CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

AAM (@jrmukadama) reported@Rogers Why isn’t Rogers showing the Leylah Fernandez match from the Rome Open? When a Canadian player is on court, I’d expect Rogers/Sportsnet to televise it. Is that asking too much from a Canadian company? Canadian tennis fans want to support Canadian athletes.

BatmanAndRobert (@MacDoug1) reported@RogersHelps I've tried that. It doesn't work. I was able to get cable using my Bell wifi, but it doesn't register as connected with Rogers service. To the point they "canceled" my service in March, but they still billed me in April. and then billed me this month for "non-returned equipment".

BatmanAndRobert (@MacDoug1) reportedI'm officially done with @rogers. I've had Xfinity cable service for a month out of the last five months. I was a Rogers cable subscriber for the last 16 yrs until my cable box died in Dec. When you order the Xfinity box, they don't tell you that you need their Internet, too. 🙄

Matt DeLuco (@MattDeLuco) reported@Rogers $80 to add an Apple Watch to my plan is beyond unreasonable. Do you incur some cost to add the watch, like some kind of technical licensing to add devices to the network, or are you just gouging customers?
