How about this as a reply from @RogersHelps customer care "I'm sorry you feel that way Jeremy. If there is usage, it would be deemed as a valid and legitimate charge..." What training... to start with "I'm sorry you feel that way"? perhaps un update on training is in needed.

@RogersHelps I was not allowed to cancel a service due to a "promotion" despite it never working. I was told it would be cancelled when the promo period ended. It was not, now your call center is claiming there are no notes on the account and that I owe you $$$ for a service I never received.
