    @Rogers I have been without internet now for the last two days with an "alleged" outage in the area. I have now missed 2 full days of work since I work from home. It's beyond frustrating to have received no notice, no updates, no communication from Rogers. BEYOND annoyed.

    @rupasubramanya Hands down @Rogers I spent 4 hours being put on hold and bounced around to multiple operators in an attempt to cancel a service for my elderly mother. It was far beyond anything I have ever experienced and I had to hang up after 4 hours and no resolution to my problem.

    @RogersHelps I am on hold for two hours. Went on vacation charged me roaming charges when cell was on flight mode. Charged me for texts, when none used. Pls help

    @RogersHelps @CCTS_CPRST Rogers customer service & tech support manager said Rogers charges customers in USA #roamlikehome fees for incoming text msg. Is this true? Doesn’t seem right - customers can’t control inbound text message & companies use 2factor authenticate for sign on
