    @RogersHelps Trying to get tech support for mobile voicemal issue. Have called 3 days and each time on hold for in excess of 55 mins then call drop? Does anyone work there? Frustrating.

    @Rogers it’s been over 30 hours since our internet and phone services have been down in queensville with no update. When will services be restored

    So it has now been almost a full 24 hours that @Rogers has been down and every time they have given for service restoration has come, only to see that they have extended the deadline. This is NOT a way to make a good first impression with a new customer. I want service credits!
