@drcarl_vancouvr @Rogers The level of “customer service” from the majority of 🇨🇦companies is awful. If a customer’s call was truly important to them they would have more people empowered to solve issues vs a department to retain angry clients. Sorry you’ve had to deal with this & best with a new company.

@cinemaven @RogersHelps I hear ya. This issue with the queue still hasn’t been fixed yet. Some things, I can do em on MyRogers. But then, some requires us calling and speaking to their “customer care” dept (ignite) 😑😑😑
