    @Rogers It is because they are dishonest in how they conduct business. Their insurer @LIKEWIZE3 has 1 star on Better Business Bureau. For good reason. The staff is rude, making a call is borderline impossible and they will keep you on hold for over 2 hours just to say we cant help you

    @Not_an_ebug @Rogers had this happen twice waiting 1hr 1/2 i just hung up went to rogers store with my issue and they contacted customer service direct and bang 2 minutes resolved my issue ..

    The wait time for technical support from @Rogers is 3 hours with no call-back option! They charge among the highest rates in the world yet don't even pretend to justify their greed by providing quality customer service.

    @JonesyGord @Rogers The folks to be mean to are management, who we can't get to. The poor support folks are but cannon fodder. I feel for them, having worked in support!

    @RogersHelps on some outage sites, it says no internet service for hundreds. It's currently down in Toronto?

    @Rogers is a rip off. they overcharge their customers. I will not be renewing another plan with them. I have been a rogers customer for almost 10 years and I have had enough with their expensive plans. It is ridiculous.
