    @RogersHelps CTV2(channel 20 on digital adapter is also not broadcasting). No need for me to waste my time on DM. It's a Roger's problem. Cogeco is fine. Couldn't see Live from ABC while feed was to CTV. Then later saw Live on ABC when you disconnected the feed to CTV.

    @RogersHelps I'm currently on the phone trying to bring my bill back down to a humane level, after your trash company hiked it by $75 because I hadn't called back to do the annual dance around discounts. I don't have time for this fake "niceties" about wanting your shows too. JUST FIX IT.

    @Rogers can’t believe the crappy service these guys dish out. Called to talk to Home Monitoring Customer service and was told to wait for two hours or call back in two hours!! What’s going to happen when they take on Shaw customers!! Wouldn’t provide a direct # to call either

    Anyone in Canada who still has @RogersHelps service leave!. Undeniable the worst customer service, technicians, escalation and products on this planet. Left my disabled mother in Ottawa without connected 3rd party smarthome services because of ignite and I’m 2800 miles away now.

    @Rogers We were told our issue was resolved but keep getting reminder text messages that we owe money so my husband called back tonight and the agent said she couldn’t find any information and opened a new case we asked to be transferred to a manager and have been on hold another 1/2 hr
