    @mgeist @Rogers @CHCHTV Probably what the regular schedule (minus the NBA playoffs) has. Sometimes the cable companies forget to check, and you get this sort of a mess. Simsub, created to help fund Canadian broadcasting, turned most English Canadian private TV into little more than rebroadcasters.

    @MsMelnychuk @RogersHelps Friendly tip for next time, request a supervisor! They're generally senior technicians who are more experienced and will give advanced tips. Works for every time for me if I'm unable to resolve my issue with customer support.
