    @RogersHelps But your staff are paid employees are they not? They get paid to do that job! When customers come into my business I don't charge them an additional fee to service them nor do most businesses!

    @CRTCeng @RogersHelps The issue is with TV services and adding a package to my plan that I didn’t order, and then taking forever to remove it and refusing to credit me for the past charges.
