    Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers, when your God damn internet is out in my area (apparently until tomorrow at 7:30 a.m.?) just post it clearly on your website and social media. Just waited 40 minutes with tech support to find out it's a local outage. WTF! Is this even true?

    @RogersHelps I am having trouble connecting to the internet from the Markham area since 4 days ago ... It has been on and off and now it doesn't even connect. Honestly how do you justify the high price you are charging with this kind of service down time?

    @RogersHelps hi 2:30am here in Toronto and the internet has been really bad. I was wondering if you guys over at rogers are having some soft of outage or server issues that can be causing the internet to be slow, im using internet to type this message but its still slow sometimes

    @SamiraFayez3 @Rogers Sometimes my down speed drops down as low as 280, and @Rogers is fine with that because they "do not guarantee speeds for wholesale internet subscribers" according to their ToS
