@RogersHelps apparently 10s of thousands still without home internet or phone in York Region and other parts of the GTA...so your statement that most have service back is false. What's the estimated time for you complete return to service in all of Ontario?

@AboutRogers @Rogers You are responsible. Right? Then just wash off responsibility by offering refund for service people didn't get. Do better. Donate your two day's compensation to a charity for underprivileged. Will you? I hope not. That's what taking responsibility look like.

@Rogers @RogersHelps so you are blaming an update for the shutdown of the network. That's what happened a year ago. Are your techs that dumb they didn't learn from the first time? No TV, internet, or cell service because you didn't learn from the first outage to test first!?!?
