@RogersHelps @Rogers asking someone to hold for now an hour and only tell me to continue to hold to keep my place in line is horrible customer service. You have the ability to update your hold messaging to inform customers of outages and hold times, have call back options #fail

@RogersHelps This is not service. This is torture. One month with no resolution. 30 min on hold for a '6 minute wait'

@RogersHelps no access to our emails again? Why doesn’t Rogers send out a notice that the email system is not working. Why do I have to change my password now every week because your system sucks? And NO I am not entering the wrong password

I tried for days to get a person on the phone at @Rogers. to cancel my service. To cancel the service I *had* to talk a person in a special department I couldn't access without first calling general support and sitting on hold for 3 hours ( which i did 4 days in a row )

WiFi not working all morning, I called and was transferred many times, they told me it seems that my account doesn't exist, then they accidentally disconnected the call. Calling the billing number just gets a busy signal. I'm on hold again, 2.5 hours now. @RogersHelps @Rogers DM.
