Karl (@KennedyKreep) reported@RogersHelps So let me get this straight? You’re telling me to pay the exorbitant fees until a better fee comes along? If it ever does?? yet if I cancel, come back say a year later I can save big-time money? What kind of retention is that?

Caitlin (@cwiltzy) reported.@Rogers really sent me an email saying that my bill is going up $5 so I can “continue to support Rogers investments and 5G” like I somehow owe them an extra $5 monthly contribution?! My contribution is MY MONTHLY BILL?!

Georgiana Balanica (@GeorgianaB83826) reportedHey @Rogers you need to do a much better job at dealing with your customers! I’ve been waiting for more than 15 minutes today to be transferred to talk to a supervisor after dealing with a customer service representative for more than 30 minutes that couldn’t understand my request for a service upgrade! You can’t put customers on hold for that long without resolution so I had to drop the call! Train your employees and train them how to properly help customers meet their needs! I know I’ve been working in this industry for over 15 years! I’ve started in customer service however it’s not what it used to be! Now it seems you want to get rid of customers as fast as possible instead of helping them and ensuring they remain loyal to your business!

I'm Big Ern (@MisterMcCracken) reported@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers You know everyone has done this when players get traded for DECADES! There's still time to take this tweet down.

Not Jesperi (@cakeeater74) reported@FierySharky @Rogers @Sportsnet He sucks at his job he evaluates goaltenders like it’s still the 90s
-
CanadaSam53 (@canadasam53) reported@RogersHelps It took over an hour at 10 pm to get help it’s normally 25-30 minutes
-
Dimitri (@dimitrigeorga) reportedAbsolutely the worst customer service experience @Rogers For what we pay you in Canada it’s ridiculous. As much as you’d like to get rid of paying people your AI “agents” are terrible. Your customer service was awful years ago and it’s gotten even worse.
-
Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reportedAt, that's it. Have been online either through dial-up @1200 bps through 100 Mbps, giving up on a home connection. @Rogers won't replace the line they say needs replacing and they run so much interference, Teksavvy doesn't even work. Off to cancel @rogers cell.

Ryan Hibbs (@rhibbsy) reported@RogersHelps Being able to access support when I need it is important. Long wait times happen but being hung up on is inexcusable. This is something worth switching carriers over.

HumanInTheLoop (@AsworLicheam) reported@djlaela @RogersHelps That's disappointing. If they have a known issue or outage, they should turn off their AI agent and send a mass notification to users so they know without looping in the AI bot.
