My @Rogers bill does not include a credit for the July 8th outage. Look guys, you’re going to give your own customer service department a lot of grief if you don’t sort this out proactively.

@RogersHelps Ignite been on the fritz for 48+ hrs - timing in & out; TV black screen 4 or 5 times an hour... (yes I am using twitter to document problems). Reboots tried. All the equipment is fine (we had a technician confirm two months back). Ignite is faulted and @rogershelp needs to fix?

@RogersHelps well then I would prepare for a lot of mass exodus from Rogers. After decades of being a loyal customer, I am currently on the look out for somewhere else to spend my $. I would also like to speak with someone about the shabby treatment that I received.

@RogersHelps Internet is down once again from today afternoon. This is very frustrating. Our work is getting affected because of it. Technician will arrive only on Saturday evening to fix the issue. This is insane. Guess time to move on from rogers

Just got my @Rogers bill for July. They must be too busy calculating executive bonuses (for minimising customer rebates) to have given customers the minuscule rebates they promised.
