@Werdnah @RogersHelps I feel your pain! I also lost over $600 in wages during that outage. AND I’m currently down as we speak. No TV, no internet. Dropping constantly. This is so not ok.

@RogersBiz tech guy cane to install internet, that guy was in so damn rush didn’t do proper wiring, removed wires from another customer’s router in same unit and installed mine, that guy was mad at me for Rogers’s stupidity.

@RogersHelps Spoke to tech support over the phone. Turns out I have to piggy back off of another carrier’s tower because, surprise surprise, your useless towers aren’t cutting it. Bravo.

Hey @RogersHelps , your support team for Rogers FWA really wasn't great tonight. They told me they only way they could find the problem is if I called back when it happened. The thing is, it happens 10 minutes at a time, couple times a day, 1/3

Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps am I once again paying for substandard cellular service. Overpaying for a service that is CLEARLY unreliable. Riding home in #YEG, full bars for most of the ride, and my f’n data intermittently yet consistently fails. Guess you’re no longer a #Big3.
