    @CheriDiNovo @Rogers We are also all Rogers services customers. I had to drive to parents home who are in the 90's because I was concerned. Their home phone is Rogers. This was not a good situation and I asked their neighbour who had Bell for help ensuring they had some phone service.

    @RogersHelps Rogers to be punished badly. Their version of communication with customers are not acceptable. I hope people should learn lesson from this issue and quit the company asap.

    @Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps Tell that to the person who couldn’t get through to 911. Also 1/30 is not the service that was lost. That’s the pro-rated amount of the service that was paid for. Big difference.

    @WSIB_Paralegal @RogersHelps Like last time, they will divide your bill by 30 days and get that amount as a credit. Not nearly enough in my opinion.. so much more than wifi & cable we’re affected by the outage! Ugh!

    @RogersHelps Now here is something funny. I had someone soliciting from Rogers at my door at supper time yesterday. (I’m a Bell customer). I told them they picked a bad day to solicit and sent them on their way.

    Who’s planning to hold @Rogers @INTERAC accountable for shutting down a country and uprooting peoples lives! Some can’t call out 911 or buy food !!! How don’t these giants have backup ?! Are we living in 3rd world countries? @JustinTrudeau no statement yet?
