Not a good time for the TV and Internet to go down at my house. I mean there's no big sporting events going on this afternoon. I clearly don't pay enough for quality service. @Rogers #BillsMafia #BlueJays

@KkfromAB @Rogers When I lived out West I switched from Rogers to Bell because they had better coverage and customer service. Although, they are a little more more expensive.

@RDeckard_2049 @KkfromAB @Rogers Oh ok; good to know. I seem to recall, about 10 years ago, hearing that Bell used Telus' network, but that may have been incorrect. Lucky regularly promotes deals for Bell, so the "joint at the hip" with them is obvious.

@Rogers more than 9 hours without service is disappointing. Having issues in the area is always your answer. I have been with you only for less than two weeks and feel that this was not the best decision. How long this will take to get a repair?

@KkfromAB @Rogers I'm with Lucky mobile. Decent rates, and I've not had issues with coverage. I believe they're on the same network as Bell (whom I believe is on the same network as Telus).

@RogersHelps, I was convinced to upgrade my old ignite to new ignite(more $), because free pods would fix my wifi issues. Tech & Sales told me pods are free, Support says $5/mth! Only thing saving you is @Bell_Support can't figure out how to get fibre from street to my door. 🤦

@KkfromAB @Rogers I've been with telus since my first bag cell phone in 99. There's been times they've pissed me off but it's mostly do to banking issues and the banks not transferring money fast enough. A few friends switched to shaw but ended up switching back to telus do to ****** service.

Just switched to ignite tv b/c of anyplace going away and the web player is quite garbage. The stream is jittery, anyplace tv was better. Anybody else with this issue? @Rogers #ignitetv #rogersignite
