    @rogers "Talk to our all Canadians customer service" Real Canadian: that's horrible we will fix that right away. All Canadians worker: oh we can't do that that's your problem to deal with now. Brand new phone doesn't work and the real Canadian says we will exchange that.

    @RogersHelps thanks I thought you would want to know. apparently a couple of people here in winnipeg got the same text. I will try and see if I can forward it. I am a genx and have tech skills but I might have trouble seeing the right button due to not wanting to wear my bifocals ;)

    @RogersHelps for the past two years you have consistently sent my mail to my mothers email for whatever reason and after speaking to 5 agents and 2 manager 7 different times by the both of us, today we still receive each others emails. Congratulations for being the worst support!
