djlennywhelan (@djlennywhelan) reported@RogersHelps can someone answer a phone?? On hold for over 2 hours, and it’s the third time this week! Either pick up, or let us book a service appointment online. This is garbage! @Rogers
-
Howard Knopf (@howardknopf) reported@CRTCeng What are you going to do about @Rogers HORRIFIC new AI help and support system?
-
Axel (@AX0G0) reported@Rogers, on hold for 2 hours. Get through to a "customer support specialist" on hold for another hour. The phone then starts ringing and sends me to the rural rogers department. I'm in a wheelchair without a phone. I moved and am trying to setup my services. Awful #Toronto

🪴V!K🌾 (@HEMIvik) reported@1964RobO @RogersHelps Tell them you want to cancel and they’ll wanna talk to you real quick. Then actually do it and go with Bell.
-
Shannon Boschy: Candidate for School Trustee OCDSB (@ShannonBDouglas) reported@georganneb @Rogers Oh, but when you’re no longer a customer they will call you endlessly with offers, sometimes I’ll get three calls in a hour. @rogers ignores CASL laws and refuses to take me off their unsolicited phone call lists. No matter how many times I ask to be taken off their list, they keep calling. If you ask to speak with a supervisor, their telemarketers, like Peter from Mumbai, just hang up.

Determined Canuck (@frenchlefty26) reported@georganneb @Rogers As much as I hate to admit it, Bell is far superior. It may be slightly more expensive, but their service is rock solid. YMMV.
