@RogersHelps @Rogers Uhm phone lines, data and wifi is all down in North Dumfries. Seems like a lot of other people have the same issue so who exactly is this “vast majority” of your customers who have their services back

  • Megman17 MegMan (@Megman17) reported

@BNNBloomberg @Rogers need to be sued by all corporations and businesses that incurred losses during this outage. They need to be held accountable.

  • DoeCanada Jane Doe (@DoeCanada) reported

@RogersHelps Who is the majority? Our network is still down. I have lost 2 days of wages. Transparency is needed. This is absolute horse 💩

  • elontruckbot Slava Ukraini! ⚾️✡️🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@elontruckbot) reported

@RogersHelps How you gonna make me whole? I’m not even a rogers customer and I couldn’t use any of my debit or credit cards yesterday. I specifically avoid being a customer of yours and I still get screwed by you. Crown Corp now!

  • Dianora_1 Diane Bruce (@Dianora_1) reported

@yegDavid @Rogers Yes of course. Not as bad as when the Florida ISP tried to route the world of course but bad. Still the idea of allowing roaming on other networks during exceptional circumstances is not a bad one.

  • mimico1958 Larry O'Callaghan (@mimico1958) reported

Come on @RogersHelps fix your TV ignite service. Freezing all the time since you got back up from your disaster yesterday that ruined my whole day.

  • Many_a_tweet Jackson Presley (@Many_a_tweet) reported

@RogersHelps Are you planning on crediting the business that people lost that rely on your phone service too or are we just going to forget about that?

  • CassMReese Cassandra (@CassMReese) reported

What ********, Rogers? Get it together already. Piss poor effort. @RogersHelps

  • momknows1 Allison Solomon (@momknows1) reported

@RogersHelps @jbrommet Can you please let us know what is happening with Rogers yahoo mail. It’s down. At least let us know what is happening and respond to your help desk dm. After yesterday debacle you need to step up your customer service

  • PlantagenetJohn John T Plantagenet (@PlantagenetJohn) reported

@Rogers @Chuckn69Norris Do you think this has something to do with canceling the Chinese 5g network as they threatened serious consequences to Canada for backing out? This seams like what the Chinese would do since they are famous for cyberattacks and also revenge for canceling 5g communication network
