    @RogersHelps Well I had no internet ALL day yesterday. Had to tether to my cellphone all day for work. Pretty obvious there was an outage. Still haven't had a call. Please resend the purolator labels and issue a refund for charging the 2 phones to my account

    @RogersHelps can you please get your equipment fixed. Having lengthy outages every few days is not acceptable. Keep being told โ€œthereโ€™s on outage in your areaโ€ without any clarity as to what is happening.

    @RogersHelps There are multiple ppl in my family and all of house work in different areas and are experience issues. Doesnโ€™t matter if itโ€™s barraheven or Orleans yhe connection is horrible. The phones range from iPhone 11, 15 and 16. We canโ€™t all be having device issues.
