@RogersHelps if you know there is a widespread outage due to a cut cable which you confirmed with me in a DM then why not post something official to your accounts stating so? It would clear up a lot of confusion and add transparency which you desperately lack.

@rogers when is the service coming back up in Strathroy, it’s hard to run a business with no access to internet. It’s been out all day, even yesterday it was spotty service. Better be back for the Canada game tonight

Hey @RogersHelps, is there an issue with the phone support? I’ve been on hold for an hour and 20 minutes so far - no option for a callback, anything like that…
