@RogersHelps I have called and made several requests to have the service fixed. I am in Oshawa and when it gets cold outside below zero it immediately causes my services to drop, im on ignite. Everything drops frequently and comes back on sometimes it’s a few seconds, other time

I am waiting on the phone with @RogersHelps for tech support. I am disheartened that they HAVE TO say in between the hold songs that 100% of the staff members are based in Canada and that (their exact words) verbal abuse will not be tolerated. #Ottawa #KindnessMatters

@Rogers I am attempting to help my elderly father-in-law. We have been on hold waiting for a support agent for an hour and 45 minutes so far on the phone and 2 hours simultaneously on chat. No one is helping us and your chat agent "Anna" gave us instructions that do not work.

@Bell I would never go back to @Bell for anything. The service was only slightly better than @Rogers . I'm sure there are many that know how damning that is.
