  Did you know that your calls get cut with @Rogers support when they go over 5 hours long? Going on 9 hours with @Rogers support over the last 2 days.

  @RogersHelps The estimated time has gone from 2pm to now 5pm. This is very disappointing @Rogers & @RogersHelps. Acknowledging the outage and explaining the local cell tower is overwhelmed does not create confidence in your service.
