@RogersHelps What should my Ignite modem be looking like for this outage? I have had it blinking orange & want to know if I might need a technician if it is back on but cannot get through. Anyone else Blinking Orange on Ignite?

@DonnyoSpeaks @weathernetwork And thanks to all the @Rogers employees who worked tirelessly to fix the still undisclosed issue.

@thejaytc @RogersHelps Realistically, they will probably take your monthly bill, divide it by the days in the month, and give you a credit based on the amount of days you were without service.

@RogersHelps How about an actual reason why? One that isn't double talk. Many people lost a day of work, income for their stores, companies had to completely shut down. The people who pay hard earned money to your company deserve a real explanation!

@RogersHelps @RogersMediaPR And this is why I am with Telus. No disruption of service. Glad I left a long time ago. Your retention policy for existing customers was horrible. You should offer your customers a huge refund or credit.
