    @RogersHelps absolutely horrible is the only way to describe your lack of data in my area AND the way your tech/retention people deal with it. Two dropped calls while on hold with retention personnel and NO ONE bothers to call back. Pitiful.

    @RogersHelps The issue is a Bell tech just cut down the Rogers in coming line from the pole to home. Is this standard procedure? He also left the cut off cable hanging from pile?

    @RogersHelps internet has been out since 930/10 yesterday. Sent a DM but no response. Spoke with tech yesterday, who said there were multiple modems out in my area.. but no ETA. Any updates? I can’t work without service!
