    .@RogersHelps after two months of trying to cancel a fraudulent account for a 98 YO SENIOR - which you acknowledge is not hers - you are sending notices to pay. Not waiting ANOTHER hour on hold. Cancel it immediately. Next call is to a lawyer. Sending you the bill.

    @Rogers Nope. Just talked again to a rep, 6x since last Wednesday. She said that all my options are exhausted, they don't know what's wrong,they've escalated. Blahblahblahblah. 10 billion dollar Corp that just ***** us over again and again. You can't fix anything.
