Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • dewolfe001 Shawn DeWolfe - Cascadian (@dewolfe001) reported

@RogersHelps "Intermittent service interruption" is dishonest. It's continuous. Is there any truth to the claims that a security exploit has caused this outage?

  • mitchmtoronto Mitchell (@mitchmtoronto) reported

@RogersHelps Crazy 17 hours later - no explanation nor any eta on resolution. Even a broad range would help me know when to pivot to another solution - we are remote so rely entirely on Rogers wireless services, we run a business out of our home. 4 students, 2 execs wfh - all down!

  • anniieang Annie (@anniieang) reported

@giftyminhas @Rogers @Fidomobile It’s the whole morning and until now still no signal

  • patschurman Miss Chloe (@patschurman) reported

@dapg2 @Chilli_Momma @RogersHelps Not possible. No service means no service.

  • tripat171 AT (@tripat171) reported

    Fix this @Rogers

  • sunny_rahon sunny singh (@sunny_rahon) reported

@JP03796065 @RogersHelps @Rogers 9? Not really... Its not working since 2am last night.. so almost 16 hours now

  • TweetsBy_Aadi Aditya Malhotra (@TweetsBy_Aadi) reported

So I upgraded from @FreedomMobile to @Rogers which costs me $30 more just for better network and its been a day since there is no network????? Shame.

  • pdoebz Patrick Dobmeier (@pdoebz) reported

@RogersHelps Can we get an update? It’s been 4 hours since the last one. I have not had cell service all day

  • vermie22 Will Vermunt (@vermie22) reported

@peter101s @rohan__singh1 @RogersHelps Wifi is not internet. It just a wireless network in your home/office. You still need a separate internet provider. For me the only internet provider available in rural south western Ontario is Rogers mobile internet. Guess what isn’t working right now.

  • AndyStepaniuk Andy (@AndyStepaniuk) reported

Sure hope I didn't get the call for my vaccination today because thanks to @Rogers I've not had any cell service all day. It would be great if Canadian consumers had more than 3 telecom companies to choose from. #rogersoutage #rogersdown #BreakUpTheMonopoly
