    @RogersHelps our internet has been down all day and the earliest service call isn’t until Sunday. Is there anything else that can be done? Are we able to get quicker help since we are currently paying for internet that we are unable to use.

    @RogersHelps This did not help. There is ZERO data service in Kincardine for the majority of Rogers customers. Serious issue.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Internet service is down but ur offices are busy calling new clients. No update on ur website or Twitter or any social media. When can we work in RichmondHill again? Since 11am no service. It's working day 4 thse who hv not tkn off fm work. #OutageAlert

    @RogersHelps hi when is this service interruption going to end? People have lives and work to get too. Second outage in the last few months ruining every schedule meeting. I am switching my plan as well as my parents come Monday. Enough is enough.

    @RogersHelps It can’t rain outside without service interruptions. Ridiculous how a company that charges wayyy too much for internet can’t seem to provide continuous service. They should be updating their Twitter every couple of hrs, instead telling ppl things will be solved in a couple hrs.
