    @RogersHelps you’ve updated your app and now it doesn’t remember username and does not allow me to sign in with either Face ID (on my phone) or Touch ID (on my iPad). Why is that? You’ve taken a step backward rather than forward!

    When are @Bell_Support or @startca going to offer residential fibre in downtown #ldnont? You’d think with their physical stations near/in the core this would be yesterday’s news. Appears they are OK with letting @Rogers have all the gigabit service money.

    @RogersHelps was on phone with customer service my call was dropped..when I call back I cannot complete my call...are your services down?

    @Rogers The worst company ever to get internet with. So many outages. If they have to do maintenance, they should atleast have the courtesy to tell the customers a day before so the customer doesn't loose a day's work. Second day in a rowthis pathetic company has an outage again!

    @SeanWise @RogersHelps This is happening to me and everyone in my condo building on Rogers. It’s very frustrating. I keep calling in and the response is there isn’t an issue!

    @Rogers 1 hr + to get a call back, then no more than 2 min on call...back on hold without warning 45 min and counting. Wonderful service I pay for.

    @RogersHelps Sorry but dm messages don’t do anything other than cover up your incompetence. I’m now 12 hours into a simple changeover. Now I’m returning older boxes they said would work, lying to me for your profit. @Rogers needs new leadership in customer service.

    Is it possible for @RogersHelps and @Rogers to be worse? And why is it called RogersHelps when they don’t help? Just a bunch of people saying I’m sorry for your troubles. The trouble with incompetence is that it’s a culture that starts at the top. #Useless
