@RogersHelps My business IS impatced as I am sure many others are. There has been NO updates, timelines or anything. Communication is definatly lacking. I see each post " we will continue to update.. " continue to??? I have seen NO updates. I know it's down, but why and estimate time line?

@RogersHelps You haven’t updated anyone on anything. All you keep saying is you’re sorry. That’s not an update. What happened to the service? I want out of my contract as you cannot give me the service I am paying for therefore you are in breach of contract.

@RogersHelps I see your website says home phone is not affected by the outages- not true. My recently widowed, senior mother is totally cut off, no cell or home service.
