@RogersHelps Needless to say I'm pretty confident that I'll switch to one of your competitors after being with Rogers for 13 years. Reimbursement for services not rendered is your obligation and not a "goodwill gesture" that a company uses to shut an angry customer up. 2/2

@Keeenss @Rogers @RogersHelps I agree that technology breaks sometimes, BUT, Canada pays one the highest cell phone rates in the world. With all the extra profit revenue the big 3 scrape in from customer, there’s zero excuse for that **** breaking. They can afford to invest in highly redundant infrastructure.

@Rogers you now have an opportunity to make things right for your thousands (millions) of customers who were without service today. This whole thing was handled horribly. This will be your last chance with many customers, how badly do you punt this one?
