@Rogers I spent 3 hrs waiting to get a technician in for Sunday morning to fix my cable. Then I get a text msg saying my appointment is cancelled as internet is fixed. I have a cable problem! Another 2 hours later on hold, I have to wait until Monday… #noNFLplayoffs

@RogersHelps You guys should at least acknowledge that there is an outage. Its been 2 weeks of intermittent internet in Scarborough. I’ve missed almost 4 days of work because of it, and I don’t get paid for those 4 days. We reset the modem, it works for 3 minutes and drops again.

@Rogers I asked to please speak with someone who could help me. Was unceremoniously put on hold, without being told that I was going to be put on hold, and am back with the same music and taped messaging that I have been listening to for now over 2 hours.

@Rogers @Rogers Social media unable to help. Well I was just on the phone with Nahi (? Sp), after 2 hours on hold, who said she was having trouble trying to help me, even after having me look up the package we are supposed to have in my email and tell her what it is.
