@RogersHelps What’s sad is that youre putting out commercials of your commitment to improving. And it’s worse!! Corrupt liars!Countless hours on the phone, hours with techs and no still no cable! Customers should not have to work and beg for a service they’re paying for. IM DONE!!😡🤬

@theJagmeetSingh Internet is also big headache. @Bell @Rogers charge ridiculous fees, their services are bad, compared to G7 countries which offer a lot cheaper. Internet is lifeline now. My condo only allow us to have either Bell or Rogers. No choice. Not fair and they don’t offer us good deal.

@RogersHelps we have lost 90% of our channels due to a damaged cable. Every time we have an appointment to have someone come out to fix it about an hour before we get a text message that the appointment is canceled. We have made several appointments and all are canceled.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS MyTelus is down, customer service lines are clogged (2 hrs on hold) AND you email us to say you will be charging your customers credit card fees???!!! 😡 Sorry to say but a move to @Rogers is now a must #telus #badcustomerservice

@RogersHelps not loving that you’re charging me $10 to transfer an eSIM to my new phone. Feels like an unnecessary fee considering I’m a customer in good standing. Good for your bottom line I guess.

I HATE @rogers !! I will never, ever use them again or recommend them! They don’t value their customers or their time. They put me through hell today. Not the first time either!They had me in tears! Five hours and zero satisfaction. I AM SOOO DONE WITH THESE INEPT CLOWNS!!!🙄😡🤬

@RogersHelps #internet are there sporadic outages in Scarborough? Internet has been dropping very consistently, for this past week. Router re-boot via IP and cold boots don't seem to help.
