@RogersHelps 1hr 40min, this is not normal. Terrible customer service.

  • Scissorb0i
    Christopher Castle (@Scissorb0i) reported

@Rogers seems to be having trouble doing something called “providing the service people are paying for”. For several days the audio has cut out from programs, commercials show up randomly while the program’s audio continues to run, and the program’s runtime becomes fractured.

@RogersHelps we’ve been without internet for a whole day. I’ve been trying to get in Touch with a customer representative but I’ve been out on hold for an entire hour. This is unacceptable. Since our townhouse is on a bulk service we’ve been asked to contact 1-855-759-5856

@REWoman @Rogers make sure you have their app set up or they won't help you

  • ASuszko

@RogersHelps Trying to add a plan and esim for a standalone BYOD watch. Which can only be done from support and not through the phone app.

@RogersHelps my home internet keeps going out at least once a week and no one can tell me what the issue is! Chats aren’t responsive. Can someone please help?

@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for more than a decade. My family, co-workers and friends who are all on your network have all noticed the same thing. Your service sucks badly right now. Across the board for weeks now. It’s shameful you won’t tell anyone what’s going on.

  • DidomizioRocco

@Rogers is the most incompetent and unprofessional service imaginable. Nobody returns calls, can’t get a live agent and they cut you off instead of offering a call back option. There’s the gratitude for being a loyal customer since 1974.

@RogersHelps No "special technical thing for the disabled" can FIX Alex's brain. Alex also then added "You NEED to work WITH us"! What a JERK! He has NO CALL BACK NUMBER, and expects disabled people to wait ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR just to say "Yes that's OK". Abusive!

@canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng OMG they don't care. I tell them it's illegal to call me and to loose my number, but they never do. lol
