    Was transferred 4 times. On the phone for over an hour, JUST to hear an automated “we are having technical difficulties” *dead tone* @RogersHelps @rogers get your **** together. I JUST switched this week.

    @lawsylvie @RogersHelps My internet dropped a few minutes ago, and thus my ignite tv dropped too. I went at least a year without any outage, now it's at least weekly. @RogersHelps, you didn't put a credit on my last bill! How do you expect to keep anyone at all as a customer??

    If I’m not mistaken wasn’t @Rogers supposed to give a credit to their customers for the issue that they had a few weeks ago ? @RogersHelps because I just checked my bill and doesn’t look like I got a credit. For that one day when we did not have cell service.

    @RogersHelps issue with smart home monitoring …. Since last night and only found out when called Rogers support…. Should have been notified customers pro actively. And no eta to be resolved
