Very distressing if Emerg. occurred but now phone is working again & any access to internet eats up all paid phone data. Can't use tablets or other devices without @Rogers @FidoSolutions finally fixing this issue. Agenda???

One call we were hung up on after one hour, and the second your service was so overloaded that you weren’t accepting calls.

The cell phones in my house are $300 a month and the cable is about the same. So $40 credited for not being able to look at Instagram or watch CNN for a day is that bad. It’s not great. But it’s fair.
