    @RogersHelps Help me with what? I understand the issue. Nothing can be done from my end to fix this.. Clearly in Rogers hands as my IP is fine. The location my tablet identifies as is clearly marked for blackout, when it shouldn't be. Who can fix that = Rogers. Correct your blackout zones.

    @RogersHelps 1 1/2 hours and I have given up. I asked if it is possible for someone to call me. It is not. So. 1 1/2 hours by phone. 1 1/2 hours by social media. Incredible. My next call is to cancel my service and take advantage of Bell offers for new customers.

    @RogersHelps No luck. I also called customer service earlier and was just told to uninstall the app and start over and they couldn’t help me further. Getting slightly annoyed.

    @RogersHelps Is that not the same log in I use to login on the app? If not then how to do I connect my in app purchases? I think this is causing the issue

    @RogersHelps It has now been one hour and 15 minutes and she now wants my account information. I am sorry but this is really unacceptable and definitely not customer service. @CRTC

    @RogersHelps having some issues with my cable and wifi. All my modems and boxes are lit up but I’m getting no signal from anything.
