    @Rogers @RogersHelps I bought my new phone with rogers almost 6 months ago and at that time I was promised to give around 300 dollars of credit. It’s been more than 6 months but I didn’t get my credit yet.whenever i call customer service they promise me that I will get it soon.

    @Rogers Not only did it take 4 hours to upgrade my plan. It wasn’t even done right. Now on hold trying to fix the mistake. Guess how long I’ve been on for!? 2 hrs and counting, been transfered 4x and my call was also dropped once..so far #rogerscustomerservicesucks #doyouevencare
