    @Rogers Your customer service people suck, this girl, just totally disregarded everything we said, and talked over us and interrupted us. Just was extremely rude and had a huge attitude problem. Switching providers tmr, terrible service and customer service.

    @rogershelps Is there an issue in downtown #LdnOnt ? My service is down and after restarting my modem twice, the light was solid blue when I left my house this morning. I have to be in my office today - and I have wi-fi enable A/C with a temp of 30C this afternoon!

    Never have I experienced such poor customer relations and technical support as I have with @Rogers when trying to resolve a week of little to no internet connection. @RogersHelps
