@RogersHelps Although I have service now, both the internet and my cable are slow and glitchy. Is this a result of the outage and when can I expect full service to be back up?

@Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps That “one day of service interruption” cost me about $375. Was booked onto a remote tech survey and due to the outage I was unable to participate. And because #Rogers delayed a statement for 12 hours, I didn’t have the option of making other arrangements.

@IronOmie @dm_tats @Rogers If this wasn't a cyberattack, someone screwed up. Whether it's a mistake in coding with a software update or some other issue, someone made an error that translated into what happened. The person fired maybe a scapegoat, but there's no way this went down without a firing.

@RogersHelps My area still has dreadfully slow or non-existent internet, even after multiple and lengthy reboots. Assuming I'm not in the vast majority

@RogersHelps Does anyone have cell service restored? I’m smack downtown Toronto and cannot make a call. I have full bars on the wireless signal but nothing’s working.

@RogersHelps The bottom line we lost huge amounts of money due to this issue. I came back to Rogers from another provider, huge mistake. We live in a Banana Republic, Canada has given you and Bell the monopoly, it time to open the market and let other providers come in.

@katiewatt1992 @Faweezy @RogersHelps No 911 service is “things happen”? Or what if a surgeon needs to be called in on for an emergency, or a child needs to call their parent desperately, and so on and so on
