    @JayGenXer @Rogers I’ve been trying to call, but the AI just keeps telling me to try again later. Now I have to go to a physical store just to remove one of the add-ons. @Rogers sucks.

    @RogersHelps Thanks. If I could solve the problem through the AI agent, I would have already done that through the Rogers app or online. When I pick up the phone to dial Rogers, at that point it should be a human ready to help for issues that can’t be solved through the app or online.

    Tried to do an online purchase with my @Rogers Mastercard and they sent me a text security code to complete the sale. Waited and waited. It never came. Used a different form of payment. Nearly 2 hours later Rogers finally texts me the code LOL! Talk about timely - NOT!
