@RogersHelps @alexand36802662 Was it too much trouble to mention in your press release about outage credits that they won't appear until your statement dated after Aug 1st ? It's A KEY PIECE OF INFORMATION ! That would have been much easier than answering the same question a million times in twitter.

@RogersHelps still waiting on all my credits. Rogers still owes@me a week of service from the Ottawa blackout back in June when all my services went out including cell. And I haven’t received my credit for the national outage - Rogers stated it would be on the next bill. Its not.

@Bell No denying you have been a superior service the oat few years... but just wondering if you had considered offering some relief (free data) for July 8th. Many of us relied on our Bell cellphones for work etc while our @Rogers accounts were down @Bell_Support #rogersoutage

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Call and cancel their service. They'll call you three times a day for two weeks like a psycho ex begging you to come back. Asking you why you left.

Hey @Rogers how many days has it been since the outage?? Curious how much longer of a wait b4 services act properly again?? Being overly billed for crumbling services gets old fast!
