Totally pissed at @Rogers this morning. Received my monthly bill and it claims my payment for last month was late. Guess what? My bank shows the payment made last Fri. July 8 - one day early. ROGERS SERVICES WERE DOWN! Rogers didn't process my payment until July 11! + late fee!!!
