@RogersHelps I had a fantastic rep help me out today on the Live Chat but the survey closed before I could submit a rating. Any way I can get the survey again to make sure the rep gets the recognition she deserves? 🏅

@cmacsports Though it was difficult, you made the right move today. Next up, please get @Rogers to invest more money into @Sportsnet650 to BOOST THE GARBAGE SIGNAL. You guys sound like you're broadcasting from deep within a tunnel. #TSN1040 could have been mistaken for an FM station. #SN650

@Rogers I had Rogers and got used to sleepless nights until I switched over. Even with 3 days of continuous monitoring and changed modems didn't have a clue about their lousy service to me. Then wanted to increase price. Quit Rogers.

@MikeLaclef @Rogers They should, but they won’t. It’s in the fine print that you get “up to” the speed .. no guarantees made so not liable for poor performance.

@NTacic @Rogers Ok. See that's something I could live with. I obviously know they won't deliver on 1 Gb/s lol but atleast you get half. I only get 20% if I'm lucky. Rogers is atleast sending out a tech to see what the issue is

@MikeLaclef @Rogers Don't buy their excuse of lots of people in the neighborhood using Internet at the same time. It's fiber optic connection. That isn't an issue unless your neighbor is NASA

@Rogers why do I pay for ignite internet and can’t stream, FaceTime, or even open the internet with out having to disconnect every other device in the house. Pathetic how every Rogers internet package I’ve tried goes to **** after 2-3 months. Done with your **** service.

@_Jays4Days @Rogers Well obviously. That wasn't really a question. More of a statement lol I know Rogers won't do ****. Telecommunications companies get away with highway robbery in this country. It's disgusting
