Hey @Rogers and @RogersHelps we have been dealing with internet disruptions all day and are not getting any response. Already chatted with a rep. We have people working from home. Not impressed. A 30 year customer soon to be a non customer!!

I’m floored that @RogersHelps is apathetic about losing customers. The “loyalty” dept tried calling once, didn’t leave a msg. Customer svc can’t offer decent plans. It would be nice to speak to someone who could offer an affordable plan for 5 lines. #whereistheloyalty

My phone is pretty broken. Smashed my iPad and I don’t even want to know how much it will cost to fix or replace. I’m hitting refresh on my email waiting for @Rogers to send me a notification that they have a phone - any phone - in stock. I stayed with them - for now.
