Anyone else having issues (as in ZERO service) with their @Rogers internet & cable? Ours has been out since early this morning. They’ve acknowledged the issue, but no timeline on when it’ll be resolved *said the girl using all of the data on her phone

@RogersHelps Sure, that's fair. I'll contact my relatives and reach out tomorrow to handle this situation. Great to know that in-store returns are not being done... but your customer service rep told us that we couldn't cancel the service without an in-store return, so.....

I've been trying for two months to help my deaf relatives to cancel their service from @rogers. I'm going to try again tomorrow. @rogers sold them an internet phone line. Tried phone, chat and in-store. Do better, @rogers.

@RogersHelps Many thanks for your response, pretty sure my account info is not going to help as this appears to be a major outage for many customers, but will try to find time to send details later, after I have finished running all my meetings over my @RogersMobileCa 3G data allowance.

@Rogers your company refuses to fix our internet problems. It is now to the point that my roommates and I are considering moving out of our area. Thanks idiots
