@RogersHelps Last year, as a result of outage I received 1$ which I couldn't use because I didn't use additional services so it's still on my balance. 59 more outages and I got one month free! Thank you Rogers, way to go

@DossierCom @Rogers It's hard to believe they don't have fail-safes built into their network to prevent this from happening.

@Rogers I despise you guys so much I am not even with Rogers for anything and you guys managed to affect my life. ***, I will NEVER be a customer of yours period. Such a garbage company and a CEO who is a complete tool. I know Rogers will not make it right for their customers.

@RogersHelps Ignite TV is still glitching constantly! Can't watch a show, every 4-5 seconds the screen freezes and/or sound stops. This is absurd if the only issue was a bad 1 time update - sounds more like your network is still being attacked.

@SamHersh01 @RogersHelps @VassyKapelos would not all roll out simultaneously. Also, the outages would be detected long before they reached a national outage. Unless the company was incompetent or they were hacked and the hackers had time on the network to set up all of the routers to install simultaneously
