@Rogers @RogersHelps internet went down. Called Rogers. Guy told me my system was old despite being most expensive you offer. Tv down. Only way to get help was to buy new packages AND technician visit $250?!- 20 minutes later everything works? Feels like we got conned. V. Bad

@RogersHelps I have lost so many hours of my life on phone with your customer service opting out of Roam like Home, having it “confirmed” and then being charged for Roam like Home when I travel. EVERY TRIP this happens. Solve this once and for all or I’m out forever, period.

@FlyYYC @RogersHelps Rogers service/reception at YYCis absolutely atrocious. 1 bar of LTE in 2022 while paying hundreds of dollars for service.

Once again @rogers tv not working in the Don Mills area again. Called to complain and “they’re working on it”. Told the guy you’ve been working on it since Oct 20! Asked for compensation, and surprise, request denied
