    @CapitaJim @Rogers @Bell_Aliant As someone who had both Bell & Rogers, I'd stick with Bell. Their customer support is worst than Bell and they have a lot of outages (even before the nationwide one recently. Depending on where you are, it's cheaper to go with someone like Koodo for a landline.

    @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Is it possible they need to re-boot everything & maybe missed something? When Bell goes down it’s hellacious to re-start everything. I’m a tech dummy so this all with a grain of salt & good intentions.

    @Rogers Not only did it take 4 hours to upgrade my plan. It wasn’t even done right. Now on hold trying to fix the mistake. Guess how long I’ve been on for!? 2 hrs and counting, been transfered 4x and my call was also dropped once..so far #rogerscustomerservicesucks #doyouevencare
