 20 days. Document every failed attempt to get help—it’s evidence. In short: CCTS is free for you, but Rogers pays $ for each accepted complaint. So there’s definitely an incentive to resolve it ASAP
-
Manan Sood (@Manansood20) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers Your team is still not addressing my actual issue and keeps sending what look like generic/AI-generated responses.
-
fuhago (@fuhago) reported@Rogers what a ****** service, I got an email about my new order in back order for 3 to 5 weeks, but i got the package to return my current phone or I will have to pay the remaining balance. And your customer service line is an AI Agent.
-
Bonnie Burgess (@bonnieburgess) reported@DebraMHaak @Rogers Our Rogers customer family talked about this situation just the other day. & It's only going to get worse with AI now fielding calls.
-
B Dub (@TheBigBDub) reported@Lidsville @Rogers 🚨 PSA:March 2026, Telus, Roger’s, and Freedom all had data leaks. As a result, bad actors are calling clients as if from a major provider and HAVE enough client details to make people believe it’s a legit call. Nobody in Canada should be providing anything on a cold call now. 🚨

Tula Tuyige (@TTuyige) reported@DebraMHaak @Rogers Same here Ive tried several days to get someone to help but instead AI assistant and call is terminated.. I'm so done with these thugs.
