    @RogersHelps I’ve already cancelled my account after hours on phone chat with the agents today: Edwin from Kingston and Karen in Toronto. Too bad, as it’s a pain to change providers and it’s been years with you guys. But I can’t stand for a poor display of values and integrity.

    @RogersHelps Yes, phone, home internet. Everything is slow af. I switched from bell because they had issues all the time ... I guess it's not really better here ...

    @RogersHelps when they feel like it apparently. Doesn't matter that I have their cable line lying in my lawn because they couldn't be bothered to bury it and when the city came to take down a dead tree it took the cable line down with it. Where's the help now?
