@RogersHelps Internet issues in Brooklin since the big storm. Internet has been going out 2-3 times per day ever since. A modem reboot fixes the issue. Technician came out and said it’s “a neighbourhood problem”. Today it stopped working completely. Modem reboot doesn’t help now

  • thebat88 thebat88 (@thebat88) reported

@RogersHelps it has been a week since the internet is not stable. Upload speed drops to literally 1mbps last week and today internet is totally out. What’s the ETA to fix this? L6E area in Markham

  • a1gaurav Gaurav Agarwal (@a1gaurav) reported

@Rogers Dissapointing service ! Smart home monitoring doesnt work, technical support unable to help, escalation team not willing to even speak - passing the blame to other team. Total wastage of time, house not secure despite paying hefty fees. No grievance mechanism. Shameful !

@RogersHelps How long will your website be down for maintenance? I hit my data limit and need to buy more data. I get an error message when I text B to 222 to purchase more data. Will I be charged for this data I am using?

  • Christa_81 Christa Noel (@Christa_81) reported

@RogersHelps my internet isn't working. It's saying "connected without internet". Is there a service interruption at 380 Murray St in Ottawa? What's the problem what can I do? I need my home wifi asap. I've tried rebooting the modem by unplugging it.

I hate using @Rogers Internet, seems like every weekend there is issues with gaming or causing stream issues. @RogersHelps #canadianinternetsucks #rogerssucks #Canadianinternetissues

I’m so mad. I’ve been without internet since Tuesday and @RogersHelps and technical support has been all over the place. My 2-4 technician was a no show and a manager named Katie was supposed to call me with an update but I’m still waiting.

  • April7412 April L 🇨🇦 (@April7412) reported

@RogersHelps once again, my internet and cable are down! After being a longtime customer and being forced to switch to this new ignite service which has not been great, I’ve honestly had about enough of Rogers

  • chris_bayliss Chris B (@chris_bayliss) reported

Hey @Rogers Service over the last few weeks has been unacceptable and inconsistent. Service interruptions 4-5 times per day. For the price you charge this is not acceptable. #IgniteInternet

  • Current83954572 Current Affairs (@Current83954572) reported

@RogersHelps Thank you. No, it's not a temporary issue. It's an ongoing problem and for some reason it seems that @Rogers won't address it. I'd like to know why.
