@RogersHelps Attempt 4 to cancel and recover the charge for my old internet account which was moved to new Rogers Ignite account on Feb 8th ended with no success. Spoke with customer rep who took my data and transferred me to “the proper” department where I was on hold for 30min.. Brutal..

@RogersHelps As if the issue I previously mentioned didn't lead to a 24h outage, and 8h outage the following day, your internet has been intermittent today!! Please send a technician ASAP, it hasn't been even a month of contract and we're having a nightmare with your service 👎👎

@RogersHelps @RogersBiz @tonystaffieri We cancelled Rogers in December and are STILL WAITING FOR OUR CREDIT! You expect payments from your customers why can't you issue credits at an appropriate time. 2.5 to 3 hour wait times to get to an associate is terrible service.
