    @RogersHelps Nope 👎 horrible service. Called last month to just cancel ignite TV and keep ignite internet and someone at Rogers decide to remove all devices from my account after I just paid my bill for the next billing cycle today. Could not get through to the ignite dept

    @RogersHelps service outage for several units since your upgrades on site yesterday at 77 Maitland Place Toronto. Any idea when you’ll be back to fix it since you broke it? No issues until your techs came to “improve service with upgrades”

    @Rogers LOVE that your customer support has no callback option, takes an hour on hold to get through, AND hangs up on me when I do before I can speak to anyone. Great system. Shows you really care about our issues.

    @Rogers You realize the live chat is useless and the billing support line does not give an option yo speak to an agent, very poor service, I want a callback not wait an hour

    @RogersHelps I would have thought as well but the customer service rep told me Saturday at 8 am was the soonest… pretty ****** for something I didn’t cancel.
