    @RogersHelps what’s the status of the internet outage in Richmond Hill? It’s been out for hours. Being self employed, it would be good to be updated with the current status with more information.

    @RogersHelps our internet has been down all day and the earliest service call isn’t until Sunday. Is there anything else that can be done? Are we able to get quicker help since we are currently paying for internet that we are unable to use.

    @RogersHelps It's alright, took a few tries. Turns out I need to upgrade to your 'new' service which will be even more expensive. Looks like this is the end of my Rogers relationship!
