    @JayGenXer @Rogers There is never a situation where this lack of customer service should be tolerated. Complete disrespect for their customers & their time. Rogers doesn’t deserve a single penny from Canadians.

    @RogersHelps my daughter’s phone was stolen. I bought the premium device protection plan. I keep getting sent to Chatbots that don’t work, phone lines that keep hanging up on me, or partner websites likewize that don’t actually work. How on earth can I get a human being to help?
