    @RogersHelps Somehow these guy refuse to fix the internet in Waterloo area, where’s most of the ppl in there need internet the most because of university work and assignment. I haven’t been able to watch my lecture for like a weeks :)

    Todays @Rogers experience was v frustrating. Wife goes to upgrade her phone, finds out she's basically listed as a child on my acct instead of the joint acct we asked for. I call in to fix and they advise she can go back in.

    @johnnyfastcat @schnookums13 @Rogers Story changes constantly. First it was the area. Then just my house. Then the area. Several times they have claimed the problem was solved & closed my ticket. Then give me a new ticket # when I call to say it’s not solved. Recent ticket has stood for 2 days. No updates.
