I’m currently on Rogers Ignite Gigabit and whenever I have to download a large video game, my TVs freeze and don’t work, I can only watch YouTube and twitch streams on the lowest quality and they buffer. It’s really annoying. Is there a fix for this on the modem?

Luke Farwell (@LukeFarwell) reported@Rogers I haven't had service for almost 8 hours now... just checked my profile online, and there doesn't seem to be an issue. I've tried turning my phone off and on, taking out my SIM card, and turning Airplane Mode on and off. Any other tips?
