    @CanadasLeafs @RogersHelps and cogeco, probably the worst. their epico system is down once a week. stopped calling, just takes the down days off the bill, its been 3 months of not a full payment, no calls yet.

    on hold with @Rogers for 2:11 and they hung up on me without having talked to anyone. Wet the chat route, bounced to 3 reps and guess what? None of them could help me and I'm back on hold - 20 minutes in. As soon as I get this issue resolved, I will never give them another cent.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Right now: 20% packet loss, RTT swinging 150msโ†’527ms on the same 5 pings. Not an outage you can point at somebody else, this is your transit flapping. Third occurrence in ~12 hours. Windows, PDT: 10:00-10:42, 19:23-20:20, 22:04-ongoing
