@Rogers That statement would be valid if it wasn’t severely flawed. Services and experiences are not better, don’t deliver more value and instead are much worse. We are definitely overpaying for the value and services. Communication services are poor and Rogers players are paid too much

@RogersHelps my wifi has been down all day and every time I try to call to get in contact I get hung up on. People on our street wifi is working except ours.

So now im ONE FULL YEAR of paying 20$ a month more to be covered, and i still have no idea if my phone is actually covered or not because your reps cant keep a story straight. @RogersHelps @Brightstar so tell me... wtf is happening?
