    @Rogers phone AI is just plain hanging up on me. What's going on over there guys? Fraud on my account I can't get anyone to deal with so I'm trying to cancel. Agent says, "Too busy, call back later." Comical actually.

    @Rogers your customer service is BS. I have been trying to call for weeks now for something your FAQs and AI can't help with, yet everytime you're experiencing "extremely high call volume" and hang up on me. If you're that busy why don't you HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!

    @NicoletteFuller @Rogers My mom had Telus for a bit had the same sort of issue. Think she went to telus and talked to them about going to the US go visit me, i will ask her and let you know. Her bill wasn't much if anything due to wifi everywhere
