@RogersHelps internet is still down in Marham. The mobile data is not stable. It's super slow even when it has data. Nothing is still working properly. I dont understand how your CEO claimed services has been restored. Clearly, this is not the case.

@rogers The saga that is Rogers continues. Reached out to get technical help as I cannot get my one-time passwords when I try to log in to Amazon as they are supposed to get texted to my phone. Roger support indicated I'm not the only one saying this and they are looking (1/3)

It’s now absolutely clear that the #RogersOutage is not fixed at all, and that @Rogers and @RogersHelps are not being honest. Day 3 of no internet or cable service, three hour hold times for support, and no updates or explanations. Their billing operation is fine. #internetdown

@RogersHelps I find it difficult to believe the accuracy of the above. I am in Richmond Hill Ontario. No service. The hold time at customer service is over three hours. At 7AM on a Sunday morning. Anna won’t take texts. Can’t deal with the volume. #rogersoutage “Vast Majority”I doubt it
