I can’t believe I have to leave the house with no cell service today. Thanks @RogersHelps! Leaving the house after a year in quarantine is bad enough but I have to do it without CELL SERVICE?? 😱

@RogersHelps Now when I tried to call it say the phone no is not registered on a network???? This is too long to be an outage. Sunday this happened in am where I wasn't able to call or send texts, but the data was working. Since 11:30pm yersterday (18) data was off and now nothing????

Had a CT scan this morning, and expecting a call from my physician to get a treatment plan in place ASAP. But I only have an @Rogers number, and service has been out all day. We need robust back up plans for this scenario - connectivity and cell service matters in today’s world.
