@Frank028 @RogersHelps After troubleshooting with Rogers last night, the only conclusion that we could come to was my iPhone XR is better capable of streaming live TV than the Rogers IPTV box. It’s bizarre that they aren’t addressing this issue. Hopefully Bell Fibe will be closer to live

@Rogers My internet connection is down since April 19th. Numerous calls with Tech support, three visits by Technicians did not resolve connectivity issue. There is no tracking info for 3rd party vendor to fix cable work. Really disappointed that it takes this long to fix?
