@RogersHelps hey there! I was under the impression that you’ll credit for the outage days at the least. You promised 5 days credit but looks like we’ve got none in this bill cycle. None for home and wireless whatsoever. Any heads-up?

So, I appreciate this, @RogersHelps I receive my bill today for the cycle during the outage and to my (not actual) shock, there’s no credit. 🧐 Wasn’t it suppose to be automatic so that I didn’t have to call?? @RogersBiz #rogersoutage

2. Did anyone on council seek credible modal-split data on how fans get to #BlueJays games and whether bad weekend GO service is a bigger factor? Our learned friend in the mayor's office should be able to distinguish between actual evidence and anecdotes from a @Rogers executive.
