Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Unknown Joker (@MKD_Joker) reported@Rogers Saying “We have now restored services for the vast majority of our customers, and our technical teams are working hard to ensure that the remaining customers are back online as quickly as possible.” Doesnt help. Ever since its been “Restored” its too slow to load anything
-
Sheila Bauman 🇨🇦 - just done (@SheilaBauman) reportedDid we hear anything from @JustinTrudeau about the @Rogers outage? He was able to tweet using @Bell #RogersLetsNotTalkDay
-
Lynne Owen (@lynnedy) reported@RogersHelps why is my ignite tv still freezing, losing sound, won’t let me watch recordings, won’t let me set new recordings and generally not working for the third day. We’ve been with Rogers for over 30 years, I don’t know why when we keep getting such poor service.
-
Glamzy (@travelsizedglam) reported@mattcudmore @RogersHelps That’s ridiculous! All I keep reading is that the issue is virtually fixed. Rogers needs to step it up
-
Matt C (@mattcudmore) reported@travelsizedglam @RogersHelps Don't hold your breath for a response. @rogershelps continues to play stupid with customers, toeing the line that services are restored. It's apparent there's still widespread issues and they refuse to provide any information or communicate with customers.
-
Soozie (@besssnt) reported@Rogers NOT GOOD. You are going to lose a lot of customers over this problem. and i am one of them. if there is another provider out there please let me know. and not Bell they are just as bad as Rogers. Too big and dont really give a dam about their customers at all.
-
Marli Ramsey (@pipesup) reported@Rogers #rogersoutage That a company as important as Rogers is to the Canadian economy could have a system-wide outage due to a maintenance update is outrageous. Insufficient testing? No way to back out the update? Heads should roll.
-
Pragmatic (@Pragmat68497936) reported@brandonmcguir13 @RogersHelps @CHOODBOLOGNA Such an intelligent answer. How would that help her?
-
Tia McGraff (@TiaMcGraff) reported@DossierCom @Rogers This is garbage. Unacceptable explanation. Only one way to move forward: #tellthetruthRogers

Soozie (@besssnt) reported@everydayisbest @Rogers @RogersHelps they tell you to call or email them how the hell are you going to do that if the service is down. daaahhh they are getting smarter all the time lol
