    @FidoSolutions How is a simple compensation suppose to help us? This is not the first time it happened on a “maintenance upgrade”. Same excuse was used last year when @rogers had another outtage. Seems like the excuse is to simply sweep it under the rug. If that is the problem, hire better ppl.

    @RogersHelps Are you going to credit me for the lost sales, productivity, and profitability for my small business as well? This is the second outage in 2 years where you botched an "update" - this one cost my business about $350. Looking forward to that level of credit on my next bill. Thx.

    @RogersHelps I called was told 1 day credit, but was asked about my bill payment lol I was out till Sunday and no TV last night! I was told talk to customer service about the other days, so you are tweeting lies. And on transfer hung up on again! Buh bye, going to bell

    Last weeks @Rogers outage was saved by @SpaceX Starlink, but @Ubiquiti dropped the ball as their UDM pro still only supports failover and NOT load balancing when using two ISPs. This was a launch feature, get on it!

    @Bell issued a long winded statement today about how much they are spending blah blah blah on tech. The problem with @Rogers and Bell is not that they don't know how to spend money. They just are incompetent and don't have proper disaster recovery plans.
