@Rogers the way you treat customers having financial hardships is absolutely disgusting. Covid has certainly opened my eyes to that. We've been trying to catchup for a few months now, getting there slowly but surely. Rogers answer? Cut the internet without warning.

@PeteDeCourcy @Rogers Teksavvy's customer service is pretty great and they use Rogers' lines. Pretty sure they're cheaper too.

@RogersHelps good day, I'm from Holland (Europe) and I have an NHL live subscription but it doesn't work the whole matches can't be seen with the NHL ios app because if you want to watch it the NHL app asks if I want to install the ESPN app but then it works not yet !

@Rogers Thx - someone came on after 45 Mins . It’s not unreasonable to be on hold for a bit but 45 min exhibits very poor customer service .

@RogersHelps loads of issues with signal dropping this morning. Started yesterday. Can't get my work done! Are there network outages today? What gives?! I've restarted/rebooted my router/modem...still the same. Frustrated.
