I wouldn’t be as mad if they were honest when giving out information regarding the outage. What kind of compensation is Rogers going to give to ALL the customers affected by this?

@Rogers @RogersHelps Why it won't because there Agents are telling people that they can stay on call or chat for whole day. I had the job offer which i expecting the call from and i was waiting to get this job so bad as could have helped in my studies and future. Now, Rogers put me in entire dark.
