It's an agency (Likewize) of @rogers. It's particularly frustrating because they keep directing me to their website, when the reason I'm calling is that their website is broken. Now up to 30 minutes. 🤬

@cbcmarketplace you should investigate @Rogers. They’re falsely advertising 1.5 Gbps and when customers upgrade, they have no internet because of “provisioning” issues with no estimate for fix.

@Rogers I feel compelled to say your Xmas TV ad is an agression to every sense, the laziest Fr translation, and so stupid and bad that it's unbelievable a non-brain damaged manager authorized it. It makes me want to volunteer, going door to door and make people transfer to Telus.

@CarolFurey2 @RogersHelps It’s awful. We sat down tonight ready to have tea and a snack and flick on the game channel, spend so much time fooling around with it that tea went cold. It’s multiple times a day.

@RogersHelps Yeah just Mobile, the web app is fine from the pc or laptop, just the sportsnet app is bad when on 5G or even wifi.
