Needed to cancel Rogers internet yesterday cause move to NS. Forgot my personal email address is @ rogers. This morning: locked out. No warning/reminder. No period to adjust. Spent hrs on phone begging & offering $ just to recover key emails & set forwarding. @RogersHelps: no.

@Rogers very strange internet issues. I can’t reach any Microsoft websites or softwares but I can load any other site fine on the internet. Please fix this, my work depends on reaching Microsoft websites. Teams does not connect as well, I get a DNS error.

Looks like @Rogers is having issues in the #Ottawa area this AM. Called tech support before 6am and have a service visit later this AM but now seeing several reports of outages in #Ottawa though it seems hit and miss.

@RogersHelps I’m another customer of Kanata North - no internet for the last 2h and I have rebooted the modem at least 3 times - no connection yet, WAN IP is not assigned. If you have an outage please just acknowledge it and provide status.

Hey @RogersHelps would love some help. Looks like I've been overcharged for quite some time now for US text messages. How is the best way to resolve this and keep me as a customer. I could cry seeing this bill 😭
