@CBCToronto 16 hours is not intermittent. I'd be interested to know how many people end up in hospital or worse because they're victims of domestic violence due to @Rogers inability to correct their problem.

@RogersHelps @Rogers As a business owner and a consumer I am extremely disappointed. Why are we paying for services we can't use. This is just outright terrible. I hope that there's something you can do for the public to atleast compensate for this. Damn..
