@Bell One of the worst customer service experiences with Bell representative. The agent (Ismail, 25955) had not a slight courtesy to turn down his TV volume while he spoke with me despite knowing I couldn't hear a word. I guess he didn't care because I decided to move to @Rogers

@RogersHelps I think you misunderstood. I’m trying to find a more affordable plan with a different company that doesn’t have as much cringe worthy issues that not only affect me but many others (like, oh I don’t know, that outage that enraged many Canadians!)

@RogersHelps So fix the cable tv and internet outage in Ottawa already. Postal code KIV. Have called it in but little confidence in Rogers, having had bad experiences with techs diagnosing a problem in the past.
