    @RogersHelps My parents have been Rogers customers for decades. Their condo received notices that the service is moving to Ignite. Why is their SIN and passport info needed for a credit check ? Switching to the new service is not optional.

    @Rogers Dear @Rogers, on customer support call 3 hrs fri and now 2 hrs. cust. support ( Fatima, rahim, Vince) all have notes for credits to my account since Oct. notes, and recorded calls cannot be found? might be a training problem. Spoke with Naz tonight, ref number I7915928911,

    This is the THIRD TIME the @Bell team putting in fibre in our neighborhood has cut the @Rogers line. The Foreman should be fired for the sh*tty work and Bell should be fined for bad business practices.

    @anieganjoo @Rogers Same problem they fraudlent activities has been fatched from your account though I have not don such a thing the account suddenly got freezed also they are not verufying my documentary this is really hactic how they cannot verify

    @RogersBiz Were they using Rogers support line instead of MS Teams tech advice? That would explain the slow roll out - weeks on hold.

    @RogersHelps A faulty modem that I have had for almost a year & yet no one in tech support believes this. Very strange. I’ve even worked with multiple tech through this support here, all told me the same, it was the update. Which is why I asked if others on here have the issue.
