    Rogers Internet (cable) has been out across a large swath of Ontario for over an hour and @RogersHelps is just replying to individual tweets asking people to DM them? Why not just acknowledge there’s an issue and say you’re working on it?

    @RogersHelps what is going on? Why do I have issues every single month with all my services. I have no internet, no tv and no home phone up in Newmarket. Last thing it was over 12 hours before service was restored. This is absolutely unacceptable. Time ti shop around.

    @Taffyrap @RogersHelps I agree and my favourite part is the link they keep sharing doesn’t lead to the map, and the map in the Rogers app shows outages only for wireless lol. I don’t get why they can’t just post outage in york region for (insert type of devices)
