@RogersHelps Yes! I asked my rep several times what was needed for return and he never mentioned the phone needing to be in perfect condition. I would have bought a screen protector and Apple care then and there

@jjchuu @RogersHelps It's too bad that when you record a show that's already started you can't record from the start, but if you restart the program, it goes back to the beginning.

@jjchuu @RogersHelps Same happened to me. I recorded it as Harry Potter and the Philosopher Stone, but they aired the Sorcerers Stone instead, so the recording didn't adjust. Sucks they aren't airing the movie again. Usually they air the same movie multiple times, but this one aired once.

@Rogers one of your service reps left his ladder on the pole!! You’d think there would be a number one could call? But there isn’t. I’ve live chatted only to be put on hold and asked to fill out my personal info form and submit. it wasn’t my service call

@RogersHelps I had completed the upgrade yesterday online, and when I called customer service today after receiving the email I was told it was no problem, just go into store, they can see your profile, and pick them up. It sounded easy, but after trying two stores it was not :(
