@RogersHelps Just take these sarcastic jabs and move on... It fixed itself, like most connectivity issues (many) I've had since I "switched" to Ignite.

It takes Rogers 2 seconds to accidentally suspend my Ignite internet & tv and so far over 24 hours to reactivate it (still not active). In that time I’ve spent at least 3 hours on the phone trying to get it back. @RogersHelps is no help.

@RogersHelps Thanks for making it an easy decision to cancel my wireless service and switch to another provider. Making it impossible to upgrade my device online was the clincher. Can't stand the infinite loop of error messages. I'm out.

@dean_burner @EllersDad @NHL @Rogers Didnt they say that we wouldn't have this issue for Canadian teams when deal first started. That was a huge lie. 3 times last season Habs games blacked out on a Saturday. This deal sucks cause see more American teams than Canadian teams on TV

Sadly I was lead astray with empty words. And now no solution. @RogersHelps Folks please inbox me with the best plans and carrier. Must be a good company with strong reception as I am a road tripper. And affordable since I have no job.
