Hey, @Rogers it cost me more than your measly $3.80 in gas trying to find a hot spot to message my ex that the internet was down and he couldn't reach me to pick up his car !! So much for all the things I couldn't get done without cash BTW !! Another slap in the face !!

When I was in living in US and T-Mobile had a 4 hours outage in Aug 2013, I got a whole month free for that. $70 uSD probably. @Rogers broke 911, some ATMs, and Interact for two days and they just credit for two days and that's okay?! That's non sense. Class action lawsuits!!!

@globalnewsto @Mirandanthistle 15 hours? My @Rogers was out from 4:46am Friday until 10:00am Sunday, 2 full days. Even tonight the Rogers cable went down for the entire Canada Womens Football match. So 15 hours is an understatement by a long shot.

@RogersHelps My husband can't receive his calls since Friday. It's been 4 days! Is this third world country or what?!? You are the worst company ever! I would never ever change my service for yours! You can't restore service but you can charge pretty well!

@AboutRogers @Rogers It is not enough to put things as they should have been in the first place. In other words, damn right we should be credited for the days of lost service… but that is not enough. Why do businesses think that we should be pleased that we not get charged for service not rendered?
