    @RogersHelps Not "some", not "intermittent" and not "interruption". The entire Rogers cell network in all of GTA seems to be down for 24hrs. Grow some [🏐🏐] and face the public with clear and honest message

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps That’s nice Jorge but what are you doing about it for those of us that have down ALL day??? Also, when you start issuing credits, keep a small portion to buy a thesaurus... this is the furthest thing from intermittent...

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps From the article. “We have identified the root cause of the service issues and pinpointed a recent Ericsson software update that affected a piece of equipment in the central part of our wireless network” and you had no fallback/failover plan for this? are you kidding us?
