    @Rogers @EdwardSRogers almost 14 years as a loyal customer, just called to renew, see what deals exist, told nada/nothing just that when the deal expires cost increases. Hmm no loyalty discount at a minimum! Wonder what the competitors will say, prob the same hiding behind covid.

    @Reality40913941 @Rogers @EdwardSRogers Not to mention when a better deal comes along 31 days after you sign, they will not honour the new price FOR THE SAME THING because you're 24 hours outside of 30 days. Horrible company.

    @RogersHelps The internet in our neighbourhood is down and has been out since 10:50am this morning. Can you give us an ETA on when service will be restored? I’m in Pickering and my postal code is L1V6X8

    @respvctjay @Rogers Same exact issue. Spent hours on the phone with Rogers tech reps. There solution is that with people back to school service should improve, well it hasn’t! Pay way too much money monthly for no service in Binbrook. I was told to get signatures to present, and 80 had called in too

    @ReportRogers @Rogers lost internet connection yesterday at 9 am. It took 4 hours on hold to get an appt for a tech to come to my house today. I waited for hours and the tech never showed up. Now I am going an another hour on hold. Most reliable network?

    Hey @Rogers can you explain why I can sit 10' above a WiFi extender that you provided us to address connectivity problems and still have major issues connecting to said WiFi? Does your wifi only work within 9' of a router?

    I called @Rogers last Tuesday and got a deal on a two year contract. Then the phone never showed up. I called again and was told the deal didn’t go through. Called again today and I was given a whole different deal. When I asked for a manager, the agent just hung up on me. Nice..
