@RogersHelps @Rogers I have tried all means to explain the challenges of upfront edge amount when my Iphone was lost 5 months into contract and I never got replacement device for my Iphone. I paid the third party 200 dollars for a petty phone. Now you have charged me 440, unreal.

In my saga with @Rogers cable tv, I complained about intermittent reception to a help line. They sent a new cable box by Purolator. Astonishingly, the new box did not work either, so I requested a technician visit my home. 1/2

@RogersHelps Why is it so easy to subscribe to a new ignite channel, right from the remote in fact... but in order to cancel one you need to chat to a representative and wait forever online or on hold?

Such a mental trauma my wife is going through talking to @Rogers @RogersHelps . She has been trying to get a phone from last 30 days and every other agent lying. She is with them from 5 years now. Pathetic company and worst support faced ever. @RogersBiz

Wow @RogersHelps you guys are all-in on illegal billing! Repeatedly telling me my plan now costs $ X then sending me confirmations for more expensive things and different plans that were never discussed or agreed! 7 hours and 4 calls later, still not resolved.

So glad I’m done with @Rogers, highly recommend NOT going to them if they offer cheap deals, you get cheap service and they just scammed me out of couple hundred (330$) because I said I was leaving.
