    I feel like unless you are buying a new product from @Bell or @RogersBiz they purposely put you on hold in hopes you hang up and they don’t have to deal with your issue.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers @CWTAwireless Seniors who want to get #IgniteTv have to connect the box & wires from inside their home The Rogers cable guy won’t go inside home to connect & tell the customer inside what wires etc to connect So if your old & non-techie forget it These cable reps get paid the same 🤬🙏🏼

    Hey @CRTCeng how do we feel about @RogersHelps selling “unlimited” wireless data plans that throttle down to virtually nothing after 10 GB until you pay for their upsell “speed pass”? Seems suspiciously like a LIMIT to me...

    @RogersHelps billing issues and support issues. 2 hours a day never get through 3 weeks. Chat or phone you're on your own. Stop making excuses and let's get back to customer service ! Totally ridiculous
