@AboutRogers @RogersHelps My internet still hasn't worked well since the outage and you wanna give us 5 days credit. I was a new cell customer when the April outage happened last year. Really loosing faith that you will resolve these issues.

@Rogers Jesus Christ guys! First I deal with the outage,then your idea of Slowing my speeds…really means NO INTERNET!! Don’t advertise “UNLIMITED/NO OVERAGES” if you’re just going to slow it to an unusable speed and then my cards get deleted from my wallet 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🖕🖕🖕🖕

@RogersHelps @rogers after about 45 minutes online with "chat" a specialist tells me to unplug the modem I do it but tell her I've tried it 3 times. It flashes amber, so says a tech will come look at it. She then has the b*lls to ask if she corrected my problem? #outage LivesOn

@Rogers OMFG I am working from home today and my internet dropped out TWICE during two different client calls. Fix your ******* **** already. This is not acceptable. You have mandates from the CRTC.
