@thevivafrei @Rogers The barrier to new entrants in telecommunications is infrastructure. The failure of Rogers was a lack of redundancy, and negotiated exclusivity from its competitors. Nationalize the infrastructure, lease it back to new and old, and let them compete on customer service and price.

@offTopicSimon @vote4robgill @Rogers That not what I'm suggesting. You contracted for a service and when that service became unavailable, are being given a pro-rata amount as compensation. That is justifiable. To suggest that the service is worth more, works both ways.

@theJagmeetSingh I call on you to ask the government to began an urgent public inquiry into @Rogers .. they have too much power … their merger with Shaw must be stopped and perhaps Rogers should be broken up into companies that are a manageable size

@AboutRogers @Rogers After 20yrs with Rogers, I am furious with your generic letter addressing only a credit for Friday. Provide credits for those without service on Saturday & those with ongoing issues. Rogers knows when service resumed. No one has 3hrs to wait on a agent. Do better!
