@RogersHelps You need to review your processes. You booked a service call for me that took place at 4 pm today & the tech confirmed my modem was dead & replaced it, fixing my issue. 2 hrs later you texted to say issue was part of larger problem & you were canceling my service appt. 😒

@RogersHelps The best way to help is to end the deliberate policy of transferring clients countless times, long holds, refusal to give a call back with answers. I was on the phone over three hours before I hung up on #Rogers. Let's keep this public to show Rogers cares.

@Rogers Rogers “win me back” scams: Rogers commit to ship the device and activate the SIM card in 1-2 weeks. After providing personal information including completion of a credit check, deal went through. After months of waiting, order cancelled and never fulfilled by Rogers.
