@Rogers @Rogers this is a problem with your customer service department. It took me so long to get to the “right” department it closed & now I have wasted an entire evening listening to the same like 5 songs on repeat and the empty promise that a live agent will help me.

@RogersHelps what terrible service......quick to sell something but can't support it. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Full outage and support tells me I am the only one having problems, the area is fine. Will send the first available tech in 4 days! what a joke

@Rogers It's been 3 months of constant intermittent issues with my Business Internet services. I've called in many times over that period and each time the issue is not resolved. The latest ticket is C162787700 which has been open since Jan 19th with no resolution. Please help!😩
