Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

It’s only with Shawgers that I have this issue I don’t have an issue with using my card to pay with any other site or service. 1/2

Your call centre was of no help. Why send an offer if you cannot fulfill it? I’m waiting for you to contact me so we can get it?

I get there isn't a lot of selection in this country but i PROMISE you, the 1st company that has english speaking HUMANS i can talk to when i have an issue WILL get my business.

Gail Reeves Reid (@gareeves) reported@RogersHelps Is there a way I can get a callback? Waiting 20 minutes without speaking with someone is unacceptable especially when calling after hours? This is very poor customer service. If I go to a store they direct me back to technical support so it’s a never ending cycle. Rogers FAIL
