@Rogers Wait times between 1.5hrs to 2.25 hrs , are you insane? you want customers to take a day off to speak to customer service! Trying to reach since couple of days about my service plan dispute. #WrappedinDeadEvent disappointing , unprofessional , unethical , disgusting :-(

@RogersHelps so 2 hours on hold no one answers phone now 45 minutes waiting for chat for a simple thing .......HOW DOES ANYONE COMMUNICATE WITH YOU GUYS??? 2 days late on a bill for myb359 dollars and you communicate...but when need help no one there to help!!!!
