    @rogers @rogershelps Good tech companies have learned to quickly communicate the real reason for an outage, detail the process for remedy and give an ongoing process update at milestones. You are doing none of that. WHAT IS HAPPENING?

    @globalnewsto Can you get @Rogers & @Fidomobile to commit to a plan for restoring service? No Rocket Hub internet, both cell phones down, plus my fido home phone is down! Its been over 7 hours!!

    @Rogers @Fidomobile Any idea when service will resume? Makes trying to book a COVID vaccine over the phone with pharmacies that have available appointments but no website impossible.
