    @inscrip @Rogers Thats a negative for me! My rogers daddy left for smokes and never came back lol

  • inqubusman BISHOP (@inqubusman) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers @Rogers knows is a credit is not going to help them. They are about to lose a lot of money. Not having a dedicated 911 or failsafes for their services will move customers elseware. I feel bad for their customer service reps who will be doing a lot of heavy lifting.

  • chanpatr Patrick Chan (陳偉雄) (@chanpatr) reported

    @BauxiteBeard @mokirokio @RogersHelps Rogers will issue refunds based on the duration of the outage. But how can Rogers be held accountable for what you do with their service? You’ll need to prove you lost income as a direct result of the outage. If Internet is so critical, why didn’t you have a contingency plan.

    @RogersHelps charging 55$ a month for 0.55$ Service… thanks but no thanks.

  • DannyOdoore Duppy Conqueror (@DannyOdoore) reported

    @GadSaad @Rogers In my past experience with Roger's outages they automatically adjust my bill in the amount of the days outage, they're very good in that respect. There are so many negative nancy's who just like to hate all day long about something they know nothing about!

  • Luuiinn Luuin 🇨🇦 (@Luuiinn) reported

    @RogersHelps Internet is slow as hell now since the outage.
