Other examples specific to me: My previous home had substandard internet for 8 of the 10 years I lived there. It took 8 long years with @Rogers for them to finally acknowledge the problem and fix anything.

So @RogersHelps... am I getting a break on my bill since there has been no service all day? If you were as quick to repair your network as you are to harass costumers for 1 day behind their bill, this problem would be resolved by now
