NickL (@nickl007) reportedIf the power is out, no wifi obvs, why are my data/5G and LTE feeds not working or updating? Why can i use the internet like normal all of a sudden just when i need it? @rogershelps @rogers This post may not even go as its not showing me much.

Stuart (@BlueAndWhiteGuy) reported@Rogers Someone from Rogers Loyalty Department had better call me immediately on my cell that you have in your system immediately or I will go on a social media blitz to let anyone and everyone know what horrific customer service I have received from Rogers.
-
Dave Turnbull (@TurnbullDave) reported@RogersHelps That’s the problem, outage was never listed on your website even though my app said there was an outage in my area. You guys need to do a better job of communicating - can’t direct people to a website that doesn’t offer any insight.
-
HockeyBusiness (@HockeyBusiness) reported@RogersHelps No. It took me four callbacks to finally get to a live agent to resolve a complicated issue, this after I tried the above and was met with dead air from your AI Assistant. Considering all the money we pay you, this is all completely unacceptable!
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@stitchlady @Rogers I would if I could. It is at their end. Their system needs to re-provision my wifi. I reset my network settings (just because their 'AI bot Anna' asked me). Then Anna told me that I need to call them. Called them about 4 different times and waited each time between 90-120 minutes

Karl Zenith Nieva (@TheKarltopia) reported@RogersHelps In the future??? @TELUS has had this for over a decade I believe. Nice way to lose a customer

-
David "Stargate Genius Leader" Hewlett (@dhewlett) reportedNot if you've got the wrong address as we've been trying to explain to your tech support...end day back on hold waiting for you, @Rogers!
