@Rogers I can say how thankful I am for you quick response. Made a terrible decision to try @Bell and it was the worst decision I could have made. 48 hrs with Bell and cancelled it! Rogers on site now to reconnect. In five years with Rogers not one call to support.

@DougMadory @kentikinc @Rogers Long time Fido customer in Kitchener/Waterloo (from before they were bought by Rogers) I can confirm no bars of service last Friday. IN fact there was a message "No service" on my iPhone SE in place of the bars

@Rogers U guys had one of the worst outage in recent history, yet you only give a 5 day credit. I asked your service Center to see if they can change my plan to a lower price. “Since you re contracted, we only have $60 option”. Well I guess Bell will get a new customer soon.

@soheilmazinani1 @RogersHelps I know it's not just me. It's Waterloo and other entire towns or regions, yet Rogers pretends like these are small isolated issues not tied to their massive failure last week caused by poor network maintenance.

@BryanPassifiume @RogersHelps Worst of the worst is Amazon. Ever tried cancelling prime? Good grief. Took 3 months and about 10 phone calls. "Yes it's cancelled this time". Next credit card statement it's there again.

@TimoVainionpaa @kentikinc @Rogers Do you have a theory as to why the mobile signal went down during this outage? I'm not familiar enough with mobile telephony to understand what are the possible causes of this.

@DougMadory @kentikinc @Rogers Without getting into tinfoil hat conspiracies, no I do not. I am very curious to hear what the root cause might have been. To me the explanations being offered are not enough to explain why all the networks went down.. but I am not an expert
