    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps I’m at the 40 hour mark and no service. Things came back on for about 20 minutes but have gone back down. My modem is “connected” but doesn’t have an IP address so nothing actually works. Help?

    @AboutRogers You might want to let customers know that they may be in a new outage area if they haven’t had their services restored. I just waited for over an hour to chat with a rep to tell me that I’m (unfortunately) in a new outage area. Great… @RogersHelps

    @AboutRogers Yeah Tony the problem isn't that you and @Rogers ****** up, it's that when you **** up half the country needs to suffer. The only way you can earn back any trust is to break up the goddamn conglomerate, where complacency and ineptitude has been growing cancerously.

    @RogersHelps Cannot log into my email since the outage. Need reset to access tickets for July 10 in my account. Security question reset option is not working. Cannot chat to a representative and over 90 minutes on hold for internet tech support. Can you help with best # to call
