@RogersHelps My tv is still glitching today, Sunday the 10th. Yesterday it barely worked at all. I hope I get credited for that service since I really didn't have much access to it, especially the news.

@checkupcbc If @Rogers cannot maintain it's network as is, it has no business looking to expand. Why no backup plan? Do better, not bigger! (From a long time customer...rethinking that.)

@RogersHelps Our internet is "back" but so slow that many websites won't load at all. Can't stream anything (netflix, crave, etc.) On any devices. Are we being refunded for the days where we are stuck with this minimal service that is far below the quality we are paying for?

What's the deal with @Rogers? Ever since they came back from the mass outage, getting a stable and reliable internet connection has been a challenge. It keeps cutting out for short periods. WTF is with that? Want reliable internet? Don't get #Rogers

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers If it was a legitimate call, I'm sure they found someone to help them out. I had a situation somewhat similar, but it all worked out and it just wouldn't occur to me to look for some money because of a legitimate problem. What is it with people these days? Always a hand out!

@RogersHelps How about you guys actually do your job and get the data connection back online? Or is that too hard for Canada's most unreliable network? Or how about you guys actually do your job and filter those "suspicious SMS" out instead of having us do your jobs for you and report it.
