Chris From Canada (@Creativly_CLS) reported@Rogers You've sent tec's out to the house twice now. Outside line replace (it was damaged. Imagine that our road was ripped up this summer). You've replaced the modem and my ignite cable box. We ran new ether net cables. And still I'm having issues.

I would do this on my own on your website but HAVE NO WIFI. ???? I’m scared to hang up because I don’t want to waste the 1 hour + I’ve been on hold :(

I have trouble shot everything, I cannot phone on wireless for help and had to use my friends phone to call Rogers just to be told it is a 45 minutes wait. We fly in half an hour.need help!

Just tell me where I can return the phone in Winnipeg to get in writing I’ve returned it without damage. Or tell me what guarantees I have that if I send the phone away for this inspection that I won’t be charged.
