The only time you guys are interested in putting an outbound call to a customer is when they leave. I got three of them last week after I left, one of them promised that I would not be getting a bill for anything.

Countless hours on hold over the last few months and numerous commitments from customer service reps were all a wast of time! Billions in profits and little or no investment in good customer service!

They don't have a simple call back solution to prevent their customers from staying on hold (you cannot attend any other calls for hours if you are on hold) and then get 'disconnected' automatically.
