Day 4 without home internet service. This is unacceptable @Rogers AND no communication of where there are outages and when this will be resolved

@CP24 Thanks for your report @CP24. Ignite has had issues since the outage but it has now been down all across Southern Ontario for the last 3-4 hours. This looks more like a new widespread Ignite Outage or crash and not the small intermittent challenge that @rogers is referencing.

@Rogers how many times do we have to reboot the modem so our TV isn't glitchy? 4 times a day since Saturday night hasn't helped. BTW a rebate on 2 days of billing isn't going to cut it. We've had nothing but trouble since your network went down. #DoBetter #Competition #NotEnough

@Rogers still having issues with my Rogers ignite here in St. John’s. Can’t fast forward, can’t change channels, can’t do anything. Can you fix this problem?

@PatSaitoWard9 @Rogers Ignite TV is also periodically spotty for me after the outage on Friday. Either I get black screens or cutting out sound. This is affecting everyone I've spoken to so you're definitely not alone.

@RogersHelps I appreciate that my landline & internet are working again. However, watching IgniteTV is still pretty frustrating as either video or audio still drop constantly - or simply fail altogether. I've restarted & refreshed our cable box tonight, so I guess it's still you @Rogers.

Hey @Rogers , because of the power outage, I missed an online class and had a potential medical emergency. And you have the guts to still charge us more than 100$/month if we can't have a reliable network?!

@RogersHelps Just lost a whole bunch of channels I only got back at dinnertime on Sunday -- nearly 3 full days of limited digital cable. What gives?? Fix this! North York.

Three days after @Rogers outage and still TV signal is patchy, freezes frequently, and no live rewind. Since when did they replace cable broadcast with a lousy zoom meeting? @TorontoStar @CanadianPress

Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps you forced Ignite on me and since #rogersoutrage it hasn’t been working. What’s the ETA on getting service back?
