@johnshewchuk @ColinDMello @RogersHelps This sounds silly, but I was also continuing to be out all day and I could see the modem was connecting to the network and then disconnecting, lather rinse repeat. I power cycled it and it came back up and stayed up.

@bnrealwithu @Rogers Really?!! Because now I have an issue with the ignite tv. Internet goes down every so often. Also cell service is sketchy. There are times I can’t even make a call your tech support to report this latest issue!!! Gonna take more than a days credit to keep my Business

So glad that @rogers finally revealed that their massive outage was due to the lack of network redundancy. In unrelated news, I'm sure we'll all see a $10 network redundancy surcharge on my future bills so they can pay for infrastructure they should have had! #rogersoutage
