    @Rogers hi! I want to make 2 complaints. 1) Your website says your online services hours of operation are Mon-Sat but I've called twice and have received an automated message that it's closed. 2 we cancelled our internet services in Dec but your workers didn't actually cancel it

    @vladdystepdaddy @Sportsnet Thank god I’m not the only one experiencing this, literally been happening FOR MONTHS you’d think the way @Rogers is gouging people for these services they’d fix an issue like game having no sound. Genuinely pathetic excuse of a company.

    @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam
