    @RogersHelps have spent a total of 1hr 45 min yesterday and 40 min today trying to get help. I had to callback, now i am on hold and will need to wait over 3 hrs. How did the service degrade this much? Taking 5hrs of anyone's time is not acceptable

    @RogersHelps @Scott_Sherriff We’re still having issues too and no one can help us because they’re undergoing maintenance. Apparently, I’ve got yo call back in 4 hrs?!

    @RogersHelps @Bell Not only has this been an experience of nothing but frustration, but I've learned the Rogers support people like to lie, having just been told over chat that there is an area outage... Except that's what we're using to talk to them.

    @RogersHelps My Internet is down for the 4th day and it hasn’t been fixed yet. It goes offline in the afternoon around 2pm till midnight. Can I get timeline when this issue will be resolved??????

    That led to multiple rounds of slash-and-burn economics at @Sportsnet, where many pricey on-air talent have been canned over the last 8 years, as poor ratings were never able to command the ad dollars @Rogers needed to make their @NHL deal profitable. /4

    @RogersHelps Been experiencing intermittent packet loss the past week on my Rogers high Speed. I've tried calling in, but your support hangs up after a lengthy wait? Constant hiccups of 5-10% packet loss makes the service useless for VOIP/vid calls/gaming/etc., what gives?

    @RogersHelps internet connection dropping all day. This is the third time in as many months. This experience has been awful, especially after being forced into switching to Ignite.
