@Rogers so I have been on hold for over an hour, first with someone who didn’t want to help me & then retention. Apparently your back end system has a problem with my account & I have to wait 24 hours for you to fix it. I am NOT OK with this. I need help. DM me please.

@RogersHelps #rogersdoesnothelp no credit for lack of service because I did not call to report the outage. Seriously something wrong with this.

For years my wife has called to put my Portuguese speaking in-laws @RogersHelps account on hold while they’re in Portugal. Now all of a sudden they won’t allow her to because she’s not the account holder and are forcing them to pay full price for a service they are not using

@Rogers Just want you to know I did get ahold of a customer support tech fellow. He was terrific. Fixed the problem. He was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks.

Let’s start to keep track on how @The_Vianet poor customer service is on an hourly basis. @rogers and @bell - would you leave a customer without internet for over 48 hrs and refuse to send a service rep out on the weekend?

  • kblmumof4 KblMumOfFour (@kblmumof4) reported

Here we go again @Rogers After THIRTY ONE YEARS OF BEING LOYAL BILL PAYING (ON TIME AND IN FULL) CUSTOMERS we cancel because it was TOO HIGH. We paid our last bill. I can't help if you guys can't get your act together. Get people who know how to do their job to do their job!!!!

@Rogers Why? To be put on hold for 3 hours for something they already know? They have configured automated alerts to receive notices when service is down. What are you going to do other than waste my time. I’m just exposing how horrible and unreliable your internet service is. #Rogers

@vichevska @RogersHelps I am having the issue now. You still having it ?

  • Julien_Lavigne1 Julien Lavigne (@Julien_Lavigne1) reported

@RogersHelps @FidoSolutions Why is the same phone/plan option between #Rogers and #Fido a difference of $10/mo? You're the same company. What kind of service difference should I expect with the cheaper option?
