    @LoveMy7Wood @Rogers Write the CEO a strongly worded letter of complaint. Address it as personal & confidential. I did it after almost two years of terrible service delivery. Good chance you will be referred to a specialist group. Worked for me. Service delivery is good now.

    @RogersHelps Please The System Goes Down 24 Times A Day Weak Signal I Get Better Service From My 5 G Phone I Moved It To All Different Locations Maybe Your Unit sis Defective I Keep Getting Billed But Horrible Service

    Leaving @Rogers once I get them to give me two months credit for dropping wifi for an entire month and the same with the phone. Your customer service is trash, at least provide a good product you scambags

    @RogersHelps Rogers has moved much of its customer service offshore, so it can be difficult to explain issues and understand the representatives. Is it possible to speak with someone based in Canada?

    @RogersHelps @MathesonJMT Also 2 hours when my internet speed went from 100 to 1. Obviously despite the rather lame deflection from the problem,you dont have enough teams or your product sucks so bad,there will never be enough teams
