    @RogersHelps Is there a known internet issue in Toronto right now? My WiFi has been spotty throughout the morning but looks to be completely down right now.

    @RogersHelps Every night around 12:30 - 1:30am, my internet stalls. It will burp bits of activity every 5 min or so for about 30 - 60 min then recovers. It started in December. Is something going on? I've done the old unplug replug modem, shut down restart devices.
