@RogersHelps Got an email offering Blue Jays tickets. I would rather you put the money for that and fake commercials about service concerns towards better service. I shouldn't even be charged at all this month after what you put me through for 5 weeks so far.

I appreciate the Emails from @rogers (cough) - sighting their Canadian call centers, huge teams of support, and mechanisms for support - however; I'd prefer focus on #network stability, pods that work consistently - I mean, network stability is the core of a platform - no?

In the absolute 💩 storm I dealt with this morning with @rogers support (they don't know their own products), I found out Rogers no longer offers the only channel we have dedicated to Black entertainment, @BET. Is @bell pulling the plug on BET too? #BlackStars

@catchcassenova @Rogers Had to get a 3rd Escalation by #Rogers Tech Support this morning! Today the @BlueJays play their first playoff game since 2016, and I can't even watch as our area's weak signal issue affecting us since Monday apparently isn't priority enough to even address, let alone fix!!

@Tboneator64 @Rogers @BlueJays Sucks! In NYC we don’t have signal issues but the Yankees organization decided to take 40 of their games and put them on all different streaming services so unless we paid for THOSE and the Yankees YES network, we missed 40 games.
