@RogersHelps FYI it's been 6 hours we don't have internet and is not only Richmond Hill, is most of the York area. I have to work people. At least give an estimate of how long is it gonna take to fix it.

@RogersHelps - service interruption. Again. Many people rely on their internet provider to, well, provide service. Not @Rogers apparently. Look forward to an explanation. And compensation.

@RogersHelps cable issues in Saint John NB. Picture keeps freezing and audio cutting out every couple of minutes. Been happened at least 2 days. Appears to be any channel. Also appears to be a widespread issue with other customers.
