    @RogersHelps I sent a DM and was told to call... waited and waited to be told tech support is not provided after hours so it looks like if you expect reliable service then you need to go to another provider. Been down all day!!!

    @RogersHelps We have already opened a ticket and just received a follow up call stating issues still a problem, all kinds of costs incurred again while you @rogers continue to disappoint us . Def leaving Rogers unless you do something significant to improve

    @ZaneKaneOnAir @Rogers Our Rogers internet and cell phone service has been down since 9:50 am due to a broken line on King Rd. Still out. Had to leave the house to go to work. Still down. No 911, no phone. In Terra Cotta. L7C1R6. Was supposed to be up at 6 pm. No updates. Help!!

    @robshaw23 @Rogers I was home and priced out a phone deal in ON. Went back out west to West Ed mall. Explained the deal I saw in ont. They couldn't do it. Walking out of the mall. I see location 3. A hallway booth. And they gave me a better deal than the other 2. Roger's customer service is trash
