@635bur @RogersHelps @lula76 They will throw a few bucks credit on your accout that doesn’t compensate for travel into the office, lost productivity, or other impacts. This is why we need more diverse service options and the CRTC to work for Canadians instead of be in the pocket of bell/Rogers.

We know you are working hard against very significant damage, but can you provide a timeframe for when, say, customers in Nepean will start seeing service? Right now, having to use precious cell data which will result in considerable data charges.

@RogersHelps is any progress being made getting the Ottawa area back online? Is it due to power grid issues and not to Rogers issues? I work from home, cannot work without internet, and am back to work tomorrow so need to know if I need to make other arrangements.
