@GunGnome @Rogers I have virtually no issues with starlink unless a bear knocks my dish over or a horse stomps my fibre optic cable really good or the only happened once time that i ran over fibre optic cable with a snowblower.

@RogersHelps Like I said there was an issue last month and now there is an issue this month. I am trying to call you guys and you guys never answer the phone so now I am waiting in a live chat queue. It is not my responsibility to contact you guys every month to fix this. I am extremely mad

@Bell @telus @Rogers please explain why you scam Canadians while we get the same service or better in the UK for cheap?

@RogersHelps No other cell service goes down as much as Rogers’. I have no doubt the techs are doing all they can. But the higher ups need to prevent this from happening in the first place.

I don't know why @rogers is so terrible here in northern Alberta. At least once a week, my internet and phone will both become effectively unusable in spite of having strong 5G signal on both devices. I can make this post but it'll take several minutes, and I can't even watch TV.

@GunGnome @Rogers Because what are you, the customer, going to do about it, switch to Bell or Telus 🤑🤑🤑 They got us good

@RogersHelps I have tried speaking to a live person for last two days. I can't stay on hold for 40 mins at a time. They don't go over my concerns properly. I am filing complaint with CCTS about this illegal charge on my bill. I suggest you have them call me directly.

Hey @Rogers, how the hell are we your customers supposed to know when to call you if your stupid system only says "during our regular hours Monday to Saturday" but never once says what your "regular hours" are? Do better!

  • MikeDelpieroX
    Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported

@TFCin110 @Rogers @RogersHelps Not necessarily by phone. Rogers has to work with you and respond to CCTS within 20 days. Document every failed attempt to get help—it’s evidence. In short: CCTS is free for you, but Rogers pays $ for each accepted complaint. So there’s definitely an incentive to resolve it ASAP
