@cath22cath @Rogers Yeah, we switched over to the IPTV Ignite version and it's actually a fantastic setup overall. This is the first real issue we've had with it. Thing is when internet goes you lose everything! For seniors who have no cell phone that's an issue! Can't make/get calls in emergencies!

@cath22cath @Rogers Ahhh the advantages of the independent competition! Too bad we don't really have that in the major high pop. areas, again cuz all the 3rd party companies have only 2 options on infrastructure, Rogers or Bell.

postal code was listed as a problem area. I’ve been in contact with Matthew a very pleasant Rogers representative who was nothing but terrific. Unfortunately, he told me @rogers cannot search PAST issues. They cannot look at my history. Of course they can track client history.

@RogersHelps in 2020 somebody took a Rogers Bank credit card in my name. After several calls to Rogers Bank they have yet to address the effects this still has on my Credit Rating. If this happens to you contact a lawyer ASAP as Rogers Bank will take forever to fix their mistake.
