So glad to have unlimited data to pair to my iPad cuz @RogersHelps says we don’t have an outage but we don’t have internet access and neither do a few neighbours but there is no outage seemed we didn’t have an outage at 10am today either but no internet #ThingsThatNeverHappened

@RogersHelps Yeah I don't think it's fair that the sales rep closed the sale on the basis of it and it wasn't even true. No one is taking ownership of my issues which is going to result in us porting our numbers to a carrier that does care about us. Rogers is the worst provider in Canada.

@RogersHelps my internet completely cut out....virtual assistant Anna says no outages in my area but that's impossible. Solid white light on modem, everything suddenly died and still a solid light.

I encourage everyone who lives in Canada to NEVER use @Rogers as their wireless network. Absolutely the worst customer experience, spent 7 hours on the phone with them trying to reroute my package to a different address. Horrible and disgusting practice

Also shout out to Karan at the Bloor & Palmerston @RogersHelps for his patient and kind customer service we had a few laughs while my phone data transferred and he made an annoying thing a nice experience!
