    @RogersHelps Internet in M5A 2N8 area down since 7pm. Confirmed outage range with multiple neighbors in area. We've called but your response is individual service calls. It's a generalized problem, modems are not connecting to network. Like the 18h outage on March 17. FIX IT!!

    Haven't been able to connect Outlook to @Rogers server for days. Call tech support who says Yahoo has stopped allowing customers to use other platforms for email and a lot of others have the same problem. Why have I not received email about this from #Rogers?

    @normsworld @Rogers @FP_Champagne It’s Rogers…they have never seen a law they’d follow. They absolutely refuse to share signals and equipment, and the ISPs will not ever pay each other money. Or else they would have signed on to BAI years ago…same for Bell and Telus.

    Hi Everyone, after numerous years with @RogersHelps, I’m leaving. Their Customer Service is absolutely brutal. Managers can’t make a decision about $10. Do not pick Rogers. After 5 business days, you have to call and remind them that you’re expecting an answer.

    @RogersHelps how many more days you need to fix the internet ? Its the third day without it now. Our work is affected because of you ! If we are forced to take leave today due to internet outage, you will have to compensate for my day wage. #Rogers #rogersisdown asusual !!

    @RogersHelps Everyone has reached out. The 2 on Rogers have service calls booked, just like the other 3 customers with 3rd parties. Entering our 5th hour without internet. Same exact thing happened on March 17th, which was just 3 weeks ago. We want and deserve answers!

    @Rogers now that you have acquired Shaw are you going to lower our cell phone costs? Husband switched to Shaw & cut his bill in half - I went to do the same 2day but can’t now that you are merging. It sucks I pay more for less service from the “same” company!

    @sol_chrom @Rogers @FP_Champagne I do with Freedom. I used to get signal in the tunnels too until Rogers announced it was buying Shaw and the contract put a bunch of restrictions. Like Freedom hasn’t been allowed to put in 5G, even though it’s all ready.
