    Why does @Rogers always do maintenance and take services down during business hours? Couldn't the work be done overnight? They cut service and restore it when they want without a lick of thought about their customer.

    @RogersHelps Internet has been slow for the past 3 days, and now it stoped working altogether. I haven’t had internet for more than 15 hours now. What is going on with Toronto’s Internet? Rogers doesn’t seem like Canada’s most reliable network.
