@RogersHelps I want to know what happened. You can't have such a major outage that impacted so many people and not answer to it. We depend on our wireless service for our businesses and responsibilities. Thus is very substantial. Please provide an answer @Rogers @RogersHelps

  • SheilaKJennings Sheila Kathleen Jennings (@SheilaKJennings) reported

@_LucieBee @RogersHelps Right. Damages and risks with that outage at this point in time especially high and risky.

  • PerkinTan Perkin Tan (@PerkinTan) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Sms isn't working still. I am simply shocked at how Rogers has allowed this situation to happen in the first place. Nation wide outage for 24 hours? Unbelievably pathetic.

  • FXFII1 FXFII (@FXFII1) reported

@Rogers Customers would like to be compensated for an entire day of no service!!!

  • Andrew_vNiekerk Andrew van Niekerk (@Andrew_vNiekerk) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps Mobile service has finally been restored after 24 hours, but I'm still without TV/Internet, which went down at the same time. All while trying to WFH. If this isn't a strong argument to decouple my mobile & home internet providers, then I don't know what is..
