    Spent 2 hours on hold with @RogersBiz @RogersHelps, which is a good chunk of my Saturday evening. Beyond disappointed by the lack of service provided. I understand agents are busy.... but to be told all I can do is wait and then be disconnected. Absolutely ridiculous.

    @RogersBiz I’ve been on hold, waiting to speak to an agent for 55+!minutes (and counting). this will be the 7th agent I have spoken/transferred to. spoke to 1st agent almost 2 hours ago. Any help would be more than appreciated. 🆘

    @Rogers I have been waiting to speak to a representative from your wireless department for 3 business days now. My account is past due now and have no way of getting help from your company. Is this how @Rogers treats its most loyal customers?
