@RogersHelps Same answer as usual but sorry, the problem has been existing for Years (yes years). And we changed the PVR box a few times, after moving locations. Admit it Rogers, your PVR recording is a completely unreliable technology. Your manufacturer must know it too.

I had to call a few times this weekend and after some long holds and a few hang ups, I finally canceled my cell service with @rogers. Never again.

@RogersHelps Sorry I didn't respond, twitter didn't notify me. I pulled the power on the boxes. Also very slow to respond to button presses on the remote at the time. I think the box reset itself about 2 or 3 hours later and things were working again.
